1. Yes thats what I mean - I am already VIP. But, unless you are VIP then I think you are restricted on the number of leagues you can join.
2. Do you have teams in other leagues?? If so, think unless you go VIP there is a limit on the number of teams you can have.
3. Got you Dave
Applied as Accrington Standley
4. Shouldnt be - just had a couple of applications go through. Need to create league and search for League ID: 211746 And request to join.
5. We have setup a fantasy football management league which is open to all Norwich City Supporters. The only rule pertaining to this league is that your team name has to be that of an actual team, whether it be International, Premiership, La Liga, Bundersliga etc – but you cannot pick Norwich City FC. The link to create your team is: http://www.xperteleven.com/ And the league id is: 211746 We will look to get this league started at the beginning of August. If you have any mates that are City supporters, and who would be interested in joining the league please pass this info to them.
6. Well theres a fantastic reason to let the Club keep the season ticket rebate!
7.
to judge someone after 19 games is outrageous
Would that be the 19 games, after which we got relegated???
8. Because sense - before his own personal pride and honour - should have told him that he is not that man for the job! That he does not have the experience, and now is not the time for him to cut his teeth in football management at the club he allegedly loves!
9.
Bryan Gunn is the man that has been given the job of trying to build us a squad of players that care for this football club. Thats the most important thing, and pretty much everything that he has done has been positive. Just look at the millions wasted by both Grant and Roeder, and compare with Gunns activities in the little time that he has had. Michael Spillane signing a two year contract, we could realistically have lost him after his treatment by Roeder and his excellent perfomances this year. Recalled Jamie Cureton from loan. Won more games than Roeder, with Roeders own squad. Lost less games than Roeder, with Roeders own squad. Found a championship striker who is willing to play for us in League One. Brought Jason Shackell back the club that he should never have left. Dropped Mark Fotheringham and told him he would never play for us again. Released the non league standard Robert Eagle. Sent back Elliott Omnuszi Signed the half decent Alan Gow. Reinstated Reserve team football Actually called Huckerby on several occassions to enquire about availability Got Gary Doherty playing his best football for years. Dropped Jamie Cureton and made it clear that he isnt staying. Made attempts to keep Lee Croft, that would have worked if we had stayed up. Ensured that we actually had back up defenders. Signed Cody McDonald who will be quality next season. And all you are going to give him is less than 5 months to fix almost 3 years of serious mismanagment, demorilisation, and awful football? This 5 months have been just the very start of a rebuilding programme by Gunn. He now has the whole summer to bring in his own players, try out his own football, clear out the rest of the t*ssers and get the team fit, gelled and happy ready for season of league one football. Yes he signed Carney, but in 10 days of transfer window, their isnt exactly going to be a production line of BACK UP wingers is there?
Got us relegated to the third tier of English football for the first time in 49 years!
10. In light of the numerous disastrous decisions and managerial appointments which have taken place at Norwich City Football Club over a prolonged period of time, which this last weekend has seen the relegation of OUR football club to the third tier of English football for the first time in 49 years, the Committee of the Forces2Canaries Supporters Group wishes to place on record that is has no reliance or belief in the current members of the Board. We are unable to support the Board, and feel unable to trust or have any belief in any decisions they make, for and on behalf of OUR football club. Whilst accepting that the Board have acted in a manner they considered to be the best for NCFC, it is abundantly clear that many mistakes have been made, which have been recurring and ruinous, and this can not be allowed to continue. The Committee of Forces2Canaries expects that the Board take urgent and decisive action, and are appalled at last evening’s statement which has done nothing but state the obvious. We expect changes of personnel within the boardroom, and until this takes place the Forces2Canaries Committee will be unable to support the members of the Board and their decision making. Furthermore, we believe any decision to appoint Bryan Gunn as First Team Manager, yet again goes to show the ineptitude and denial the members of the Board are under, as they will be rewarding failure and will be taking the easy option, in appointing a Manager with no previous experience, and who is still ‘cutting his teeth’ in football management. We will always support OUR football team, and whilst we may not agree with future managerial appointments, we will always support the manager and the players. The current Board are purely custodians of OUR football club, and we the Supporters will still be here long after they have moved on.
11. Yes - totally agree But hat off to him for making the players come out and face the fans this afternoon - and those that didnt want to participate were soon pointed in the general direction of the crowd to be relieved of their shirts He is not a managerm, was the easy option and surely for his own good he needs to step down!
12. Understand that at least 4 players are on at least 7000 a week, whilst one of our players is on at least twice that amount!
13.
fans are just happy to to scrape relegation, or finish top half , glenn roeder although i dont like the man , was right what he said , its like a holiday camp down here , you get a paton the back if you finish near the bottom, or top half, the board are happy finishing mid table, because neil doncaster told me so, people will say we have to be realistic but you also have to want to be in the top league, the successful clubs are the ambitious clubs, but whilst fans are happy with the holiday, camp attitude, and the board , you will stay as you are.
And we saw the Glen Roeder attitude acheived didn''t we!
14. Just a thought here - and looking at the divided opinion between fans on whether we should boo or not, whether protests work etc. How about instead of the booing, fans who want change, wear a black armband to the game, or failing that a black item of clothingand leave anything with club colours on at home? Surely a significant gesture that OUR football club is slowly dieing?
15. Thought the four players had to have been on the Clubs books for three years under the age of 21??
16.
So, rather than sorting out the club''s finances, the board are off on a jolly to pay lip service to a bunch of braying, old school tie, City Boy types in the kind of gaff where Gordon Blair and his cronies meet up. Why? Why does the club pay any attention to these exiled so-called "fans"? Manchester United widely dispersed "fan" base is, quite rightly, derided and loathed in equal measure. How are the Capital Canaries any different from the Sarf Lahhndahn Reds? I glad that most REAL fans hurled abuse at these attention seekers when they marched round the pitch at Carrow Road. Stockbrokers pretending to like "association soccer" to give them something laddish to talk about over pink gins at the golf club. NCFC - a local club for local people Wurzel
What a splash you really are !!!
17. Agreed - from what is said in the papers! But, as a businessman with £1.7 Billion assets, would you release the full details of your offer to the media? All I am saying is, that if PC is prepared to ''offer'' £20 Million, how do the board know that this is not open for negotiation unless they sit down and discuss the matter.   The current comments are childish, and should be being discussed in private. It''s like saying you can come to my birthday party, but only providing you buy me a present and a cake. (Yes - I know - probably not the best analogy!)
18. Billionaire businessman Peter Cullum last night said he was “at a loss” at Norwich City board members'' refusal to meet him to discuss his £20m offer to bankroll a Premier League promotion push. First paragraph - take it this is not deemed as an offer then?
19.
Cullum is very shrewd,  He is trying to stage an agresive take over through the media using us fans as a lever. I am sure we will hear from the board soon putting their side of the story but if he still keeps waving the "If they don''t take my offer they will struggle" in front of the fans noses who will listen to the board?. P.C. is playing the fans like a stradivarius Violin ( very well ). If this keeps up no one will care if it is good for the club long term or if the offer is fair to the present owners, all the focus will be on fear that we will get relegated if we dont let the white knight ride to the rescue. I know we need investment to progress and soon but I am beginning to dislike this guy and his methods. He is taking the fans for fools as much as the present board it is just that the "spoon full of sugar" is very big
What other methods can he use to put his point across? If the Board refuse to compromise in THEIR asking price, and refuse to enter into negotiations before PC states that he wants to buy DS & MWJ shares then i dont see that PC has any other options available to him.
20.
It sounds like talks aren''t underway because he still hasn''t made an offer to buy the shares yet. Whilst the implied offer of £20 million in the transfer kitty in return for the majority ownership of the club might be great for the fans it isn''t great for the shareholders. Whilst I would like the board to be open about what is going on, they have made clear what their asking price is. Now it''s time for PC be clarify the exact details of what his offer is. Perhaps the board think there has been no progress on PC''s side since discussions last took place and therefore further discussions aren''t worthwhile at this point in time. We only know the details that the board and PC wish to be made public.
But from what is in the ''Public Domain'' we know that the Board are refusing to sit down and discuss what is likely to be the biggest possible investment into Norwich for years to come. How do our curent board know what PC is likely to compromise on, unless they sit down at a table with him and discuss the matter? PC is obviously not going to give a full break down of what he is prepared to put up to the Public Domain, and unless all parties sit down then this investment is going nowhere!
21. Absolutely crazy! Yes, the deal in the ''Public Domain'' may be unacceptable to the current board, but how is any compromise going to be reached unless everyone sits down in private and sorts this out. It''s not everyday that an investor comes along with the tune of £20 Million pounds on the table, and refusal to even sit down with Cullum is absurd! With the lack of news coming from Carrow Road this week - something is smelling extremely fishy!!
