4. Nail - Head - Hit!
You might well be happy to massage your ego by posting such stuff on someone else''s website and so take what you consider to be a minimal risk. Bully for you. That is not the point. The far greater risk is being run by whoever publishes what you post. And they live in the real world, where news organisations can be and are had up for contempt of court. If you really want to be brave about this, set up your own website and take all the risk.
5. So because it is a low level crime you deam that neither the victim or the accused are allowed a fair trial?Irregardless of the level of crime, it is The Pink Un''s responsibility to control what it publishes; including postings on a message-board especially when someone posts as ''fact'' what occurred during an incident.

And nothing there that hasnt already been published on PU and other Archant websites.I should imagine that the deleted topic has been removed due to the fact that someone appeared to be ''stating as fact'' a version of events in relation to the incident, and by doing so could quite possibly prejudice any forthcoming trial hindering the possibility of a fair trial for all concerned. So Archant and in particular Pete are quite right to have deleted the topic!
For those of you, who like me, have waded all through this post without finding out what they are all talking about ,the answer is here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-norfolk-11133267 Seems the BBC has more balls than Argent or Pete does not know what he is talking about!

It''s phrases like that, that makes me giggle.  Common assault is so low level crime, the accused are only be up against a couple magistrates who''ll generally rap them on the knuckles with community service.Yes it is technically a contempt of court.  But quite honestly you''ve a better chance of being abducted by aliens, if anyone thinks you''ll be ''done'' if we talk about it.
13. On 15 May 2010, members of the Forces2Canaries Supporters Group will be undertaking their fourth Annual Sponsored Event and walking from Cromer to Norwich to raise funds for The Matthew Project. The Matthew Project is a value driven charity based in Norfolk working in innovative ways with adults, young people and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. The charity provides dynamic drug education to young people helping them to understand the risks of drugs and alcohol, and has workers based throughout Norfolk, in Thetford, Kings Lynn, North Norfolk, Great Yarmouth and Norwich. Having lost one of our members in recent years, who was a beneficiary of the charity, the Supporters Group feel this is an important charity to represent, and will be walking from The Junction in Cromer to the charities offices on Pottergate in Norwich. Forces2Canaries have raised over £1500 in previous years for the Bryan Gunn Leukaemia Appeal, the Help for Heroes Charity and The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal, and are this year looking to raise £1000. Donations can be made at http://www.justgiving.com/forces2canaries-cromer-norwich-10.
 14. PabloObviously dependant on tickets sales, but it is hoped that a significant donation can be made to The Help for Heroes charity.Cheers
 15. Group set up for UAE Canaries on FB http://www.facebook.com/pages/UAE-CANARIES/107169127093?ref=ts Phil Bray runs the Group, quality guy and I think a number of them are looking to come over for a game soon.
 16. I can only assume that the OP believes it could discredit the arguement that Cowling originally put forward, in that Col Who have suffered a drop in performance etc. since Lambert''s departure
 17. When the folks come up, they usually come up for the weekend, such as Christmas Social Weekend (try to tie it in with a some game), Canaries Worldwide Weekend (organised by the Club) or last home game of the season (try to tie a Social in with that as well. The F2C group always meet in The Murderers for pre-match couple of wets for all home games, and we try to organise other events through out the year
cool, I live at the top of Mutley just near freedom fields. I try to get back as often as I can. when u guys travel down do you stay for a while?? as my car is now OOA so i have had to tag it out!!
18. Dont think SKY have announced the live football for the remainder of the season Steve - wouldnt be suprised to see City figure in a couple of games

cool, I live at the top of Mutley just near freedom fields. I try to get back as often as I can. when u guys travel down do you stay for a while?? as my car is now OOA so i have had to tag it out!!
plymouth yellow - i am at weston mill.  the group meet in the dog and duck if there is a game on sky, however looking at the tv schedules ncfc are not showing again any time soon. so next venture will likely be an away day to bristol rovers 1st may.
19. Plymouth Yellow Got a number of our members down in the South West - especially round the Plymouth area! Regularly meet up in Mutley Plain to watch the games on the box.
Down side I have to see her every home game I travell from Plymouth.
20. The Club have helped out a lot! They always have a ''military'' theme for the match closest to Rememberence Sunday, and usually have the poppy embroidered into their shirts. This season, as part of the football league, they are also sponsoring Help for Heroes!
well its a good turn out so far, am sure there are a few more. Will check out that group, pretty sure i was chatting to one of you guys in Guzz dockyard. Its true though the mates and times you have in the forces are second to none. Over my ten years I served on Illustrious, Liverpool and the Bulwark as a Landing craft Engineer as part of 4ASRM. and yes Morty u have guessed like father like son!! I am sure one of the Forces group guys could answer, but do Norwich often do anything for the brave lads and lasses past and present?
21. 18 years in the RN - first ten years as a TAS APE and then transferred to the dark side. If any of you are interested, and as one of the previous posters has already mentioned; please come along and have a look at http://www.forces2canaries.co.uk. Regards Gus
