1. 3 am posting would be awesome! however i feel it would really only appeal to the student following which i won''t be in a couple of months. I hate dissertations
 2. I think people are thinking of forwards ten years ago. Yes, you need one upfront that does that sort of work eg Martin, but how many other teams have two orthadox forwards. Man utd have rooney and arsenal have henry that both like to roam. A forwards position gives huckerby far more freedom than in midfield
 3. I''m sorry, but seems to me everyone is forgetting something about the forward positions for next year. everyone is talking about Martin/Earnshaw combos or Earnshaw/Brown or Earnshaw/Dublin combos. Has everone forgotten the fact Huckerby is playing his best football upfront for us. No one seems to think he is going to play upfront next season. I am just confused why people still aren''t seeing him as a forward even though his recent revival must be down to him going back to his forward position
 4. I would like to put people who say arsenal need to change there style of play into room 101. It''s so refreshing to watch Arsenal play and the only reason English players don''t get into the team is that our coaching system to too focussed on winning at such an early age. If an English player is good enough i''m sure he would play them.I also would like to see Patrick Kielty in there. He is so annoying and not funny. I don''t understand how the media industry is so difficult to get into but presenters like this get on TV. I don''t even know when to laugh when he is talking he is that boring and unfunnyAlso, are you allowed to put AIDS in? I suppose the world would be fairly better without it. Just a thought
 5.

I wouldnt like norwich to loan any players unless it was with a view for a permanent transfer. Otherwise a complete waste of money. We aren''t going down or up. The amount of money we wasted last year on players such as Rehman i believe seriously dented our transfer budget last summer
Spot on, there''s really very little point in us loaning in any players now unless we''re intending to sign them at the end of the season. It''s just a drain on our resources which are already going to be strached next year due to the loss of parachute payments. Some people will see this as a lack of ambition, I think it''s perfectly sensible.
Crouch was a good short term loan, so it shows it can be done.
We loaned Crouch and also Harper in september to give our promotion chances a massive push. We are now in march with us not going into a relegation scrap or promotion charge so i just dont think there is any point. As previously stated by someone i would like to see a few youngsters given a chance a bit later on when it is mathmatics that says we aren''t going down. People like Eagle, Spillane and Lewis should be given a chance. Wouldn''t harm them.
 6. I am suprised Safri hasn''t been mentioned. Whenever he plays well we seem to play well. i would still say Huckerby but thought Safri should still at least get a mention
 7.
I agree with Master J. We are all but mathmatically safe from relegation now, so any loan must be with a view to next season. So much money was wasted on unsuccesful loans and especially agents fees, no more please unless there is a decent prospect of a permanent transfer at the end of it. Smudger, you do realise we are in the process of reducing our wage bill and expenses because of losing parachute payments next year? You do know how big our current wage bill is? Do you think that its only the transfer fee that counts?
I love it when people agree with me. Seriously though, i can''t really see many options in the transfer market right now that make it a sensible move to take them on board. Is there any players that take anyones fancy who would be realistic candidates for transfer?
 8. go onto www.101greatgoals.com its isn''t up there yet but by the end of the day it will be. the website gives you a link for all the latest games. Hope it helps

 10. I recently contacted Bryan Gunn when he was the ambassador about whether he could arrange a ticket for my friend who has just gone into chemo - The club gave him two tickets and invitation into the Gunn Club. This was another amazing gesture from the club and i am still very proud of NCFC.
 11.

What a waste of time this thread is.
It''s just a bit of fun dicky
Exactly...... Some people need to lighten up a bit. There''s more than enough '' Oh-I''m-so-serious '' stuff on this site. Surely we need a bit of light relief now and again ?
A girlfirend is good for that!
 12.
Martin will be under contract soon so NCPLC can get more for him when they sell him. FOOTBALL MUST COME FIRST
You should work for The Sun with your ability to put spin on everything. Your parents should be proud
 13.
What a waste of time this thread is.
I fell for it. well done
 14. I haven''t be able to make it to a game this year, apart from Blackpool, because living away at uni. Last season i thought Shackell was composed on the ball and good at calming down the game but all i read now is that is distrubution is awful. Has his passing really got so bad? If so why could this be, maybe a lack of confidence. I have always thought he looks so much more assured when next to Dion. Does anyone else know why it has gone so bad?
 15. I always like to see players taking responsibility for a loss rather than blaming the ref. Grant said it was the case when i came in and it was obvious that our defence switched off near the end
 16.
Where''s Chadwick?
I didn''t even notice that. I was hoping he would have got on this game. I havent heard anything about him having a set back
 17. I''m reading BBC Commentary as well. It makes it evern more nerve racking however. How are they sounding? text commentary looks as if we are on top
 18. Just was wondering whether i can feel smug and say i have been proved right yet? Please inform me
 19. Not really nutty. If we kept two clean sheets in the two games then the point could be warranted being raised, but 4 goals in two games suggests Dion is still needed. I believe we are better without earnshaw, having a player upfront who can pass the ball as well as score is so much better for the team. I feel earnshaw just puts his head down and runs. But saying this the midfield has changed a lot since he has been out so it might have more to do with that. If a £4m+ bid cam in for him i would be tempted to invest it into the defence personally
 20. I  normally defend Grant but the choice of Etuhu over safri and huckerby on the right is a strange one. I hope i am wrong
 21. Only the reserves but its still nice to see the score. Final score just popped up on Sky Sports News. Anyone know who scored and how anyone played?
 22.
"Bitter, Mike?" "No, you?"
No, i mean do you want a pint of bitter mike
 23. Bryan Gunn calls Dave Stringer Mr Norwich in his book. Maybe Bryan is only his apprentice at the moment
 24. Been given a more hands on job at Norwich. Really happy for him and the club. Reading his autobiography i can see him not putting up with players that don''t want to fight for there shirt. Well Done Grant!
