I really don''t understand some people on here. We are in league 1, Alan Lee is a decent championship striker and he''s one that wants to play for us, gets stuck in and causes defenders all sorts of problems. He is exactly what we need to partner Cody/Martin/Curo. Most fans would say he was our best player for the last 7 or 8 games last season and yet now we are about to sign him its all "lazy ex scummer" blah blah blah. Dickinson is a f*8king donkey. Ok he may have a reasonable scoring record but he is slow and cumbersome and Lee is a much more complete player. Just ask Leeds fans what they thought of Dickinson when he was on loan last season! If it is true and he signs will be a very good signing for a league 1 club. If we get Whaley or Parry in to play on the right wing as well then i think thats decent business as both have always looked decent players to me.
thats just like asking place fans what they think of lee????

It seems to me that gunny will go with Lappin on the left instead of Hooly because of his set pieces?? not sure what i think of this one! Lappin can whip it in with a bit of pace, not sure who else can? saw gill on the set pieces at Fakenham and his balls were just floated in. Would rather see a whipped in ball than a floated one but not sure of Lappin instead of Hoolahan? Maybe gunny wanted Hughes for his set pieces, not sure what he''s like on them? Difficult one!

I have also heard that stern john is signing, don''t think we have a chance with lee!

I wouldnt say he is over rated, he is a very good player. However, i hope he does go, he doesnt want to play for this football club and we can cash in on him now instead of letting him leave for nothing next year!

He did number 11??? was it not him??
Norwich: Jed Steer, George Francomb, Dario Dumic (Joarder 45), David Stephens, Takura Mtandari Damon Lathrope (Clarke 65), Tom Adeyemi (Osemwegie 65), Matthew Gill (Chrysanthou 45), Paul McVeigh (Dawkin 65) Troy Powell, Kris Renton (Kelly 45). Sub not used: Sam Grieveson. Neilson didn''t play. Take your pic from that squad as to who it was.
who was the number 11?

I stand mistaken if it wasn''t him, who was number 11 at fakenham??
-
He did number 11??? was it not him??
-
I can''t recall him getting more than five touches in the first half! Not for me!!
-
I hope this deal still goes through with Neilson impressing today, i''d have Whaley over Neilson anyday! I went to Fakenham and Neilson was VERY poor!

http://www.pinkun.com/content/ncfc/story.aspx?brand=PINKUNOnline&category=Norwich&tBrand=PinkUnOnline&tCategory=Norwich&itemid=NOED10%20Jul%202009%2019%3A54%3A27%3A670 Sorry if it''s already been mentioned but bringing back winning mentality from a relegated side seems hard to me. Ok they had a 30 point deduction and would not have got relegated if it was for that but they would have still finnished in the bottom half of the league. If he''s got winning mentality from a relegated side gunny needent bother buying player with it because our squad must be full of it!! Not saying i don''t rate Spillane because i think he''s a very good player and im not against gunn bringing in players with winning mentality but this one just seems a bit odd! Thoughts???

Stephen Hughes is a RIGHT MIDFIELDER
Mr. T replied to ....'s topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City

your reaction is typical of this mb actually! He can play central as well as right i think you''ll find. But yes... he does play right midfield.
He may well play on the flank, but he isn''t fast enough. For the thousandth time I''ll say it again - in fact I''ll shout it out: WE HAVE NO F*CKING PACE IN THE SQUAD!!
he is actually pretty quick. -
Warren feeney deal with leeds collapsed
Mr. T replied to Paddy2113's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
only about a week late mate, getting there!! -
i''d rather have dickinson than both, also stern john!
-
i wouldnt pay any more than that for him . considering mcdonald was 25k and i firmly believe he would score more than lee anyway . maybe norwich are starting to be a bit more clever with the funds they have .
i should hope he would! lee is a target man cody is a goalscorer!!

So where's all this rebate money?
Mr. T replied to colneycanary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
if gunn''s bringing in players who want to play for the club and are half decent whats the need to spend money, it''s always good to have some money to spend in the january window! however, i do think we will sign dickinson! -
hopefully we will sign dickinson, also stern john!
-
I imagine Spillane will play at right back next season!
-
i don''t think the squad is beter than last year YET. However, i think it will do better than last year, not because we are in a lowr league but we have no loans and gunnys getting players who want to play for the club!!
