1. Morison made it quite clear when he joined it was all about Prem football more than Norwich City , if he keeps playing as he is and City go down he willl be off , but that could be said of anybody who makes enough of an impression to interest other Prem clubs .
2.
Forget Snodgrass - Leeds won''t let him go for anything less than silly money.
Yes i agree , if they wanted £5 million in the summer he wont be cheaper in January especially with Leeds sitting in the play off places .
3. It will cost us dear when he is fouled in the box because refs are well aware of him now and will think dive every time he goes down .
4. The dive in the box was pathetic , Holt ran away from the ball to run into the defender , quite rightly booked and it does Holt or the club no favours whatsoever . Better to go down giving it a go than to stay up by cheating , leave that to the foreigners .
5.
I would forget Billy Sharp. After everything that has happened recentley he''ll be with Doncaster for a good few seasons yet.I can see Rhodes coming though, given the Pilks connection. I expect us to pay around 1.8m, with 1.2m in add ons - keeping us up, international caps, etc.
According to Paul Jewell Billy Sharp has a release clause and will almost certainly be leaving Doncaster in January , he seems to think Ipswich have a good chance of signing him although it would appear a sideways move at best to me . Sharp did say pre season that he would like a move to the Prem and Southampton had a bid of £3.25 million accepted in the summer so that would be around the price tag , decent striker who scores plenty of Championship goals while playing at the bottom club altough he did flop when he moved to boyhood club Sheff Utd.
6. Rhodes has not always been a starter in the Huddersfield side , would much rather have the Binners January target Billy Sharp or Nicky Maynard .
7. Well according to TWTD this morning the Binners are weighing up a move for Prestons 19 year old  6ft 2in frontman Jamie Proctor but he is supposedly also being watched by the Canaries .

9. Norwich City consider full-on push for promotion Bowkett became Norwich chairman in July 2009 Norwich City chairman Alan Bowkett says the club are considering funding a full-throttle attempt at promotion. With City fourth in the Championship, Bowkett said he was weighing up the "risk-reward" nature of any push. "The reward is for one season in the Premiership, you''re guaranteed at least £90m," he told BBC Radio Norfolk. "So you might take a risk and find some investment or create some more cash to support [boss] Paul Lambert, because we''re performing ahead of budget." After addressing shareholders at the club''s annual general meeting on Tuesday he added: "[£90m is] four times our annual revenue, not our profit - four times our annual revenue just by getting to the Premier League. "The key thing for me now is to see how much we can raise for Paul in one push. "We''re realistic enough to realise that a little more investment might secure that [Premier League] future." The Canaries have already made three new signings this January, with Aaron Wilbraham and Marc Tierney joining Lambert''s squad, and Leon Barnett turning his loan move into a permanent switch from West Brom. And for the time being any funding for more acquisitions will have to come from within the club, rather than external investors. 606: DEBATE We have a big fan base, I would estimate we could attract a steady 35,000 were we to play consistently in the top flight and the stadium allowed it Superman wears Grant Holt pyjamas Bowkett revealed attempts to secure financial backing were continuing but had not turned up any legitimate interest. "You meet people who have wonderful grandiose plans and I''m a simple soul, I say ''could you confirm you have the money?''," he said. "And when that doesn''t come to fruition you have to be realistic and say ''when you can prove you''ve got some money come back and talk to me''." City also revealed more details on how they hope to expand Carrow Road''s capacity by up to 8,000 seats. The ground, which can currently hold over 26,000 spectators, is regularly close to capacity. I''ve had some conversations with fans saying ''it''s getting a bit expensive Alan'' and I know it is Chairman Alan Bowett on ticket prices at Carrow Road Bowkett said: "The trade off is between capacity and price. I''ve had some conversations with people saying ''it''s getting a bit expensive Alan'' and I know it is. "I think the obvious route is the Geoffrey Watling stand, whether you put another layer on it or take it down and re-build, I don''t know. "Probably the sensible thing to do is bite the bullet, take it down and build a new stand, but it means 18 to 24 months without revenue and the people in that stand tend to be the people who have been the supporters for many generations." 11. It would have been less of a gamble than the money we have thrown down the drain on Wilbraham .
12. Because sensible people can see City will fall away , its not the first time a newly promoted team have hung around the top six most of the season then fell away , Colchester and Leicester are good examples . I very much doubt we will manage to finish in the top 6 , then how long will Lambert hang around ? . Burnley Saturday will be a good test and i fully expect to lose that by 3 .
13. So we didnt even bid a million for a player they value so highly , no wonder we didnt get him .
14. Is Holt out of form ? or is this as good as he gets at this level .
15. http://arsenalyouth.wordpress.com/2010/05/09/phillip-roberts-signs-scholarship-terms-with-arsenal/
16. I wonder how much we paid for him , Scum got Fulop for around £750,000 , whats the saying pay peanuts get ....
17. Gel , theres a nice handy excuse , i am sure Nelson and Ward will be an exceptional centre back pairing once they have gelled .
18. Where are people getting this we looked good for goals , watched the game on Sky and the commentators thought we were toothless and hardly forced Loach into a save all night long .Apart from the soft Surman free kick and Jacksons acute angled shot into the side netting we created nothing. Well beaten and god knows what the better teams will do to us.
19. You buy cheap lower league players you will struggle , Surman apart we hardly have a Championship class player in the squad .We have 4 strikers all lower league , it will be a long hard season 1-5 would have been a fairer result tonight.
20. Doncaster were a very decent Championship side last season and anybody thinking we have a god given right to finish above them are seriously deluded .Billy Sharp probably cost more than all 6 of our big signings put together.
21. Lambert didnt fancy Cody in League 1 so he was never going to feature next season .
22. How many Premiership sides would be interested in signing a player from the Norwich squad ...NONE simple as that .
23. Incredible to think some people rate a slow lump of a forward who was untill last season playing for League 2 Shrewsbury to be better than a player whos career has seen him play for the likes of Liverpool , Villa and England . Take the green tinted specs off people Holt will be way out of his depth in the Championship and will be lucky to net 10 next season .
24. Well if there was another Championship club interested in either Crofts or Fox i would be astounded .
