1. am i the only person that thinks this years shirt is the best we have had for years? but as we are on the adidas/wolfsberg theme, how about there shirt from last season?
2. thats 4 games short of half a season! we were 6th bottom when he took over and got relegated. therefore he has to take his share of the blame. its so easy to blame roeder 100%, but the fact is gunn took the job and failed. he should never have taken the job and even after relegation he still thinks he deserves the job because he wants to put things right. why cant he see that hes not a football manager and walk away? if he had the club at heart like a true fan then he would have done, for the sake of the club. if newcastle get relegated, can anybody see shearer staying there? i cant, because he is newcastle through and through and wants whats best for the club and fans. gunn wants whats best for himself and his family.sorry for being so negative, but im fed up of people saying the odd were stacked against gunn etc etc. the fact is he took the job, had almost half a season and made us worse than what we were. anybosy remember the southampton home game? we were 2-0 up, ended up drawing 2-2 and gunn just stood and watched the 3 points slip from our grasp. the first sub that night was around 80minutes, when it was clear it should have been made much, much earlier. just 1 example of many that could be picked out. the ma nas a manager installs no confidence in me. hes an NCFC legend, i just wish he could see this and walk away before he goes an wrecks it all
3. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WO4tIrjBDkkfor me this should be bryan gunns team talk at 2.55 today. if this cant get players fired up than what can?
4. With it being 20years since Hillsborough on wednesday is there going to be a minutes silence today? To be honest i dont think i could take any more tension!
5. how many of those were automatically renewed direct debits, which can still be cancelled?i doubt very much there will still be 17000 come may
6. just having a quick glance at the table, we are level on points with barnsley (4th bottom), and are 2 points ahead of watford (3rd bottom)however both teams have 3 games in hand on us, meaning that if barnsley take just 1 point and watford take just 3 points from 3 games we are in the bottom 3.im afraid i believe this may be it for us this season.
7. or is the fact thats its just now 1 win in 5? i know we have only lost 1, but i would have taken losing to wolves OR doncaster if it meant beating southampton, we would have stil been 1 point better off. i know the wins will come and gunn needs time as its his first managerial job, but are we gambling with time that we just dont have? we are outside the bottom 3 by a few points, but with everybody below us having at least one game in hand things may turn very bleak very quickly. draws just arent good enough any more
8.  i cannot see why andy d''urso was chosen to referee this game, given his history with Bristol City v Norwich. we were always going to get a shocking performance  from him, and take away the 2 penalty decisions he was awful-how many times was cort having his shirt ripped off his back, or having a player climbing over him?his general running of the game was disgraceful and thats before we get to the 2 penalty decisions...the fact is, d''urso is a shit referee, always has been and always will be
9. what really got me was that he thought there was a funny side to it. im sorry, but if davis has a son, how would he feel if some bloke had a right go at him, scared him and then thought it was funny?davis acted like a right twat and i hope the FA ban/fine him
10. all the ball boy seemed to do is get the ball and pass it back to davis, who then turned round and seemed to have a right go at him, who then seemed to think what he done was funnytakes a real man to have a go at a young lad...

13.
I was told a few weeks ago that hucks had offered to play for nothing !!!!! before everyone shouts who by.  Im not going to say, however it was someone who does not work for but has very close connections to the club the players , past and present and also the owners and yes you would all recognise his name Ps. The 2 weeks thing is my own assumption
wheres an edit button when you need one?im guessing it will be carl moore, if anybody at all.however, i dont know if i would like to see hucks back, as much as i never wanted him to leave in the first place
