1.

Hughton''s discipline + Lamberts Substitutions x Hughtons Strong Defensive / Actually changing formation = The winning formula
forgot the key ingredient - (minus ) Lone Striker
as it stands Lambert is on course for doing no more than Phil Brown did at Hull. Got a side promoted to the Premiership ,stayed up for a season, and at the moment heading for relegation in his second - albeit with a different club. Second season syndrome can happen to a manager just as much as it can a club ,at the moment there is nothing to suggest that Lambert isnt just a flash in the pan in Premiership terms.
 2. if Fox wasn''t going to be used, at least as a sub, in a game like today then quite frankly he never will and should probably seek a transfer before the end of January. If we''re playing an Arsenal or Man United when we know its going to be all hands to the pump then obviously we need the ball winners and energy of Johnson and Tettey. On the rare occasion in the Premiership such as today where you have more possession than the opposition and need to utilise the ball better then Fox is clearly needed. Either Johnson or Tettey could have been sarificed for the last 20 mins today without conceding too much ground in midfield where we just needed to look after the ball better and deliver more quality forward.
 3.

well?
heres a clue ;) 1977–1990 Tottenham Hotspur 297 (12)  1998–2008 Tottenham Hotspur (assistant)
There was me thinking he was manager of Norwich City Football club now?, and would want every advantage over Spurs aswell as wanting as much recovery time for a 12.45pm kick off at QPR the following Saturday? besides which, I don''t think it''s his decision anyway ,by the sounds of it its been decided for us by the Premier League?
 4.

Presumably we would have to agree to this fixture change?......why would we voluntarily help out Spurs with this??
lmao hmmmm i wonder
well?
 5. Presumably we would have to agree to this fixture change?......why would we voluntarily help out Spurs with this??
 6. i''m assuming this twitter page to be a joke..........presuming i''ve judged the angle they''re coming from to be correct, I think it''s actually quite amusing!
 7.

If Hughton plays the transfer window like he plays his substitutes, don''t expect anything to happen until 11.50pm on 31st January! Ten minutes left will be plenty
then he would have missed everything as it closes at 5pm
its 11.00 pm isnt it?.....but either way too late!
 8.
My guess, it wont be on TV, Macclesfield at home to prob Wigan would be first choice. Dont we have to agree prices with Luton, I think thats how the cup works so prob wont be more than £25
I dont see Macclesfield vs Wigan being more likely than Norwich vs Luton?!?............afterall who watching would really care if Wigan got beaten?
 9.
I remember a 2-2 draw at Kenilworth back when Chris Woods was still in goal. It doesn''t look like it has changed at all. Glad it''s at home.
they had a pretty good team in the 80''s in those those when they punched above their weight with the likes of Stein,Harford,Hill,Foster,Donaghy etc etc but their were circumstances that helped them along they way, their plastic pitch all through the 80''s ,coupled with at the back end of this their ban on away fans at Kenilworth Rd.....unsurprisingly theyve been on the downward spiral since those two ceased to be!
 10.

I wouldn''t imagine this would be chosen for tv. Had it been at Kenilworth Rd then absolutely, but not the other way round. Interestingly, we play Spurs in e PL 3 days after this round. Spurs have been drawn away to either Leeds or Birmingham. Not an easy draw for them, plus more likely to be played on a Sunday I reckon. Could maybe give us an extra days rest before this important PL match perhaps, unless the match is moved back 24hrs?
Our draw is the top news story on both the Beeb and Sky Sports so you never know....
given that their are 5 live matches in this 3rd round stage, I''m not sure if you could immediately pick out 5 that would be above this?.....certainly not if TV stations are looking for a potential story?. Leeds/Birmingham v Spurs, Brighton v Arsenal (probably) ,Oldham v Liverpool mabe Sunderland v Everton??....not sure after that ?
 11.
don''t be fooled by Luton''s non-league status, they''ll be well up for this and will want to bring as many fans as possible
don''t we choose how many away fans there are at Carrow Rd for FA Cup matches (as with Leicester last season!?!?!?), besides which should we be letting any of them in at all remembering their disgracful away fan ban of the early 90''s?!?
 12. Given that the 4th round falls between two very difficult fixtures of Liverpool away and then followed by Spurs at home in the midweek afterwards, expect a siilar team to that of yesterday. Our progression therefore will very much depend on whether we come up against at team as dreadfully bad as Peterborough were.
 13. Presumably had Hughton had got some sort of "Pre-Window" agreement to sign a player ,that would have been announced by now, so we can only assume that no such deal was in place?,
 14. Looking forward to the day and occasion although I fear for the game itself. Sounds as if we''ll be fielding a side which will probably bring us down to their level, wouldn''t at all be surprised at a 1-0 defeat.
 15. By my reckoning this was the fourth time we''ve had this self-adulating, corrupt referee this season (QPR,Arsenal,(h), Southampton,West Ham (a)), which in my opionion at just over the halfway stage seems disproportionately high?. It can''t be a healthy situation whichever way you look at it as the opposition could accuse him of over-familiarity but on the other hand a referee will have formed pre-conceived ideas about the players.    If anything good can come from this "surely" we will be Clattenburg free for the rest of the season?!?!?
 16. there has to be more to this ?....as previously mentioned I could just about buy this (although I don''t agree with playing both R.Bennett and Martin out of position) were it for the fact that Garrido wasn''t on the bench............ something is afoot here.
 17. I''d be inclined to hold back on going too overboard on a striker thats been scoring goals in the French 2nd division??
 18.

Senegal were DQ''d from the Cup of Nations for that riot weren''t they? Good news if it''s Toure.
Senegal are in the tournement and he''s in the squad, so if it is him we wouldn''t be seeing him for a while? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senegal_national_football_team
actually on closer inspection it appears they didnt qualify afterall!

 21. I suppose we''ll find out possibly as early as the next 48 hrs as to whether Hughton and Watson have faith in Bunn potentially up to the end of March. When we signed him would they couldnt have thought that they would need to play him for nearly half the season as could well be the case?, instead possibly for a game or two here and there. Had we known Ruddy was going to be out for this length of time would we have gone out and replaced him with a sub goalkeeper from a Championship side who had only ever played 6 Premiership games??.....I''d suggest maybe not.
 22. i said this after our 2 games against them last season, their fans are in danger of becoming the same as the very thing theyve always despised and prided themselves on being the opposite of.......Man Utd. The sooner the whole thing at Man City explodes in their faces and they dissappear up their a*ses the better
 23. pretty much stats that you''d expect from a team that finished last season in mid-table and finished the year in mid table?
 24. arguably the most damaging was the Steffen Iversen debacle, Roeder seemed to put all his eggs in one basket and when it didnt come off we ended up playing Darel Russell as a lone striker.........dark,dark days
