  1. City continue to select a management team who lack the experience, charisma and character to inspire the team. I think of those managers like Bond and Saunders who brought with them a certain quality that motivated the players. Worthington was the closest things in more recent times. Ipswich go out and secure the management services of Keene. Where was City when he was available.
  2. For those of us who followed the Canaries into the first division for the first time, this is truly a sad day. I recall those 3 goals he scored at Highbury in the 1972 league cup game. What a joy it was to drive home that night. . My thoughts are with his family.
  3. City needs a manager who can inspire and motivate the team. Worthington has lost that ability. The current coaching staff seem more content in buying players who have  earned goal scoring kudos but by doing so have neglected to reinforce a porous defence. A good team is built from the back and until City does this they will be a mediocre team in the championship.
