1. FWIW My take is that McNally has shown himself to be an emotional man,and I think this coupled with a few too many on Saturday night (after a desperately disappointing day) led him to `tweet` inadvisably. It is perhaps more revealing that Delia and Michael took the opportunity to accept his `resignation` thereby saving a considerable amount in compensation that would have been payable should they have subsequently sacked him.
2.
Lol Very tongue in cheek sir!
Bang on the money(pun intended).Nice way to improve public image-''donate'' pair of sponsored boots for worthwhile cause, sit back and await plaudits.I`m sure Snoddy does a lot of work for charadee, but probably wouldn''t want to talk about it........
3. Totally agree GJL-what is it with the British medias obsession with the REPUBLIC of Ireland`s football team? All day 5live and Talksport have been trailing tonights game as if it were a home nation playing. The bias in tonights ITV commentary beggared belief
4. Now I may be completely off beam here, but I swear I saw Gunny standing behind Sir Alex at the Man U friendly yesterday.Check out SSN.Man Utd loanees anyone?
5. Bin laden has released another video to prove he is still alive. In it he states that norwich were sh*t on saturday.MI6 have dismissed it as it could have been recorded anytime in the last 8 years.
6. You lot should be eternally grateful that the mighty hammers have deigned to grace the turnip patch you laughably call ''carra rud''.And for goodness sake stop whining about the Carlos Tevez affair,it''s over.
7. Maybe he''s holding out for a ''small'' club like West Ham eh snakepit boy.[;)]
8. I know Norfolk is renowned for being a little insular but surely you don''t mind a little input from outside? I normally post on  footymad, where incidentally, 1st wiz has occasionally been known to post on the West Ham board, and of course that''s just fine by me.
9.

You''re soooo right 1st wiz.Earnie is lightyears ahead of Ashton in all aspects of forward play.As a hammers fan I reckon we got the wrong man-can we give you Deano back in a swap deal for Earnie?I realise we would have to throw in a makeweight. How about Harewood? or maybe Reo-Coker,sorry I forgot you ''ve got Andy Hughes who is also far superior to anything we have
Trust a Hammers fan to get pi**y, fine, go ahead, but think on this: as Herb has already said, if a bigger club comes along for him, or better still, you lot get relegated, he''ll throw his toys out..............again, and scarper. Which suits us with the sell on''s. Ashton plays for Ashton. Earnshaw plays for Norwich. I know which I''d rather have. And no, thats not me being bitter, come back here when I''m proved right.
And of course Earnshaw has absolutely no history of toy throwing right?Hope Worthy''s fabled man-management skills are ready!!! Listen,I have no beef with Norwich city, and as an exiled hammer living in Norfolk I would sincerely like to see you back in the premier league, however when someone makes a laughable comparison I feel the need to respond

11. Chicken, suffering from birdflu are we?I think you`ll find that a years rolling contract means exactly that i.e effectively Worthy has one year to go on his contract each time he gets up for work.
12. Pretentious moi? Why the naked aggression towards West Ham?Is it because they have actually siezed the oppurtunity that the premiership offered, rather than the `we`re not worthy, just happy to be here` mentality that stifled city`s season in the big time?
