How can anyone possibly know what the best team is under this management !!!!!!

The trouble with Delia and co is they are probably too soft for their own good.Nigel Worthington is on good money,family settled etc so he,s probably not going to walk! He''s probably a nice bloke but business is business and it''s time the board got tough and made the difficult decision that is inevitable ,sooner rather then later!!! Re-D.Williams good choice to see out the season!

I agree totally,the only formations the better teams use now are 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 with attacking midfield players.  

Was Earnshaw a panic buy ??? Earnshaw came to Norwich in the hope it would help him get back in the welsh squad ??? Hahahahahahahahahahahaha.....sorry..hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

My chess is like Nigel Worthingtons management............not much forward planning........bit of a shambles........generally out thought by the opposition......SO I RESIGN !!!!!!!!!!!

I think i would be a good manager for Norwich.......after all I''ve got a lucky dip tub i could put all the players names in and just draw 11 out everyweek like worthington does!!!!!!!

At least norwich have created a new formation over the last couple of seasons.........4 -3 -2 and Huckerby. We know he''s a good player but unless you play him as an out and out striker(4-4-2) it''s almost impossible to play a tactically sound formation around him !

I think worthington should have one more season............spring!!!

We desperately need (apart from new coaching staff) someone to create things in midfield so i suggest we sign god apparently hes very creative but not available sundays! God created the world then he had a rest Then he created man and he had a rest And then he created women and since then nobody has had a rest !!!    

Personally i would like to see the Norwich youngsters get a fair go at proving themselves instead of half a game here and there. I don,t think worthington or (in some cases) the fans have given the youngsters the chance to settle in and prove they can play. I''ve always thought when blooding a young player they should give them 3 or 4 games to get used to the tempo and atmosphere of a league game. I''m sure earnshaw will get the luxury of a few games to settle in !

Everyone is concentrating on how poor Norwich are playing this season but its just a carry on from last year....poor tactics...poor decisions and a manager who has shown his limitations.Lets give someone else a go !!!
