6. "Or we could bypass bloggers corner and head straight to virginmedia, do not pass youtube, do not collect £200." Well "bloggers corner" might not be for everyone, but I dont just plan to post links on it, i''m hoping to get some interesting content on it in the future.... ....and by the way, there is no law stating posting links of website is a criminal offence, if you''d bothered to look, you''d have seen that nowhere do I refer to it as my own! [;)]

 10. Ryan Nelsen is a solid defender but apart from him, I couldnt name another NZ international expect Killen.
 11. You beat me to it, he would be a vast improvement over Semmy
 12.

Pretty good considering the number of people moaning
Yep, 17,000 mugs happy with the current board. Delia and doncaster must be absolutely delighted. What a joke.
You my friend are clueless!...let me guess..somewhere in your teens, early twenties..been supporting since the early nineties... your assumption that we are happy purely because we have renewed...you just dont get it do you?.. Norwich v Blackburn 23/4/1969... ITS IN MY BLOOD!!!
Dont paint everyone with the same brush twinkle, i''m in my early 20''s and i''m nowhere near as naive as IBA. Norwich is in my blood too, three generations of my family have support the canaries, my grandad was going to matchs in the 30''s and 40''s.
 13. What a load of naive views! Hasnt anyone considered the fact that such a cash injection might aid our survival this year, maybe in the shape of some extra funds, maybe to get someone like Ched Evans for the rest of the season. The current board may be crap, but if 17,000 people didnt buy up season tickets, we could be looking at something a lot worse.... ADMINSTRATION........ or maybe just no funds for the next campaign.
 14. Who was the captain last night and how did he do in terms of leadership etc?
 15.

Yankee Canary is always a lot more quiet these days as are Herb and Marty. I always seem to notice Marty''s posts for some reason...[6]
I''m still here! I never posted much anyway, but to be honest it''s down to time really, I''ll find time to read stuff over the odd lunch time but doubt my employers would be happy for me to spend too much time here. I never seem to find much time at home either, not now I have a new baby guinea pig in my family, very demanding, keeps me awake with her squeaking!
Same here, since finishing Uni and starting work (and with having no internet connection at home), i''ve found time to post has gone right down although I do every now and again. There are a lot of old faces that have disappeared!
 16. I''ve been wondering about this for a while now. Considering that Peter Callum had a £20 Mil takeover rejected by the board on the grounds of Peter''s bid being too low (I think the value of £56 Million was flashed around the media), could relegation devalue the club enough for a potential takeover bid? Please dont take this as me saying I want the club to be relegated as I do not but there is a part of me that feels that a takeover would be more likely if we were in League one due to a devaluation of the club and mounting pressure on the current board.
 17.
I threw my toast at the wall when I read this over breakfast, dum words Gunny.[:|]
There must be a shortage of plates at your house then, wiz!
 18. Fisher Athletic are set to make football history when a female manager leads them out for Wednesday''s Blue Square South match against Eastleigh. Club turnstile operator Donna Powell raised £500 for the struggling club and was rewarded with becoming the first woman to manage a Conference side. "I am confident I can do well - I already run a boys'' football team," Powell told the club''s website. "I am no shrinking violet and do not suffer fools lightly." The 27-year-old, who takes over from regular boss Dave Mehmet for one game, added: "I''ll be picking the team and they''ll be playing my way, none of this long ball nonsense - we''ll be passing the ball on the floor, playing the game the right way. "Sure, I''ll be nervous - I realise there''s a difference between kids'' football and the Conference South but I see it as football is football no matter how old they are - and I know my stuff." Fisher press officer Joe Arif added: "If Donna can turn things round, then who knows - maybe there''s a permanent position in future." The south London club have lost their last 10 matches and are a point off the bottom of the table, while Eastleigh are joint third in the league. Eastleigh director of football David Malone said that the appointment "devalues the league". "For me this is a sideshow we can do without. I have no interest in whatever Fisher decide to do - all I want is three points for Eastleigh Football Club," he told the Southern Daily Echo. It''s nothing to do with the fact that''s it''s a woman taking charge - so don''t start accusing me of being sexist. "It wouldn''t matter if it''s a man, a woman, a monkey or a horse. My understanding is that Fisher have sold the manager''s job for £500 and I think that devalues the league.  "If they did it for a friendly or a game that didn''t matter, that might be different. But Fisher are fighting to survive in this league and we''re pushing for promotion. "This is a serious professional league, not a muck-about league, and I don''t think it''s appropriate."
 19. Matt was a loyal servant to Norwich City playing 161 games and was Norwich Player of the Year in 1998. Cheers Matt, have a good retirement!
 20. I got a 2:1 which is brilliant Hope any others who get their results soon have done well!
 21.
I know how you feel, signing a washed up Cole is hardly the answer to all our dreams and certainly not deserving of those sort of headlines!
Isn''t that what everyone said about Dublin before his signed?
 22. Colchester goalkeeper Dean Gerken is a £500,000 target for Colchester and Reading. (Daily Star) At least Norwich aren''t targeting Darel Russell or Jamie Cureton!
 23. "SWP = Poor Man''s Ruel Fox!!" Yeah but come on Tom there is an opinion and then an opinion.  If you said you were concerned we would go the way of say Luton then that could possibly have more credence. Gretna were basically a team bankrolled by one man, no other income really.  He paid for them to get into the Premier League, then got ill and, either through him or his family, withdrew all financial backing.  The club from then was just not a viable prospect.  Doncaster got a ribbing when referring to them in one of his articles and rightly so.   Actually SWP you are right, Luton would have been a far better comparison to use, it was just a case of the Gretna article was there today and thats what triggered this thread.
