One thing stands out for me. It’s unthinkable that Webbers wife remains on the board after his departure. What a ridiculous situation for the new Sporting Director to face. How can Webber be working in the clubs best interest, while having his main focus on his next move. The only good thing about his departure is that he will no longer be in such high demand that he imagined he would be a few years back.

So far 20 mins in tonight he has passed backwards at every opportunity as usual. On Saturday he was doing it from near the half way line. Clearly lost all confidence in taking the ball forward, of making a forward pass. To me he is a disaster waiting to happen.

Who COULD have turned that squad around. His successors have not done any better than had he have stayed.

And still they remain placed well in thePL. They seems to get the buying and selling right, unlike Mr Webber.

This club fully deserve to be where they are in the league. After they why they sacked the manager who got them up last season. As always feel sorry for the fans not the club.
