1. 3-4 times a day and been on here since the start, I rarely post though.
 2.
Fleck played 2 games in 1990.  He started in the 2-1 win over Sweden, and came on as a late sub in Brazil defeat.  Unfortunately Scotland lost to heavyweights Costa Rica in their opener so that was that.  Gunn travelled but was third choice behind Jim Leighton and Andy Goram. I loved Fleck being there as a City player. Woods was much the same in 86, fighting out with the over-rated Gary Bailey for number 2 spot behind Shilton, and didn''t get on. Mr Worthington had a decent campaign whilst at Sheff Wed though. Townsend was our most successful World Cupper - played all 5 games in 1990, until hosts Italy put them out.  Scored a pen in the shoot out win over Romania too. Watson didn''t go to the WC in 86.  He went to the Euro''s in 88 when we were terrible, and got on against Russia starting the 3-1 defeat - but he was at Everton by then.  I also remember him captaining an all ageing star side which provided a warm up in Hong Kong before the 2002 WC - it finished 1-0 or something.  England were awful. Watson''s namesake the ex-Saints./Man City player from the 70s holds the record for the most England appearances without ever playing in a WC by the way - 65.
I thought Watson captained the all-stars (or whatever they were) side in Hong Kong just before/after it was handed back over to the Chinese. Circa 1997  not 2002?
 3.   lmfao quality post. gotta love the downies.
 4.

what are you? a bed time story teller?? thats pathetic!
No just somoene who didnt want to write an epic for the trolls to dismantle so wrote a small piece so the likes of you could have your hand honeymoons over it
''Hand honeymoons''    LMFAO!! Thats classic.
 5. France - Marseille Holland - PSV Italy - Inter Milan Scotland - Celtic Germany - Bayern Munich USA - DC United   Dont necessarily support these teams, just like them most in those countries.
 6. The one in the Norwich kit looks pretty hot!! A much prettier sight than Quasemodo Croft in full flight.
 7.

That''s right, it was fixed! And the moon landings were staged, the world is ruled by a secret Jewish-industrialist cabal and CurlyWurlys used to be longer!
You forgot that Wagon Wheels used to be bigger, and lets not even mention the grassy knoll.........
What the hell, Curly Wurlys used to be longer? When did this gross shortening take place!?!
 8. The more I think about this, the more I cant help but think that our player of the season vote was rigged. Making Croft player of the season may, just may, have made him want to stay. Adulation of the fans and all that jazz may have made him sign a new contract. I think that Gunn, the board, whoever; realised this and rigged the votes. After Croft left Gunn even made an announcement to this effect (I forget the exact quote, but along the lines of  " I had hoped that being player of the season may have made him want to stay..") I cant believe Croft won over Clingan. A travesty and certainly an outcome that raised a LOT of eyebrows when he was announced. So who in the hell actually voted for Croft? Don''t underestimate how low the club will stoop to save their necks.
 9. Mine hasnt updated yet either. What the hell is a cache or firewall????
 10.
I believe Eadie arrived about 9:15.  I saw 4 people from this forum but I''m sure there were more there... I got there quite late and sat at the back in the cheap seats.
Standard

No matter how much I object to his appointment, bad spelling is something I abhore.
You can''t make this stuff up, can you?  Cock.
Interesting how you have to debase your point of view by swearing.
Methinks you are missing the point Blainsey - big time.
No I got the point, read the earlier part of the thread. I mis-spelt abhor on a post where I lambast people for spelling Bryan incorrectly. Yes I look stupid. No need for swearing.

He had arms, and legs, and hands, and feet This boy whose name was Brian, And he grew, grew, grew and grew, Grew up to be, Yes he grew up to be, A teenager called Brian, A teenager called Brian. And his face became spotty Yes his face became spotty, And his voice dropped down low, And things started to grow, On young Brian and so, He was certainly no, No girl named Brian, Not a girl named Brian. 14.
I agree Blainsey,Bryan is easy to spell, but so is ''abhor''.[;)]
Oh dear, you try and make a valid point about spelling and you write abhore (sic), you''re gonna look a plonker; and I''m not a plonker.
 15. Dear God, please spell it correctly. No matter how much I object to his appointment, bad spelling is something I abhore.
 16.
on 24th november 1993  norwich played f.c internazionale . norwich were currently 3rd in the premiership . manchester united ...40 pts aston villa ....29 pts norwich..27 points .. we also had players in the team like efan ekoku, jeremy goss. on that season norwich beat blackburn 3-2 .leeds 4-0,vitesse arnhem, 3-0, everton 5-1,coventry 1-0, chelsea 2-1,bayern munich 2-1,
isnt that the 1993/94 squad?
 17.

..........I now live in Bristol and don''t get to Norwich much anymore.
After the season we''ve just had there must be many Carrow Road regulars who''d find living in Bristol pretty attractive right now. Perhaps you really are the luckiest man alive ?
Hmmm, I now live in Bristol, and I guess the only ray of light (for me) is that i may be able to attend a few more away matches; Yeovil, Swindon, Bristol Rovers, Exeter as Norwich is just too far to go now.
 18. Are you for real? That said I can now go (being a west country boy) to Exeter, Swindon, Yeovil and Bristol Rovers to watch us play. Great. :(
 19. Dear NCISA, is there anyway we could have a Proxy vote system for those of us in exile for the St Andrews Meeting? Bristol is a touch too far to go for a night. On that basis. I wholeheartedly DO NOT support the possible long-term appointment of Bryan Gunn.
