1. Just a message to Norwich fans who regularly travel to away games. Would you travel all the way to Swansea which is a 5 hour and 20 minute journey? Or would you rather stay at home and watch it on the TV. I know the easier option is to stay at home, but then the lads need our full support and if we have a huge following going down to Swansea our support will make a massive difference.
2. I wonder if it would be possible to get match commentary and listen to the match on the radio, because when I am in London I won''t be able to get Radio Norfolk but there might be a Radio station that does the match commentary.
3. I am really interested in going to the QPR game as well in London on October 16th. Does anyone know how you would find your way from London Liverpool Street and then onto the Hammersmith and City line, this leads to Shepherds Bush Market? I just don''t know where you would go once at Liverpool Street having arrived from Norwich. I want to book a train ticket now really but frustratingly I can''t because there is no guarantee that I will get a ticket for the QPR game, so I have to wait before the tickets go on sale, and once I have my tickets I can then get my train tickets.
4. Bruce Rioch said: “One of the aspects fans were unhappy with last season was that there were so many loan players but I imagine that was a financial thing because the budget wasn''t there to bring in four or five new players on three-year contracts.I totally agree with Bruce Rioch. In Roeder’s defence – The reason he brought so many loan players in was because I think that he didn’t have enough money, because you only so much money for the player wage budget. You may have £10,000 for a player wage budget, that budget isn’t enough to bring in permanent players. Having said that Roeder shot himself in the foot by getting rid of so many players. He got rid of players like Brellier, Brown, Strihavka, Murray, Shackell, Huckerby, we lost Dublin.

6. Brick back Paul McVeigh, who is now at Luton. Grant is such an idiot for selling him, bring him back, not only that but Grant got rid of Safri as well which in my opinion was when the writing was on the wall, we lost our creativity when Safri left.
7. Canarytim, Sorry to bring out that old cliche that, ''''that I have heard from a good source'''', but something  I have heard regarding,  the Colney situation. A well known ex chief scout who still has contact with the club lives next door to my Dad, they are good mates and often talk about City. He told my Dad Delia actually owns Colney and not the football club, I don''t know how it works or all the details, but if the football club was sold Colney is a completely separate and not in the same package as Norwich City, as the land & training facility is actually in Delias name. So my understanding is if the Club went into administration Delia would still own Colney, or if she so wished and wanted to cash in on that very valuable asset she could sell Colney at any time & the Club would not see a penny of it.
8. Sorry to put a downer on this thread, but afraid there is no way Carrow rd could be considered for a WC  venue in E Anglia, because of the design of the stadium, (thank''s to that carbuncle of a hotel in the way), the very max the stadium could increase to is 36000. the rules say 40000 min capacity. You know how it works the scummers down the road always  come up smelling of roses, they would apply for the venue, if they replace their oldest stand their capacity could rise to 45000. You can see it now them lot Lording it up in a nice big stadium built with some one elses money while we are still scraping about in our 26000 stadium for the next 50 years!.Norwich is a great City with great tadition and should be and deserve to be the Capital of  E Anglia, fit for a WC venue, Ipswich is no where near us in that respect!. Unfortunatly  the football club does not achieve what this City deserves. I feel sick saying it but Ipswich have a club and ambition that do. 9
9. I was at tonight''s  meeting, some good points made, one negative point why did so many people, have to leave before the meeting was brought to a conclusion?.I put my hand up to make a point but didn''t get the chance, I wanted to ask if Delia & co could be pushed into making a statement on what exactly they are doing to find buyers for the club, & NO not investors as we keep hearing coming from the board.Interesting point one guy made ref  to a interview from Keith Harris, that his mandate was to look for investors not buyers for the club.I think most fans want buyers for the club don''t we?. Clearly Delia is not doing enough on this very important matter. Good observation from Tilly when he said members of  Sheff  Wed went to the U.S looking for buyers of a UK football club!. Delia needs to be made accountable for what they are actually doing and seeking for Norwich City.
10. Sorry to say it''s going to be same old, same old, Scape goats have been found City fans hood winked again, Lets give Delia & Michael another chance. Poor season in L1, new scape goats again, Delia & Michael get away with it again. Will City fans ever wake up to all this spin!!!.
11. What is it going to take people, for the majority of City fans., to stop pussy footing around, and go all out with every thing possible to get Smith & Jones to leave this club. Why hasn''t the same effort been used as it was in the Chase out days!We blame previous managers & Doncaster, they were Smith & Jones puppets, & now used as the real culpret''s scape goats. Before anyone comes up with ''''well who have we got to take over if they go''''. That is not the point more pressure has got to be put on Smith & Jones to find someone so they have no choice but to sell their shares. If carrying on unchallenged they will kill Norwich City, we are already a joke in the football World. They have to be shown they can''t stay much longer. So please lets make a real start & effort at the meeting tomorrow. 1
12. Good point about two options to tackle L1, With this current board with their ambition with prudance policy what road do you think they will choose?. A no brainer!, current board in place lets all get used to L1.
13.
What is the difference between a Leeds- who could well remain in L1 yet again- and a Leicester? Truth is that Leicester gambled. They kept on the high earners- added extra staff- spent big- popped in healthy bonuses and went for it. A bit like Brum in the Champ. The other option is to cut your cloth accordingly....shed top earners, bring in young guns, and hope for the best. But in fairness expect to struggle or at least be as good as moany L1 teams if you do. So IMO THAT is where we judge the board. If they make a few juicy signings (esp in midfield) and keep Clingon, Marshal, Croft, Doc then we might jus have a great season... ...if Cody becomes our BIG player we are doomed. Simple as.
14. Got to agree with Wiz there, I watched Leeds v Millwall as well & the standard looked half decent, if any one thinks L1 is going to be much easier than the Championship they are in for a shock,. You could be a team that play good passing football & have success that way. but with the quality of players we are likely to have, I don''t think that will be possible for us!.
15. Just another thought, as our club is being run as a soap opera at the moment, how about geting the cast of East enders to play the parts !.Queen Delia played by Peggy Mitchell.... If someone disagrees with her and say some thing she does''nt  like she could say : ''GET OUT OF MY CLUB''.Bryan Gunn played by Minty... A real nice guy and full of good intentions, but clueless, always ends up with egg on his face.Doomy played by Dirty Den... Can be charming but a smarmy b****d , always end up shafting every body.Mumbles played by Ian Beale...Got business  ambition but havn''t got a clue how to run one successfully !. (and who would love to see his head flushed down the loo!).Matty Patterson played by Phil Mitchell... Leave that to your imagination.Sorry people probably need to get out more!!!!.
16. Got to say all this cloak & dagger stuff., meetings, speculation, Cullamgate, the Indian affair, would make a bloody good movie!.Sign up Wolvarine to play the lead role. Would certainly be more exciting than the crap we have been watching on the pitch for the last season. Any one got suggestions on actors who could be cast as Delia & co ?.[:^)]
17. I have just had a reality check as I walked home from the cozy little open day. NO not that reality check that this great City has a team representing it in the third tier of  English football, but the reality that like minded people on here who write passionately about the football club, who want to see action, willing to take part in action, to show the owners of our football club this situation is not acceptable and they must do something now and leave this football club, we are definitely the minority of  the 25,000 who watch Norwich City.Yes went down to the ground to show my support for any protest and absolutely nothing doing.  With a sad and heavy heart I have to say the majority of us Norfolk people are willing to accept failure and decline, (read the mans comments on this subject posted April 25, he has got it spot on) and follow our so called leaders like sheep to the slaughter.I am a proud and passionate Norfolk person not only saddened by the decline of the football club that represents us all, but  also saddened by the acceptance of all that has happened, from the majority of  Norwich City supporters.
18. Personally I think relegation will come at the home Reading game, take it from me that''s when all hell will break loose, a lot of  frustration, and anger will spill from us long suffering supporters.(that''s a thread for another day). If we do send all our loan players back, I think you will find we still have to pay their wages until the end of the season because most of them are under contract until then. I think there could be a point in case in playing some of our youth players sooner rather than later. Would they do any worse than some of this current shower?.
19. Yeah that''s a great chant!, but the full version could be....WHY, WHY, WHY, OH  DELIA.BYE, BYE, BYE, DELIA.JUST GET OUT OF THE DOOR,COS WE JUST CANT TAKE ANYMORE,FORGIVE US OUR DELIA, BUT WE JUST CANT TAKE ANY MORE.Not a nasty but a catchy & relevant chant!.
20. Why are we talking and worrying so much about what happened in the Chase demos ?, and thinking they could happen again ? For crying out loud we havn''t even even started a chorus of sack the board or Delia out yet after we loose the next home game yet!.Did we see any policemen on horse backs, batons swinging in the  vocal but peaceful Worthy out demos!.Lets just have that type of demonstration, with maybe some banners unfurled at certain times during the match. That''s the best way within the law, no one is going to get a lifetime ban or be arrested. We will be sending a clear message to this board, and as others have said on here it might speed up the process of them looking to hand over the reigns of our football club to someone who can do a better job. Before anyone get on there high horse and say there is no sugar daddy waiting to buy the club most of us know that!, but it is our duty to let the likes of Smith Jones & Doncaster etc know that we think their tenure should end sooner rather than later.
21. If stats are so important to you please tell me where you get your stats from saying saying saying,  those 90% represent less than 1% of the club support on match day ?. I have to say I think people like you tend to sit behind a key board trying to shoot down any one with passion & guts. The majority of people on here ( just for you I wont use percentages any more), are using this message board to show our feelings, disappointments & frustrations on what is happening to Norwich City. some of us are willing to do some thing about it instead of people like who clearly has no passion for this club, when you think a new investor would be wasting millions on a hobby. Come to Plymouth with me on a cold Tuesday night  & ask the fans there if following city is just a hobby !.
22.
I have been reading all the posts with interest, and some excellent points made. After all the post mortems of whats happened and why, the one thing 90% of us long suffering City fans agree on is the board is at fault and we want it changed as soon as possible. Together as fans we are strong and we have a loud voice. The question I ask now is what are we all going to do about this situation ?. I  myself  would love to start to organize some thing and come up with some ideas, but I am afraid I do not have the skills or contacts to do that. I just want to urge those City supporters out there who do, to now start the ball rolling with organizing the likes of me who will back any sensible and constructive ideas to the hilt to start rebuilding this football club in crisis,Lets remember when we were trying to get Worthy removed, and NCISA organized a meeting at St Andrews Hall, should they not be thinking of doing that again for our present situation?. Yes I know some of you are going to say is there any one out there ready to take over and perhaps there may not be. But if thousands of us speak together against the likes of Doomcaster, Smith & Jones it might help speed up the process of them geting out & finding new investment. So come on all you City fans out there with skill & contacts, lets have some action I myself and thousands like me will be right behind you. We could start with the forum organized for March 5th, lets build on that and stop sitting on our hands so we can bring forward the time when this board can go and we can begin to rebuild our beloved Norwich City.
23. We the fans have to take some blame the writing was on  wall when we got promotion to the prem, & this bunch of gutless, no risk takers showed no ambition to keep us there. When we got relegated we blamed it all on Worthy instead of putting this bunch of boardroom cowards in the dock and asking some serious questions. I am afraid our pigeons have come home to roost. All is not lost if the fans  stick together we can still do our part now to get this spineless crew of  Doomcaster, Smith & Jones out.
