Delia and Michael WJ have put a lot into the finances of NCFC and for that we must all be grateful - HOWEVER they do not know how to run a football club.  They can still be shareholders, but they need to let people with experience run the club.  The reality is that without significant finance we will continue to struggle, and until we lose this small club mentality absolutely nothing will change.

He has to be one of the worst signings from what I''ve seen.  He was like a statue on Monday.  And no matter what anyone says Doc has been awful so far this season - and that from a man who has his signed shirt framed and hanging in my companies board room!!!!

No one can question his desire to play for NCFC - However he is not a natural left backi and far more comfortable in midfield.  All his bad games have been when he has been played at left back - apart from last night when he worked hard and did not let the team down. Wes is getting an ear bending at the moment, but guess what?  He likes playing just behind the forwards - when has played well?  When he''s been in that position. When you play players in positions where they are not comfortable, you do not get the best out of them - that is down to the manager NOT the player.
