I do like a 'when did you stop beating your wife' question. Is there a one camp that says “sell the club/find an investor.”. Would we need to sell the club if we find an investor? If the club gets sold does the buyer have to invest in the club or can they just buy it? If they buy the club and don't invest in it would they then have to sell it immediately if they don't get an investor? What would your reaction be?
