  1. I visited the George Keeley Bar last year. . Lots of Canary memorabilia but the staff didn''t know what any of it was. Good food there and pleasant atmosphere.
  2. I made a special visit to the bar in August. It was great to see the signed shirts and posters in the bar but was disappointed that that the bar staff working that day didn''t seem to know much about Norwich or appreciate just how big an effort we made to get there.
  3. Although this was first reported on BBC News Website at 1259 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/celtic/7862582.stm
  4. or http://www.newsnow.co.uk/h/Sport/Football/Championship/Norwich+City
  5. Nothing mentioned on Press Association or any of the news wires
  6. Yes for the forseeable future and from next season the BBC have stolen the Championship and Carling Cup highlights away from ITV.
  7. My first game was on Saturday 25th October 1975 aged 10 years versus Birmingham City. My Dad took me and me cousin. My cousin spent the match sitting on the terracing reading a book while I enjoyed seeing Ted MacDougall score the only goal of the game and Birmingham''s Joe Gallacher sent off. I was a once a season fan then only seeing City when they visited my home team Middlesbrough. Three years later I wrote to Ken Brown assistant manager and he fixed it for me to meet the team when they played Boro in October 1978. It was a day I remember fondly to this day meeting my heroes, Peters, Paddon and Keelan to name a few.
  8. Dean Coney ..without a doubt was completely the worst.- always looked completely lost and unsure of what to do.. Simon Tracey on loan from Sheffield United was pretty poor in ''95.. Thank goodness, he only played 3 games.
  9. Rrom news wires: Dean Ashton has signed a new five-year contract with West Ham, the club have announced.
  10. Same problems for me listening in Kent...Just following text commentary on match console...I wish NCFC would appoint another provider to look after it''s internet rights!!
  11. Funny thing is though, about a year ago Delia visited Scarborough FC to advise them about club catering etc
  12. When Premium TV got the contract for the website is was a league wide agreement. All the clubs signed up on ridiculously long contracts. It is only now and in the past couple of years that the true potential of the internet has been realised. The ncfc site is now controlled by suits in London who are after your money and not your opinion. Let us shout it from the top of Ketts Hill to the board of Norwich...take the lead and get rid of Premium TV!!!
  13. Hear Hear but let''s hope thye future is even rosier!! (Staplehurst Canaries)
