    We need at least one more striker. And seeing as though Holt has said he would be prepared to leave that''s probably have promted a few clubs to take a look at him. And we have said we want him here. I Suspect a bidding war for his services over the coming weeks meaning we''ll get more more money for a 31yo than we probably should for someone of his standard.

    We could get 6-7mil for him that will then mean we can get 2 younger strikers for 2-3mil each up and comming players from the lower leagues, a Dean Ashton type comes to mind

    The futures bright the futures yellow 1 season in the PL doesn''t mean he''ll do it again next season! and he''s getting old at 31 time to look for someone younger for the future. In 3/4 season time we will be a top 6 squad no doubt with the right management

    Norwich

    Norwich have taken just one point from the last 12 available, and failed to win any of their last three home games.

    The Canaries have conceded 14 goals in their last four league matches. They have conceded 66 in total in the league this season – only the three clubs currently occupying the relegation places have shipped more.

    Norwich have kept just two clean sheets this season – fewer than any other team in the top flight.

    This match is being staged on Paul Lambert’s 999th day in charge of Norwich.

    Lambert is an very tactical minded guy, he wont come out and say im here for next season for obvious reasons as he hasn''t the last 2. He wants more money to spend during the summer.

    If he wants or needs more money to spend then he wont say he''s here for next season as no doubt the conversation with the board will be along the lines of this:

    LAMBERT: I want more money to spend to improve our team

    BOARD:You know we have very limited funds and can''t offer you millions we don''t have.

    LAMBERT: we''ll i want money if you want me to remain here then give me money to spend

    BOARD: We want you to be here so we can offer you 4 million extra

    LAMBERT: thanks thats a start but i was looking more 10-12 million extra

    BOARD: ok we''ll see what we can do for you over the comming week

    LAMBERT: ok thanks

    And even if the board does fail to keep hold of him, then whose the best man to find his replacement? McNally. He found a gem in Lambert and he will already have a shortlist of managers he''d like to be here when Lambert eventually leaves us

    A couple of twonks sit behind me all season they criticise ruddy for being awful and they say they hope he isn''t hear next season! I''d say he''s a ruddy good young keeper that will improve over the next 2/3 seasons and he''s allready knocking on the door of being in the england squad in my eyes. Really annoys me yes he makes mistakes but doesn''t every one in all walks of life?

    Morison isn''t lazy or rubbish he''s just going through a bad spell and it can''t help knowing that certain parts of the ground is moaning about him even before he comes on! The lad needs support and encouragement to get back to his best to get back to how he was at the start of the season.

    Some fans were complaining about Howson being rubbish! He''s a new boy to the league and seems to have settled in well and looks to me to be a quality addition to our squad, defently a captain for the future

    Why can''t we just support our team as a whole instead of finding faults with some and it seems as though some fans just want some one to moan at. I thought we got passed that but it seems not! really bugs me this!!!

    There was a board meeting held at portaloo earlier in the week with members of the Marcus Evans consortium, discussing the option of taking them into administration. And seeing what effect this would have on them and it looks very likely that they well take a 10 point deduction this season, clear their debt and try and restructure in league one! Expect their administration to be announced sometime between now and mid Febuary.

    3 games in 7 days says he needed to change things. If Lambert went with the same player the fitness level would be low and we would have lost today. But instead Lambert showed he knows his squad inside out and used his squad to gain 4 points out of 9 instead of maybe 1 or 2 if he played the same team through out these last 3 games. LAMBERT is a genius!
