1. Grade thoughts - based on dates and quality of opposition A: Hull, Middlesbro, Burnley, Ipswich, Portsmouth, Sheff U, QPR, Cardiff, Notts Forest. B: Watford, Swansea, Leicester, Leeds, Millwall, Reading, Bristol City, Derby, Coventry. C: Barnsley, Preston, Scunthorpe.
2. " I may be being thick here but what the f**k are you going on about? The cost of the ticket is dictated by the grade of the game therefore the two are one and the same." Well of course it is related. That''s what I was saying. Who gives a rip what the game grading is, it''s the price being objected to. You could grade every game an A if the price was reasonable.
3. O.K if you want to forget price : which games should be Grade A ?
4. Grade A: £26 B: £24 C: £22 (All maximum prices - there should be cheaper seats in the stadium within these grades - maybe £2 less?) O.K, thank you Dan.
5. Well who gives a ** what''s graded as A or B or C unless it''s the price of the ticket for those games? If price isn''t important it means this is a moan for a moan''s sake, but if it is important it means there must be a price where the value seems "reasonable" ?
6. What I said Morty " i.e the grade affects the price " So what would be a reasonable price to pay ? -
7.
Spot on Morty its not the prices its the choice of games and frankly Watford, Swansea and Hull are grade B at best!
You mean it''s not the effect on the ticket price? Then why do you care if it''s an A, B or C grade?
8. i.e the grade affects the price. What would be a reasonable price to pay ? - for grade A B C
9. Are we not confusing the price of the casual seats policy with the grade of the game policy? Yes I understand that one affects the other ...
10. That would be the Hull City who had 24,000 at their game yesterday, and were in the Premier League last year? Now if it were Preston I''d agree with you.....
11. Championship Attendances Yesterday - by League Position QPR (v Scunthorpe) 12, 046 Cardiff (v Doncaster) 24, 027 Burnley (v Leicester) 15,516 Coventry (v Derby) 13,169 Ipswich ( at C. 12. " If selected, Owain Tudor Jones be facing one of his former clubs " Is he in the squad ?
13. There is at least one board member who understands this affordability issue. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/aug/08/delia-smith-norwich-football-finances However, the club remain between a rock and hard place as capable players cost what they cost...
14. " so how come football on the contient costs less money than it does in blighty? and football accross europe is in the same boat." Players wages are much lower as a suggestion... And are clubs in the same boat there ?
15. " Lets hear from the horses mouth why tickets are stupidly overpriced " Simple, because the players are stupidly overpaid.
16. I''ll take that. Not as the position we will finish up in, but as the position everyone else thinks that we will finish up in.
17. Re Martin or Holt with Jackson...I wrote what I meant. The only issue should be what is best for the team, what is is going to make us more successful. If Jackson''s pace opens teams up and allows our midfield to play, which one of the two slower players - Holt or Martin do you play?
18. He''ll stay here, not enough pace for the Premiership. He would need to demonstrate he can be the first choice strike partner in a quick / large duo first. So a related question is will Martin or Holt play with Jackson?
19. What I like about the squad now is we can look at the team and say - no Holt, no Smith (x 2), or Hughes, Askou or Whitbread. Will any of them start as first choice? Would we be any weaker if any of them came in? Good for competition for places.
20. In case I missed something - Paul Lambert played in Germany, Germany placed third (again) at the World cup, and Germany has 10 x the number of qualified coaches. Oh and CU whacked us 7-1. So a good idea to learn something from them don''t you think?

22. Bollards. It''s a football ground not a hospital or hotel. I''m sure that everyone (including women and our disabled friends) find the current ground much more welcoming than the Carrow Road of 20 years ago.
23. Building a whole new ground from scratch is easier than adding a tier onto one or two existing stands?
24.
Billy Sharp probably cost more than all 6 of our big signings put together.
Really, you seriously think that ?
25. And as for League 1, well O.K see Yoevil, and Walsall and Tranmere finishing up at the bottom, they were all pretty bad last year, but Swindon for the drop? Well I guess they could go into a funck after missing out this year and they did lose Paynter.
