I read this forum and listen to opinions from arm chair managers and football fans. So far this season Norwich City collectively have performed out of their skins with a hotchpotch of journeymen bonded together by a manager who knows how to motivate and win. Still there are negative comments on this forum, half glass empty comments foretelling crisis and doom. For god sakes wake up. This is Norwich Citys best season for years... get behind them and enjoy it. For gods sake be proud of your players if you are really true supporters cause this team as a whole deserves nothing but praise. The team is greater than the the sum of its parts, most players are playing at a level they should be proud of it and posts on this forum ought to reflect that. I think that the negative moaners should take one big look at themselves. Grant said after this match " we dont like where we are but we''ve got to accept it ". What is there to accept ? Norwich are in decline. The manager is a moron. He has a team of players who are scared of shooting and in Cureton one player who can score. The board are ignoramuses and Grant himself is an awful manager. What else should we accept? Nothing I reckon but how about this. Firstly Grant has bought in players and still complains they are not good enough. How about the fact that he demotivates his players by making this public. How about the fact that he is a tactless idiot who is incappable of playing the media. Lets take stock here. Grant has bought in his own players. Grant winges about said players. Is this good management?.We are in the Championship. Its all about confidence. To be honest most of the teams are equally poor. Grant lives in a dream land. What is he doing tinkering with formations. We are not United, nor Chelsea. This division is poor. What the hell is he doing picking a team for a draw away to the likes of Charlton. The man is clueless. His buys have been poor. He is clearly an honest and hardworking manager. Lets not blame him he does his best. Unfotunately his best is VERY VERY POOR. This is so bad somehting has to give. Please let it not be our championship status and instead Grant and the board Sort it out Delia    

It does not require much intelligence to understand why Norwich are a losing side. We have no players who can score bar Cureton, Dublin and Huckerby once in a blue moon. The back four never contribute, Brown is scared of pulling the trigger and the midfield always prefer to pass rather than shoot. When you cant score deafeat is always one goal away. Only defence will keep us from relegation this season. Grant has bought in a load of gutless no hopers... for gods sake the key is easy buy in players who can and love to have a shot. Ive seen Brown this season chest down the ball in the six yard box. What is this.. for gods sake hes supposed to be a striker., Clearly Grant is useless.The players hes bought are average to poor. Norwich are a declining team and only a mircle can turn it around. If you dont or wont shoot you cant score that is the problem. I cant see a waqy out of this. What to do ? I fear its too late Relegation is ever closer our lot

Norwich are struggling because other that Dublin and Cureton they have no goalscorers. Nobody else in the whole team is able or willing to have a go. Brown, Croft, the whole midfield, excepting Huckerby when confident area unabel to pull the trigger. The back four rarely contribute from set pieces. If you dont score you cant win, deafeat is one mistake away. When adding to the squad Grant should have bought players who are willing and able to have a go/hit the target. He hasn''t. For this reason alone we are relegation candidates. The die is cast. Good defensive displays alone can stop us going down.
