1. "Time wasting, this is a little bit pot/kettle/black, if the roles were reversed I would have been happy if our boys had done the same. Wouldn''t you?" There is a fine line between professionalism & cheating - time wasting by taking goal kicks, throw ins etc. slowly may be OK (although I would expect a player - us or them - to be booked if persistent) but in my view to fake injury as their keeper clearly did (one minute holding his knee in pain then leaping up to argue with anyone in a yellow shirt, then dropping like a stone clutching knee again) is cheating and he should have been punished. So to answer your question, yes to professionalism (and accept the potential consequences) but no to cheating.
2. He was an absolute disgrace, awful decisions and lost control of the game. Their keeper was looking for a fight and faking injury, he should have been booked at the very least yet this idiot of a ref didn''t even speak to him. One of the Derby goal scorers was booked for celebrating, I believe the idea behind this stupid law is that celebrating excessively may incite the crowd, frankly I couldn''t care less how an opposing player celebrates but to witness a refereeing display like last night made me absolutely furious and is far more likely to incite the crowd. I suggest we contact the FA via the feedback form on their website to complain about last night''s display, the link is http://www.thefa.com/feedback/ Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. [:@]
3. Why focus all the anger and criticism on Delia ?  Roger Munby is the chairman not Delia and there are (I believe) 6 board members. By focussing on Delia surely we are falling into the trap we accuse the media of falling into ? Whilst she and Michael Wynn Jones are majority shareholders does their vote in the boardroom count for any more than any other directors ? Delia may not be perfect but I''d rather have her in our boardroom that not, she''s a fan so at times she will be irrational and speak without thinking but without her (and her husband''s) injections of funds where would we be now. She doesn''t pull on a shirt and play on Saturdays (however much she''d like to [;)]), perhaps some of the criticism should be aimed at the players who do, it is they after all who are demonstrably making money from the club with little or no commitment (one or two exceptions aside).
4.
norwich born chris martin the next local star and a city fan also.
Sorry to be pedantic but he was born in Beccles (as was I !!)
5. I E Mailed the SnowDome to ask about parking, got the following back - "The carpark at our venue is actually owned by a different company so we can''t really say yes or know, and as it our busy period then there will be limited parking spaces so I couldn''t guarantee there would be spaces. However if you can find a space I don''t see any objections. Kind regards Tamworth Snowdome "   So at least they replied and seem friendly enough but looks like no special parking arrangements - you pays your money and takes your choice.
6. Looking forward to the tea bar then [:D] Where is a good place to park and is there an away fan friendly pub near the ground ?
7. Well said, fully agree. With play off hopes gone, there''s nothing to play for in terms of results so let''s see some decent attractive football for the rest of the season. I wouldn''t mind quite so much if at the games we''ve lost we at least played well. I''ve been to every home game bar one this season and haven''t seen a decent 90 minute performance yet. Presumably the manager and team have performance targets, what are they ??   I think we should be told.
8. Yeah I spotted this little classic. Given that the squad is the one he has built \ destroyed says as much about him as the players ! Yet another example of his magnificent man management.
9. I saw this too, looks like he''s gone.   If so and he (and therefore the club) knew he was going why did he play today ?? With the best will in the world his mind can''t have been right for the game. If he''s off I wish him all the best, he gave us some good times.
10.
Chipperfields Circus, 11 clowns and a ring master after all Very supportive of your club, well done.  Sure it will help morale all round.  Nice to see you doing your bit.
Dicky - re arrange these word into a phrase "up Lighten have and laugh a God''s sake for"
11. Thanks for the report Gazza, haven''t been able to find any reports anywhere, were there any protests outside the meeting ?
12. His garden must be about as good as his team at the moment then - lawn mowing in October ??
