1. I think if you try saying Plucked Football Shirt 100 times in 20 seconds you will end up describing your shirt perfectly ;)
 2.
Provided the team keeps up to a similar standard to how they''ve started I don''t think it''s realistic to expect us to keep the whole squad if we go down. I reckon we could keep a starting 11 strong enough to go up, but we won''t be able to keep everyone. For instance we have 5 strikers good enough to be starting regularly in the Premiership, I doubt 3 of them will be happy to sit on the bench most weeks in the Championship. And to be honest it would make sense to cash in on some of them. We won''t need a team as good as we have to get out of the Championship and with a years top level experience a lot of our players will have doubled in value, makes sense to sell them on, bring in some more promising talent from the lower leagues and pocket the difference. Or maybe I''ve just been playing too much Football Manager...
You make it sound like getting promotion from the Championship is a piece of cake.
 3.
I think the problem with video decisions if is that unless it''s cut and dry i.e. a line decision, in or out. Then it''s not worth it - cricket is the perfect example sometimes they show replays from every angle but it''s no clearer. Football would be even worse espcially as I said earlier most players look for the contact and if there is contact then surely it''s a penalty. It''s very very rare you see an outright dive it''s more and more someone deliberate falls over a leg That''s why the player who wins it takes is a good alternative
Maybe the rule should make the onus be on the attacking player to stay upright and if it is deemed that he was looking for the penalty by going over easily then it should not be given. Maybe they should also take into account the defending players attempts to withdraw from the challenge too. It all becomes rather subjective but I think the decision making could become quite fair and consistent when it is passed to a video ref who is in a secluded location and does not have to deal with the pressure of screaming fans. If the video evidence is inconclusive they could reject the appeal and go with the pitch referees decision.
 4.
Anyone that says no haven''t got a clue.
Do you stand by that if Lambert says no?
 5.

Fulham for me ... never forgiven them for that game
It''s not Fulham that I''ll never forgive, it''s most of the 11 who crossed the white line in Yellow and Green that day.
Spot on. Fulham simply turned up for work and did their job professionally, whereas our group of mercenaries didn''t. I have no axe to grind with Fulham at all amd would love to see them stay in the Prem. I''d like to see Blackburn and their ignorant chicken farming owners go down along with Swansea (because I''m sick of pundits drooling over them as if they were the only side in the Chapionship to play attractive football) and West Brom, because they''re due a downswing on the yoyo.
Isn''t one of our directors an owner of Banham Poultry? [^o)]
 6.
It was a penalty without doubt and having taken it past the keeper you have to say it is a ''clear goal scoring opportuinity'' so Ruddy as to go.   Pilkington been on the line is irrelavant.   Im suprised no one as questioned Ruddy, he came rushing out when there was no real reason to, had he held him up and pushed him wide, we had got enough yellow shirts back to help block the shot.   As for the picture of Ramires, it harsh to say he is already going down, he has drawn the foul and knew it was coming so prepared himself for contact. He played for contact and unfortunatley got contact. However I think had Ruddy have pulled out of the tackle, Ramires would still have gone down.
IMO Ruddy had to come for it. Ramires had played the ball far enough ahead of himself that Ruddy would have every chance to get their first and he had to try. Unfortunately he did not quite make it. Ruddy recognised late on that he was not going to make it and he did try to pull out of it. Just watch how Ruddy pulls back his arms and tries to avoid contact. Ramires was definately looking for the penalty and definately started to go down before the contact. It happens so many times where all the striker has to do is get a toe to the ball in any direction and he knows he can go over the keeper and get the penalty. Having said that, whether Ramires was looking for it or not, I think the ref has to give the penalty as they are always awarded in those circumstances. However, given that Ramires had just poked the ball away from goal and had no chance of getting it under control again without the contact from Ruddy, the sending off is extremely harsh.
 7. http://www.firstrowsports.eu/watch/80662/1/watch-chelsea-vs-norwich-city.html Thats the only one I can get to work at the mo - just go to full screen and you wont be bothered by ads. Its seems like the other usual sites have all been seized by the US authorities.... pub for next match I reckon
 8. Not convinced it was even a foul! Looked 50/50 to be and barely any contact. Will be interesting as to what they say on MOTD tonight. Its points like these, at home against middling sides, that could be vital at the end of the season. And where did he find 5 mins of stoppages? Robbed.
 9.

Hahaha lolol. Thought I might like to tune in and watch some of this but myp2p appears to be down. Anybody else got same problem? I guess it could be BT blocking the site?
They''re hosting it elsewhere temporarily - http://site.myp2pforum.eu/index.php?part=sports
Thanks. Do you know why? 6-1 lol
 10. Hahaha lolol. Thought I might like to tune in and watch some of this but myp2p appears to be down. Anybody else got same problem? I guess it could be BT blocking the site?
 11. Perhaps McNamee needed a partner to play on his PS3 with - Grand Theft Auto maybe?
 12. Aren''t they part of the BBC and we currently are only doing stuff with the BBC that is a contractual requirement due to them airing Dion''s rumour about CMS a while back. That''s what I read on this forum anyway.
 13. I''m a bit nervous too. I think the result could go either way. I hope we break the habit of conceding the first goal too often. Although I wouldn''t mind if we still keep winning with last minute goals! I think we will certainly give Wigan a run for their money though. I bet we will go out all guns blazing and hopefully Wigan won''t know what hit them!
 14. This is a Customer Service disaster. I''ve had a run in with Customer Services before and I''m glad to here Richard Gough is no longer in charge as he was awful dealing with me. The reasons for why this has happened is now of little consequence to those fans effected. That should be an internal matter to be examined and dealt with to avoid repeats in the future. But Customer Services should be pulling out all the stops to make the effected fans happy. I think it would be reasonable to expect an unreserved apology, a partial refund for this years Season Ticket which should take into consideration any reduction in quality of the view and the happiness of each customer, maybe some club shop vouchers, and without doubt absolute guaranteed first choice of new seat during movers and shakers week for next season. They should also be notified if any other seats become available during this season. The club should be seen to be going out of their way to ensure these fans are happy with the outcome. TIL - if you are not happy with your new seat location, you really ought to write to the club suggesting this and maybe do so in conjunction with other fans that you know have been effected. It sucks and I hope they make it up to you.
 15.
Thanks for that.  £8 for three is a bit steep, particularly if they''re not branded and especially considering the amount I lose!! I have found a website http://www.best4balls.com/  who will print onto balls and you can choose from a whole range of well known makes which means I can stick with my usual balls. Still no joy on head covers though!
Now there''s a copyright infringement if ever I saw one!
 16.

It come to something that this here message board is so dumbed down or frequented with dipsticks, that a simple question has to have a disclaimer and be explained to a level of a 5 year old as to not be misunderstood.
Eyeball,forehead,stiletto,leaf? What you on about?
Eye, Think, Heal, Leaf? (I think he''ll leave) - still not sure what Gene is getting at though...
 17. I thought he has 3 years signed just before we won promotion - pretty sure we would not have done nothing about it over the summer if he only had 1 year left
 18. All those 3-2''s won with 90th minute goals too eh Paul? You''re certainly expecting an entertaining start to the season! Hope those predictions are right.
 19. Yeah they will add the handicap on to all the teams. The correct odds on this bet would be 19-1 assuming the handicaps are all accurate. So taking 15-1 is a pretty bad price unless you think the handicap is way out for a particular team.
 20.
Love him to bits but I fear that the cameras this season will highlight his game and the officials will not be so kindly toward him during the second half of the season. Thats the focus which the premier league and international games are under these days. Example against Zaragosa; Ball comes over the top heading towards the corner, no way Grant is going to get it so he trails a leg & tumbles, linesman (who is running back trying to keep up with ball) flags & hey presto we are left with a free kick 25 yards out plus one angry defender protesting his innocence. That would be replayed in super slowmo 30 times from 4 angles, showing quite clearly what happened. This can happen several times a game which will build him a reputation. End result: We love Holt! Ref''s and other teams show him less tolerance.
Totally disagree. You talk as though Holt is a cheat, which he is not, and everything in the Championship was caught on camera. I don''t remember a single time when Holt has gone down without contact. Sure he may go down easily or even look for the contact, but thats just playing the game - thats just clever. If you don''t go down you don''t get the foul. Sure other teams won''t like it but its not like they won''t all be doing the same.
 21. Not certain - but on Wednesday I bought tickets in the ticket office at the ground about 15 mins before kick off
 22.
Whatever people may say about Delia''s and MWJ''s ability to run a football club, those 2 have NEVER turned their backs on NCFC and it is obvious that everything they do for the club is with the club''s best interests at heart.   How many other club owners can genuinely fall into that category? (Maybe Dave Whelan by my reckoning)   We are where we are because of a concatenation of events which serendipitously has bought us back to the Premier League. I believe that the whole framework of the club - owners, board, management, team, fans and infrastructure is the most healthy that I have ever known it, and, as such, have no qualms whatsoever about confidently predicting a top half finish.
I agree that they have done everything with the best of intentions. I doubt anyone would argue about that. Repeated bad decisions on there part almost led to the fans rising up against them like we did against Chase. Fortunately they made a very good decision at their last opportunity and I don''t think anybody would begrudge them that (other than scummers!). We all want NCFC to do well and thats why we get so passionate about things on occassions. Things are pretty rosey now and long may it last.
 23. Who are the Fantastic Four? Is it like the Furious Five from KungFu Panda?
