  1. A repeat of the early 70''s. Remember running across the pitch then back on at the end. Would be good to clinch it in the Rookery again!
  2. I think you''ll find plenty of city support in the home areas....and don''t be afraid to make a noise as the stewards are unlikely to do anything. Remember its Wombles v Norwich not Cardiff v Millwall.
  3. Well, there will be plenty of celebratory cigars about at the end of the season.....
  4. With MacKenzie, Sven, Hucks, Hendo and Jarvis the future looks bright without signing Jamie. I guess he''ll always be remembered with some affection here but personally I think he''s yesterdays news. I still worry about loosing Flem for a month or so which has happened in recent seasons. Shackel''s perfomance in place of Malky was encouraging but he had the steadying influence of FlemKing alongside him. Full backs are covered, midfield has numbers and energy but lacks real creativity (think Hucks gives them an outlet) other than Mr "Burger King" Mullers.
  5. Lol Morgan was ousted just before we played Derby County (inc. Gemmill, Mckay et al) on a stormy (got absolutely soaked) Wednesday night at Carrow Road. Tha date was 16th April 1969 and we were 3-0 down by half time and eventually lost 4-1. Lol was standing on the terraces that night such was his love for the club. Ron Saunders took over in the July and the rest is history. Have no idea if he''s still about but if he is he must be in his late 70''s. The next (and last) two games that season we won, inc. being 3-0 up at half time against Blackburn in front of me and 7,860 others! Statto.....now where the hell did I leave my anorak....
