First game i ever went to!!! Fleck got 2 and Woodthorpe the other if memory serves correctly! thats 2/11. Reckon Woodthorpe must''ve been a sub though. Gunn, Culverhouse, Bowen, Butterworth, Newman?, Fox, Phillips, Goss, Crook, Fleck, ??? Not totally sure thats anywhere near being right but that was mostly the first team lineup for the next season minus Fleck for Robins and Polston in for Newman... perhaps Newman played up front with Woodthorpe on. Though David Smith could''ve been in midfield for someone.
