With the exception of Luton Town away on Boxing day, I can't see any away games selling out (certainly not before it reaches General Sale) so don't see the need for anyone to buy an away membership this year.

Presumbly the light show is for when we play Rotherham United in mid-January on a freezing cold Wednesday night. ‘Nothing beats a night game atmosphere’* *I’ve always found them to be the worst as everyone is knackered from work. Saturday 3pm always better.

That was Paddy just giving away the trade secrets. I.e. the structure of the story would have been made the night before so this morning when the fixtures are released, he can just add in the actual team names. Equivalent to sending an email via 'Schedule Send' on Gmail or something. He obviously accidentally pressed 'publish' rather than 'draft'.

These days, clubs extend the contract of academy players, not with the aim of playing them, but with the aim of pumping up their transfer value. Player X with 4 years on their contract can be sold for a lot more than Player Y with a year left on their contract. Similar to the reason we have exercised the +1 year deal on Cantwell's contract.

Ukraine looked very handy, technically brilliant in midfield, with Zinchenko superior in the centre. Mudryk (the number 14) is wanted by Brentford but he has turned them down and wants European football. Looks a player and could be a good replacement for Bowen at West Ham if he goes. I make them favourites against Wales, weak link is their goalkeeper. As for Scotland, Steve Clarke got it all wrong for me and poor old Billy had another shocker.

Gilmour getting completely overran by Zinchenko in midfield (Ukraine playing well). Once again, he genuinely looks like a school boy in a Man’s game. Lots of running around getting nowhere near his man, physically bullied off, passed around.

Very good signing that and exactly the sort of player we could have a) realistically signed b) financially agreed. He was amongst the top 3 players in the division for myself, and that in a struggling team. Feel we've missed out on a good bit of business here.

The bottom line is that this season's failure lies with Webber - it is ultimately his job as Sporting Director to recruit the correct players. Did he try? Yes. Did he have the right approach? Yes. Did he execute the correct transfers? No. In Webber's position, you clearly aren't going to state publicly that the players you signed (who are actively still at the club) weren't/aren't good enough, that's suicidal for club morale and any future transfer dealings upon selling these players. So, whilst I understand some of what he said given the scenario, he has massively failed on two major points - Blaming the fans for giving up (never, ever, criticise the fans in any scenario - it only leads one way) - seemingly accepting no blame for the failure It's far from an easy job recruiting Premier League capable players on a shoe-string budget, but he's had two attempts now and failed miserably both times. He's achieved a great many positive things whilst at the club but now time to move on.

Not go back to being mid-table Champ, still win the league but then what genuinely is the reason for accepting the promotion under the current regime? I'm not anti-Delia (far from it) but we simply can't compete in the billionaire league, we've proven that time and time again under the current model. Something major would have to change. This isn't a doom and gloom or anti-club post but rather a realism one.

The best result for us in what will be an incredibly weak league next year. The only trouble of course is it means we're more likely to go up again next year...

Would love to see him back here to replace Krul (Krul been a great servant and signing but fear his time is up at Norwich) but imagine he will have higher suitors, maybe as a No. 2 at a major club / England quota player ala Carson at Man City/Green at Chelsea before.

Kenny Mclean always tries but simply not good enough at this level, same with Billy Gilmour (although he has time on his side). The midfield have been utterly ranover all season and this is where it’s badly gone wrong. However, both names above have atleast always tried so won’t ‘win’ the award. I think you have to give it to Cantwell. Yes, we dont know the full ins and outs, but he’s now failed to get in three different managers teams and seemingly wrecked his career. Stuart Webber: Pro's - Brought in Farke who in turn produced some of the best football we've seen in decades - Transformed Colney and the training facilities - With the help of the scouting team, signed two incredible bargains in Buendia and Pukki - Changed the club from mid-table Championship to Top end Champ/Lower end Prem - Financially sound after a severe rocky period pre James Maddison sale Con's - Got rid of Farke without a plan. This is fact due to the nature of the appointment of Dean Smith who a week prior wasn't available. - Buendia/Pukki aside, has a pretty abysmal recruitment CV, culminating in this season's effort. - Clearly ambitious (usually a positive) but has other ambitions in life. This is not a criticism of him as a person (actually the opposite) but it's a negative as far as Norwich City FC is concerned. I personally think it's the right time for him to go at the end of the season. He's in a similar boat to Paul Lambert to me. Both achieved great things at the club, should rightly be praised and remembered for all their positive work but ultimately both through their confidence/arrogance (which helped gained their success) reached a natural plataeu. I would bring in a new Sporting Director, let Dean Smith build a more solid, pragmatic team in the Champ and see how that goes. It won't be as pretty as Farke-ball but ultimately we simply don't have the finances to play Farke-ball in the Premier League. Without a takeover, you need to spend £30m+ on each player to play attractive/winning football at that level. As to who replaces Webber, well that could be another reason not to get rid....ala Farke and Smith. Time will tell.

Pukki and Hanley the only two players to resemble anything akin to consistent performances over the season. Either of those two would merit the win. I'll go for Pukki purely on the basis he's had his main supply route robbed from him this season and still managed to hit double figures. 1. Pukki 2. Hanley 3. The away fans

That's just it though, Gilmour has never been found wanting for effort. He's tried all season, just nowhere near good enough/strong enough at this level right now. All of the signings have turned out embarrasing. Not one signing can say they have improved the squad from last year's starting XI. That lies at the foot of one man, and one many only. Thanks for all the great work you've done Webber (genuinely) but your time is up.

Gianni had a good game up and until giving the free-kick away. Byram played well, Hanley effective, Gibson shocking. The subs...that worries me more than anything about Smith.
