1. Yes but surely what Ruddy wants to do has to come into it too. Its all very well saying we''re no longer a selling club etc, but Ruddy will want to prove himself and play at the top level at some stage – champions league / playing for a club who will be pushing for trophies/championships. He seems a very level headed guy, his family are from this part of the world and he''s settled but dont for one minute think that he''d stay here over a move to a big club. The only issue for me is that he shouldnt move until its to be the No.1 keeper - there''s no point going to Arsenal just to sit on the bench. We just need to make sure when the time comes we get top dollar for him. Personally I think Bunn''s very good and both Steer and Rudd have massive potential, so whatever the outcome I''m confident it wont be the end of the world. Far from it.
2. Not usually one to post rumours but I received this email half an hour ago from my girlfriend who works in the same London office as the wife of one of our goalkeeping coaches''Also XXXX says Arsenal want to buy Ruddy! Argh. Hands off Wenger.''So am far as i''m concerned its 100% true that Arsenal are at least very interested in Ruddy. IMO he will go, eventually - hopefully not for a season or 2 (I dont think he''s ready to be No.1 for a top 4 club yet) and we hold out for £10-12m
3. Gary Hooper scoring the only goal in a 1-0 Celtic win = 115/1... (Holt was 100/1 to score the only goal in a 1-0 win over Arsenal)
4. You really are a cock.. Fuck off and take your trolls with you
5.

3 more games max, if we havent won by then he needs to go!
Huzzah! [Y]
I see you been outed on Villa talk for the troll that you are.. embarrassing or what! The saddest thing is that if we manage a point vs Arsenal and/or Villa you''ll be on here praising Hughton from the rafters.. http://www.villatalk.com/index.php/topic/7312-lamberts-row-with-norwich/

8. He is Welsh though so might fancy a move closer to home.I think if Lambert really wants him, he''ll get him
9. Must be worth a few quid surely... I hope (assume) McNally convinced Aviva, with their global brand/marketing aspirations etc, that''s its very much in their interest to keep us in the premier league..  I''m not even sure when it was announced, but does anyone know anything about the deal?
10. D''oh... silly meCan I have Vaughan (23) then?! either way, its all very positive for the future
11. With an average age of only 25.5 too.Replace drury for naughton and jackson for wilbraham (for example) and the average age drops to under 24!

14. A couple of good articles about him herehttp://downatthemac.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=63695I have to say I thought at £4-5 million he was a) overpriced for a league 1 playerb) not worth spending all (?) of our transfer budget on as money would be better spent on 2-3 players to give the rest of the squad ''a hand''..However, I now really really want to sign him! Yes its a lot of money, but he''s young, British, clearly a talent, will carry on improving and seems to be a good lad/head screwed on right to boot.. (plus how much would it p1ss off the binners!) The main stumbling block (apart from other clubs offering more money) is that Huddersfield will fight tooth and nail to keep him til the summer as they see it as another Marcus Stewart moment. It would be a risk but no more so than signing Ashton for £3.5m, and I can only see his value increasing over the next few years..Lambert obviously wants him so lets go get him, what a signing of intent it would be!otbc
15. Good luck Oli -  hope you can make a decent career for yourself at league 1 (possibly lower end championship) level..I can clearly remember 3 of his goals - 2 against Southend and the 4th at Colchester.. who was his 4th goal against?
16. Hi Matt,With the Capital Canaries I hope!  I was a member last year but havent signed up yet this year as this will be my 1st home match - can I pay up on the day or do you want money up front?
17. Thanks Harry.. Going by the price of tickets (online) for the QPR match, a few points: QPR is a grade B game - Prices FROM £33. Are/were they actually any £33 tickets available? Im a super member and am buying tickets in the cheapest part of the ground so why is my ticket £35? It would appear tickets on the sideline (ie Jarrold) are £10 more expensive than at either end, as a ticket in the Jarrold for QPR is £45, fair enough I suppose as you get a better view... But bearing in mind that most casual tickets available are in the Jarrold (some in the River End and VERY few in the Barclay/Snakepit) it seems that ''most'' casuals are paying £45. If the pricing policy is the same for Cat A (ie side line tickets are £10 more than end tickets) does that mean that casual tickets for Arsenal are FROM £43 (which probably means £45) in the Barclay and River End and therefore 53(55) in the Jarrold, or is it capped at £45? Living in London and not having a season ticket I generally do any away games, and try and get to carrow rd 3/4 times a season. QPR will be my first home prem game and I guess Im just a bit surprised at how high the prices are - I get the whole supply and demand thing, but £45 to see QPR, seriously?!?! I certainly wont moan about paying £40 for Villa away again..
18. Thanks for the replies guys - thought it wouldnt be anything major to worry about, but glad for peace of mind.. I did look at tickets in the Jarrold but was fairly horrified to see that they were £45, for QP bloody R - I''m guessing thats cat B?! (though should be a C really). Out of interest what are casual price tickets for the Jarrold for Cat A games (ie Arsenal next week) - £55/60?
19. Hi,I''m a super member and I missed out on a half decent seat for the QPR game as I thought I''d be away on holiday; am now not going away so have just bought a ticket online.. unsurprisingly there wasnt much choice left and I''ve ended up on the back row of the upper Barclay.. I didnt notice it at the time of buying but have sinced noticed that it has an ''impaired view''.. Can anyone tell me what this means - guess its due to the roof of the stand either blocking out the ball when its hoofed in the air, or is it impairing the view of part/s of the pitch.. Am hoping its not a big deal but can anyone clarify this for me please...
20. ahem to all the above.. its soooo tinpot its embarrassing!
21. Blackeye Rovers have just chucked away a 2 goal lead to Newcastle in the cup, both Toon goals coming in injury time! Extra time can only be a good thing for us come saturday. Hopefully they''ll lose in the 119th minute..
