1. terrible news, our thoughts are with family and friends.
 2. I think these 2 should be bloody well knighted. Hell if i''d been closer to the dug out, i''d have gone with em. This has to be the worst city team on record and gunn deserves all he gets. GUNN OUT
 3.
Ah well. That''s what you get for replying to a post which states that the meeting was for ''proper'' supporters which implies that anyone who didn''t go isn''t. It''s the old ''true fans'' scenario turned on its head, yet somehow it''s ok if it comes from the other side as it were. Sorry, I''ve got no time for "true fans", "proper supporters" or anyone who only bashes a keyboard. All this divide and conquer stuff is just a joke to be honest - don''t we all want a successful team? Or is that dream only for the "proper supporters"?
If thats what you think I was doing then there really is no hope left for this club,  sensible post shot down by the " I''m right brigade............"
 4.
This is my favourite snippet from the NCISA homepage: "NCISA exists to represent its members and all Norwich City fans." Err nope. Not this one you don''t! I find all that a bit arrogant to be honest (but obviously love the bit about Tilson and co being available for the media at all times!) And people wonder why I have an issue with all this?
I really can''t see why NCISA has become the centre of everyones hate, at least they are pro active as supporters, unlike many on here who can only be bothered to put hand to keypad. Whilst I am not a member of NCISA i did attend the meeting at St Andrews Hall. Since I had already made my mind up that I would NOT give the club my rebate money and I had little confidence in the board (Debts and League one Football) . I simply Wanted to see If other supporters had the same strong feelings on the above issues as myself. Where else could I go to get these views from supporters! certainly not the pink un messageboard who''m most posters just say something to get a response. No I attended a meeting of supporters at St Andrews Hall which I travelled 30 miles. This meeting was made for proper supporters who ventured away from there keypads , I recognised fellow season ticket holders, share holders , young and old , In fact we had a broad range of our supporter base represented. I can not ever recall this many of our supporters all in agreement. NCISA had no option with the amount of press coverage for this meeting than to issue a statement that represented  the views of the 500 or so that attended the meeting. I leave with this thought - as single voice I have no say, as part of an army of voices we can have a strong influence on decisions made within the club. As NCISA said at the meeting, come first ball of the new season we will all be behind gunn, even if the majority don''t agree with his appointment.
 5. Give me mine back too, I have had enough of the stupid idiots running this club. DELIA OUT
 6. I can think of many reasons why he shouldn''t, the main one being how cr*p he was the last time he stepped out at carrow road.Just shows how expectations have fallen both with supporters and directors.I myself hope he never puts a norwich shirt on again, as did many supporters at the time he was last dropped.
 7. Of course the fact JC has not scored in a norwich shirt is due to JC and not glenn roeder.JC is a professional footballer and it is purely down to him.All this B**dy bullshit it''s roeders fault............... get real
 8.

not forgetting of course that he took possibly one of the worst squads in the division last season and saved us from certain relegation!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Roeder told you it was one of the worst squads and you believed it, the squad were of mid table quality but managed by a very poor manager [Grant] things got even worse and that average squad were taken over by a totally  useless c@nt [Roeder] who managed a few wins with Grants team and then put his own stamp on things! it''s gone from bad to worse since because he is totally clueless and without doubt worse than Grant, which in football management is some achievement!
I watched enough grant football to know that this current team is not as bad as it was under grant. I think some of you are forgetting how bad it was under grant.Bandwagon is the word that springs to mind...................
 9. not forgetting of course that he took possibly one of the worst squads in the division last season and saved us from certain relegation!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 10. come off it........... cureton was shot to bits before we bought him. He had some shockers last season and was hardly top form............ and the guy has never played the same in a yellow shirt as he had with all the other clubs.YOUR JUST JUMPING ON THE LETS GET ROEDER OUT BANDWAGON.Give it a rest, you can''t change manager every 12 months.
 11.
People said exactly the same with Ramos at Spurs - that sacking him wasn''t the right thing to do. Can you afford to run the risk of relegation though? Look at the impact Redknapp has had there - we could learn something.
yet today spurs are just two points from bottom, not all a bed of roses after the last few weeks under redknapp.............................
 12.
4 pages of troll feeding. keep on stuffing it in lads we''ll soon be able to harvest pate de wiz (warning may have a bitter aftertaste)   In Greek Mythology Nemesis was the spirit of divine retribution against those who succumb to hubris... Wiz if you''re not sure what hubris is look in a dictioanry and you''ll see you''ve already very much succumbed you might even find a picture of yourself
same old sh*t, feed the troll blaa , blaa ,blaa ....... will the geek squad please leave these boards and let the proper NCFC fans debate properly.Wiz has a point, this side is weak, most on here believe the PR spin machine and it''s daily churning of CR*P , but for most of us the penny has dropped ......we will be relegation certs if serious team building does not take place, Delia take note we mean serious team building.... not your handful of past it players and average DIV 1/ CHAMPIONSHIP players.remember last season when told daily how good Dave the striker and brellier where going to be!  well PR SPIN much the same as this season.... anyone notice a pattern.............watch the SH*T hit the fan once we have another poor start to the season.DELIA OUT
 13. no point making an offer when your''ve been told we are not selling to you. simple as thatDELIA OUT
 14. The problem is delia is not serious about selling the club, she only had talks with cullum because many people where applying pressure. as i have said many times too many people building there little empires within the club (Doncaster being one of them) and not operating in the best interests of the club.until the dictator delia is gone we are no better off  than we were under CHASE. (at least we knew chase was a liar , unlike delia and her whiter than white image she trys to promote)and it pains me to say that. once the season kicks off and the poor results start again watch the fans turn. It''s going to be chase days all over again, and in the best interests of the club ....... I say bring it on....................
 15. yes, i would be very happy to sell my shares to cullum or any other investor,  I am a Norwich city supporter and shareholder and would always do whats best for the club.If I thought it could make a difference I would give cullum my shares. But as we all know with that dictator Delia running things it ain''t going to make a damm bit of difference. DELIA OUT
 16. I remember the chase demonstrations well, and would not want to see those scenes again.....But I believe this is exactly where we are heading. The trouble is the club are not listening to the fans or as in the chase days , simply ignoring the fans.Time to act, I think so. Cut out the PR SPIN  that this club has become so good at dishing out and come clean.DELIA and DONCASTER OUT
 17. I remember  her saying that to.  I also remember when she said she''ll sell to the right investor and giving a list of criteria for that. Well we had an oportunity to do just that but the dictator that she has become surfaced again. She now has a reputation for being a liar and is becoming rather decietful.time for change and a vote of no confidence in doncaster.DELIA OUT
 18. Delia Smith and her husband have turned this club back in time to the chase days. This not a cullum Vs Delia post , what i am concerned with is the lack of real quality in the team. Last season I said under grant we were weak but looking at the team now we are even weaker.Delia has turned into an evil dictator just as chase did.To many people building there own little empires like "neil doncaster" , if delia does not get what she wants the feet start stamping and she can be heard screaming down the corridors of carrow rud. It''s time for supporters to stand up and be counted just like we had to in the chase days. Either they want investment in as they claim or they do not.Personally i don''t think this shower can run a p*ss up in a brewery, as the growing debt showsDONCASTER AND DELIA OUT
 19. I have watched a bit of reserve and youth team team football in my time. I remember watching a young lad called kieron dyer at a norwich Vs ipswich youth game. This lad was shocking, possibly the worst player on the pitch. I sat next to a binner who was very well up on the younger players he said that he had superb potential and on his day would destroy teams. now I couldn''t believe we where talking about the same player that i was watching!About two months later he was given a pro contract and not soon after broke into the first team and the rest is history. Had I based my opinion on what i saw that night i would have in all honestly kicked him out of the team had I been manager. All players have off days and not all players live upto the potential that they have. All clubs are searching for the next rooney and it''s a tough business. personally i would like to see the club give pro contracts out much more. The cost of giving these youngsters another season as a pro at ncfc is in the grand scheme of things a small. Some players will come good as the pressure of trying to get a pro contract is taken off them. some will not make it, but may suit another club further down in the lower divisions.
 20.
So its another rant about the same old subject , i have followed this club since 1961 and all boards tell you as little as possible as far as the funds  are concerned .               It is an advantage to other teams if they know what funds are available for us to spend [ this is not rocket science ]  and some of you will say it is stating the bleeding obvious .                                       Boards , managers , players  come and go some we all like some become hated by factions of fans  , [ i have met mr Chase and Delia ] and one clearly had little respect for the supporters and the other well is probably just a fan like you and i who  had money to help us out [ and yes we did  need  it ]   .                   There are people on this board who say things that get my goat as well  but until the fairy god mother or father turns up lets get behind ALL the club and hope this manager is allowed to manage .                   I am sick to death of the same old names on here slagging off this GREAT club , we all have a right of opinion  but some is just for self indulgence  at the clubs expense which is only making matters worse and achieving  nothing .                       COME ON CITY
I agree your ranting for self indulgence ............... well done
 21.
If Roeder doesn''t rate Marshall then why isn''t Gilks being given a run? I''ve never understood this about Norwich - we never give our other keepers a chance to show what we can do. I have no qualms about playing the number one keeper in league games, but we just seem to play the same keeper, week in, week out, through the entire season. Whats wrong with trying the other keepers in cup games? Other clubs rotate, but we never do (to be fair to Grant, he knew Gallacher wasn''t upto it, but still couldn''t decide on a keeper who was). Cup games were the perfect opportunity to bloody Joe Lewis into the team, but now he''s gone and making a great name for himself at Peterborough and looks a very good prospect. Could rue that one, me thinks.
maybe he doesn''t rate gilks either!
 22.
There''s rather more of us who can remember the following:1. A club in seemingly terminal decline, having sold the family silver (the players who got us into the Premier League) trying to stay afloat.2. Appallingly aimless and ambitionless football.3. Gates of 12,000 on a good day.4. Supporters feeling cheated out of their entrance money every time they left the ground. Then this shower of a board takes over!1. Ignoring financial common sense and putting their own money where their heart is, with no guarantee of ever seeing it again.2. Picking a young and motivated manager (after a few false starts, admittedly) who gets us to the play-off final in his forst full season.3. Stabilising the Club''s finances, while investing hugely in the infrastructure of the Club - the ground, the training ground, etc.4. Getting us promoted with a squad that would never have done it if the Board hadn''t invested a lot of money in Darren Huckerby.5. Making us into one of the best supported Clubs in the CCC, home and away. This is as one-sided a view as the original post, but is just as valid. In other words, try to see the whole picture.
shall we not forget that our debt is out of control, no matter what doomcaster says. It will be nice having that infustructure in the fizzy league one next season.People who rattle on about Stabilising and infustructure are forgetting one thing. WE ARE A FOOTBALL CLUB AND FOOTBALL MATTERS (somthing this shower of board could well do with remembering)infact I think you could well be doomcaster as your points are almost identical to a conversation i had with him recently....yes this board needs a good kick up the backside but with 20,000 season season tickets sold on a regular basis are they under any pressure ........ I guess not............but if we get relegated then they will see pressure.
 23.

However I find it hard to support a player that as a pro footballer has even put himself in that position. maybe in time i''ll forgive and for now i''ll let him face the conviction that probably awaits him.
Golly, that''s awfully big of you.
just goes to show that you have not been effected by drink driving in your perfect little life, for those who have it''s a life changing experience. again i''ll say it''s a criminal offence and should be punished with  much stronger sentences.  it''s comments like  yours that continue  to fuel todays drink and drive society. pathetic.................
I find that sightly hard to take from someone with Madaline McCann as their avatar.
If it all comes down to avatars, you need to get a life quickly. never judge a book by it''s cover.....as the saying goes.......
IT just seems a little hypoctritical to tell people that they cant comment on a drink drive offence unless it has at some point affected your life, and then make fun of an abducted child?
This kind of posting is the sort that should be edited by moderators, there is and has no way been any fun made of an abducted child. I have supported the find maddie campaign from the word go and it simply highlights the fact that she is still missing and not forgottern , The same poster in full size is used on two of my websites and stays until she is found. you really are some sick individual to think along these lines.get a life.............
 24.

You know what I find very sad, the amount of people on here who would have him hung, drawn and quartered on newspaper gossip, yes thats right, it''s hearsay, because NO ONE but Matty knows the truth, FACT. I have been affected by drunk driving personally, and was very lucky to walk away with bruises and scratches, but this happened long before any drink drive charges were ever being thought about.  Do I think Matty should be punished, of course, but by the law and not by people (us) who are really in no position to take the moral high ground. I wonder, not that they would hold their hands up and admit, but I wonder just how many of the older posters on this forum had a few to drink at a party in the 50''s, 60''s, and 70''s and got in a car to drive home????  Quite a few more than would care to admit, so those that will admit it, now ask yourselves should you have been put in prison for it? Far too many self righteous people on here just lately.
I dont believe it is self righteous to have a discussion about what we think about it - saying that is as sensationalist as saying he should be dropped.  He has however been charged with drink driving - if he is not proven guilty this will be a minor miracle. The point no-one seems to be discussing is are they happy with a 1st team player p!ssing it up in the middle of the season?  It isn''t as if we are cruising either, before Saturday''s game things were not looking too rosy at all. I for one am not too keen on a public display of support for a player who doesn''t respect the fact that when you are paid a few hundred thousand a year you have to forfeit certaing priveleges.  Getting hammered is one!
Some of the attitudes on here are self righteous, look the meaning up in the dictionary, wait I will explain to you what it means convinced of one''s own righteousness especially in contrast with the actions and beliefs of others : narrow-mindedly moralistic. How can you discuss what he is ''''supposed'''' to have done when you don''t know the facts? It''s ok to make a judgement when you know the facts, especially in a case like this. I dont see you critisising another young NC player, who has not long got his full contract, who last summer was out drinking and clubbing getting legless.  Ok so he might not have driven, but your last paragraph sort of becomes relevant to most players who are young and who have lots of money.  You might want to read Bryan Gunns biography too as it''s gone on at NC for decades.
so just sweep it under the carpet and forget about it................ .......... sometimes this board amazes me............
