1.

Seriously, I don''t think I''ll ever like PG
Winners, people like Alex Ferguson, Roy Keane and the like, don''t want to be liked.  They want to win.  Real winners win at all costs, regardless of who they upset. When PG starts to win, you will start to like him.
Grant has never been a winner in his life.  Wasn''t he in the Celtic team when Rangers won 9 straight titles?  He''s good at loooking like a winner, but his record is not particularly great.
 2. This bloke is getting on my nerves.  The ''How can a team containing Huckerby and Earnshaw be defensive?'' comment is ludicrous.  What about the other nine players?!  Two attacking players do not make you an attacking team.  We were set up for a draw on Saturday and deservedly didn''t get it. Look at the best teams in the country and they all have 4 or 5 attacking players in their team: Chelsea - Ballack, Lampard, Shevchenko, Drogba Man U - Giggs, Ronaldo, Scholes, Rooney, Saha Arsenal - The whole team! When Grant came here he promised that ''we''d play every game to win it'' and ''without fear'' well, that seems like a load of tosh in light of Saturday''s tactics.  The guy is doing the most basic of a manager''s jobs wrong - picking the team. He should have never been appointed and the sooner he''s gone the better. Average player, average coach and crap manager.  Grant out!
 3.

That''s just people living in the city centre excluding places like Costessey, Brundall, Sprowston, etc etc... If we''re going on purely the city, then London''s population is minimal (the city of London is only 1 square mile but the boroughs are huge!). How can Norwich be considered the size of a town?  How many towns does Greeno know that have a massive university, two shopping malls and its own international airport?!  It''s ridiculous.  Okay, so Norwich is nowhere near the scale of London, but London isn''t as big as Tokyo or New York.  Does that make it small?
London is bigger than NY. I have heard recently that NY has a population of 8million, London is 10million. If it was Manhatten Vs City of London then you have a winner!
http://www.pubquizhelp.34sp.com/geo/popcity.html London only just sneeks into the top 20....

 5. What a brilliant and funny post. The most I''ve laughed at these boards in ages.  It made me compelled to post again for the first time in a year!
 6. Anybody who slates Hucks and in the same sentence praises Jonson and Henderson should be ashamed of themselves. This post is a disgrace. Sure, Hucks'' form has been poor, but so has everybodies.  He is our best player (and that includes Deano) and we should support him. I really do wonder what game people are watching at times.
 7.
Melanie, you have far better judgement than the anti-Ian Henderson mob; on the few occasions Ian has played in his proper position he has scored goals; how many of us would perform as well if we were ...
Ha ha! Glad you noticed it! Possibly the worst player i have ever seen in a Norwich shirt... he''s abysmal.
 8. Now Silver Fox, me old mucker, last season you repeatedly hammered me for questioning whether a relegation battle was the ideal time to bring Shacks into the first team. Shackell undoubtedly performed well in the games he was brought in.  However, did we concede any less in the games he played?  Did he prevent relegation?  Has it been the right decision bearing in mind he is now 4th choice centre back?  Would the start of this season have been a better time?  Did his confidence suffer after conceding goal after goal and losing week after week? I think we both know the answer to all of those questions... Whilst we both agree he has tremendous talent, surely now you can see my sentiments as to why I believed he should have been brought in at the start of this season, and surely you now agree with me.... Now, if only I could convince people about how bad Henderson is...
 9. I have returned from the dead to post on this topic as I have a strong opinion on this.   As per my name and my continued defence of Worthy, I am a fan of his.   However, he has over-stepped the mark this time.  That comment was a disgrace and I think a formal apology might save his job (for the time being), but fear that with our poor start and now this comment that his time is already up...
 10.
"Can''t believe nobody had Henderson."Peter Taylor picked him. For the national U20 squad, that is. But what does he know about footballers?
Peter Taylor also thought that Ade Akinbiyi was the man to save Leicester City from relegation...
 11. GK: Tracey RB: Sutch LB: Derveld CB: Walsh CB: MvGovern RM: Henderson LM: Jonson CM: Carey CM: De Blaiis CF: Coote CF: Beckford Can''t believe nobody had Henderson.
 12.
Yawn, Reliable sauce number 238, right thank you very much, now who''s next please . . . . .
My most reliable sauce is Brown Sauce, it transforms a bacon sandwich.
 13. Spot on, Yellow Rider.... spot on.I 100% agree with you on all points.Jonson, without doubt, is in the top 5 worst signings this club has ever made. £750k for a 30yr old who has never played outside the Scandinavian leagues tells its own story - what did we really expect? He WILL NOT be good enough for The Championship, neither will Flem and neither will Holt. The only saving grace is a certain trio of ours that go by the names: Deano, Leon and Hucks - they are our only hope.
 14. I too liked the look of Crow. I''ll be very angry if he''s let him go and keeps hold of Hendo. Crow, in his 3 first team substitute appearances has looked like giving you more than Hendo''s looked like giving you in 4 years. Hendo has to go in the inevitable cull of this summer... surely.
 15.
After Francis'' perfomances of late I would be happy to get £1million for him... That will leave a space in the centre of the midfield next to Safri next season. I think every effort has to be made to ...
Huddlestone has already agreed to sign for Spurs but Sidwell would be good as would Gabbidon at centre half.
 16. This is a case of people always remembering the past and picking out the good bits. Eadie was not even close to Huckerby... not even in the same league. Please don''t get me wrong, Eadie was a great player for Norwich but there is no way he had the impact that Hucks had. To those of you who say "he was in a far worse side" I would argue that for Hucks to stand out as so much better than the rest of our team (which was better than the team Eadie was in) speaks volumes for the bloke. Eadie didn''t stand out as being THAT much better than everyone else in the team he was in - not to the same degree Hucks did/does. Hucks - absolute legend. Eadie as well though...
 17. I personally play football and always have at not a bad level, so I''m immune from this "criticsm". However, this is the most stupid assumption that the better footballer you are, the more you understand the game. Nonsense. If this was the case, then Chelsea should sack Mourinho and appoint Wayne Rooney as manager - after all he''s a far better player. Absolute nonsense. Your topic should have been "Who on this board plays football?" if thats just what you wanted to know...
 18.
It has to be DDim or Worthy Nigelton. What has happened to Worthy he hasnt posted a message for ages?
Damo, I decided after one of my many anti-Hendo rants that I would not post again until he was sold. The real reason was however because I changed jobs and can''t spend so long messing about on PinkUn.com as the rules are a bit stricter where I work now.I have now, however got my "feet under the table" and will be back posting a bit more than I have been the last couple of months. I''ve missed knocking Hendo on a daily basis and all the great NCFC fans on here!
 19. Now I know I made a vow not to post again until Hendo was sold, but I felt I had to voice my disgust at season ticket prices for the coming season. I am currently on a 16 - 21 yr olds ticket but will be moving up into the adult bracket next season. I prepared myself for a slight rise and anticipated the price to be about £275 - £300. The suprise was that for my seat (which is rubbish, I might add) £390!! That is scandolous considering we might be playing the likes of Luton next year. Just wondered what people''s thoughts are.... P.s. Silver Fox: An apology. Shacks was ready to be put into the first team, you were right and I was wrong but Hendo is still rubbish.
 20.
"Anyway, this has been gone into so many times now and I can''t be bothered to go into it again. Its a Worthy Nigelton gimmick now - and I think its funny."Well it isn''t funny. In fact, it looks to me ...
Like I said I''m not going into it. This is my vow: I will not post on this board until Henderson is sold to Colchester, Peterborough or somewhere, then and only then can I be vindicated in my analysis of him. WHEN this does happen, I will post a new thread telling you all how right I was, and if it doesn''t happen, (no chance) I will be gone for good and you will no longer have to read my anti-Hendo ramblings.... I have no personal vendetta against him but I do think he is every bit as bad as I say. See you later folks....
