There has been at least a year of scrutiny. They were only trying to delay so Boris will now invoke No Deal. Funny to hear the opposition getting irate at what they have achieved.... IE No Deal

What a low IQ lot Liebore are, judging by their debating level. They should rename themselves to reflect the fact that they will only have seats in London after the next GE.

    The Brexit Party

Indeed, but that is the result of Liebore being too scared to agree to a GE and also troughers unwilling to give up their access to that trough.

For once I think Farage is wrong. We need to get Brexit done at Halloween and then bargain hard in the next phase, otherwise we risk being bounced into a second referendum that will be fixed. I would not rely on Liebore agreeing to lose all of their seats outside of London so soon and they could well try to drag things out until 2022 under FTPA.

The huge irony is that our rights in our law are far better than in EU law : Sick pay in UK 28 weeks but in EU None set Holiday Pay 5.6 weeks... EU 4 weeks Maternity pay 52 weeks..... EU 14 weeks Minimum wage 8.21 soon to be 10.50.... EU None set

Nope, just a true blue Brexiteer who puts independence above all else, just as we did to thwart Hitler in WW2. Some things just cannot be measured in financial terms or we would have just given in rather than give our blood as a nation for freedom and democracy. It's nutters like you that should be in the straightjackets.

No Deal looking ever more likely. The ERG will be well happy as will most of the country.

The irony is it is now Deal or No Deal as the EU have refused an extension in a pact with our hero Boris, so the Deal will pass and we leave on Halloween. Sadly, it is not a good deal due to massive negative remoaner interference, but we must leave and fight hard regarding the FTA terms. The EU need an FTA far more than we do and I'd quite happily settle for WTO terms and rake in the net tariffs while also retrieving full fishing rights.

That is irrelevant. The fact is that failure to deliver leaving the EU is actually costing livelihoods and causing illness to people through no fault of their own but that of our arrogant 'elite'.

People who voted remain and demonstrate outside of parliament are anti-democratic, and basically awful people. They will get their comeuppance. Those that accept the result I have absolutely the utmost respect for as they are true democrats and therefore the nicest of people.

The effects of treachery felt throughout the nation. Quite a compelling article in the Telegraph: ''I have been told stories of small business owners (whose family homes often stand as collateral for their ventures) who feel they would manage to survive either in or out of the EU, but for whom further indecision and confusion could well be fatal. One of them told me that when they learnt of the proposed Letwin amendment last week – whose advent came as a complete and devastating surprise after the elation of Boris Johnson’s deal – his wife was physically sick. This goes way beyond disappointment: it is a peculiarly cruel form of despair that follows so closely on the expectation of relief. For those whose immediate futures are at stake, this is not a party political game: it is life and death. What an absurd political situation this will come to seem in historical terms. Labour, whose reason for existence has traditionally been to defend the working class, ends up abandoning its Leave-voting constituencies and defending the interests of the camp followers of global corporates who adore the idea of a borderless economy that they can so easily dominate.'' https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2019/10/19/badly-behaved-parliament-has-just-done-pm-huge-favour/?li_source=LI&li_medium=li-recommendation-widget

    The Brexit Party

It is a false government and opposition, as well as Speaker. The government and opposition were elected by the majority to deliver Brexit, but they have reneged on their manifestos, and many have even switched parties, such as my treacherous MP Dr Phillip Lee. The Speaker is supposed to be impartial and is totally biased. They all have to have a new mandate and thus we must have a GE ASAP or civil disobedience and worse will surely follow.

That's what it is because the EU has decimated our fishing industry, as it has done with other industries of ours, but from such a low level there is massive potential, not only in fishing but associated industries such as boat and ship-building, components etc. Only last week I read that the Dutch have a trawler in the channel scooping up 250 tonnes of our fish per day, and also we have masses of blue fin tuna in the south that we are not exploiting. Bring on No Deal !!!
