A lot of our fans are trying to get them in your end so are hoping it goes to general sale but from what you are all saying I doubt it will. However some claim they already have them through family in Norwich so they might be a few of Nigel Pearson''s High Risk Army amongst you.
So that''s why i can''t get through on the phone :-/ -

Kirby_86 replied to Wiggle's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City

I started trying at just past 9am...a few times i couldn''t even get in the que.Now i do get in the que and was number 90ish....got down to 70ish then hung up.Guess i''ll have to try later.... -
I bought four on Sat in upper Barclay (3 right at the top and one on its own a bit lower) then go online today and hundreds available ! I thought f*ck it and got four more today together so will see if i can flog the four or take the hit. Trouble is now I can see away fans getting them all over the ground cause of the the limited amount we gave them.
Good point about the away fans, however, why did you buy 4 more tickets when you already had 3? -
We''ve spent so much time in 9th place that I''m gonna feel disappointed if we don''t finish there come the end of the season!! :P
Very true! Would be great to finish that high, although i reckon we will finish 12th,the same as the 1993-94 season!

Could our friends from Suffolk seriously get relegated down to League 1?!?!

Not on your nelly Rangers! This will be a huge footballing shock if this happens-which it won''t!

No trouble at all getting ticket for Albion Cup game
Kirby_86 replied to canarycol's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I hope Lambert cares if we win. And I hope the players care if we win. Concentrating on the league is just a glib comment to make you feel better after a cup defeat. We''ve already seen Man U play Man City. Now Man U play Liverpool. It''s not inconcievable that all the clubs above us could be whittled down to one. Arsenal won''t relish Villa and Chelsea going to QPR is no gimme. If the remaining top 5/6 were to draw eachother in the later rounds we could well get a path to the final without playing a single team above us! Of course we still have to win our games and no game is easy. I bet the players can see those possibilities though[Y]
Very well put -
If a ticket in the lower community stand is £35....would it of been the same price in the south stand?

That is one seriously good, enjoyable pint...it''s a pity i can''t get a delivery to my gaff in Hertfordshire!

Serious question...do you believe in social mobility or do you believe in elitism and a natural order? -
More to the point, why are there Tory voters posting here? This is a Football forum for Football fans. Isn''t there some Rugby you can follow? Leave Football to the underpaid, overworked, exploited classes. We have to put up with you swanning round our offices and factories in your expensive suits, paid for by our labour, we don''t want to have to see you at our football stadiums as well.
So much truth spoken, although A Purist wouldn''t understand a word of this as his tongue is so far lodged up the backside of the elitists and the self centred who don''t understand and deny there is a class system. The working classes are the foundations and grafters of this country and always will be. -

Not too sure who this "A. Purist" character is but thank god i don''t know of them. This is the first time in ages i have logged onto this message board and it''s people like this smug, patronising and frankly rude individual who have previously put me off this messageboard. For sure have political views and for sure disagree with everything or agee with everything someone says but to be that patronising and to make sweeping generalisations makes the mentioned poster look a unpleasant individual. -
I''m extreamly confident about this game due to our wonderful win over Man Utd. I can see our first away win comming in this game. 2-1 City, Ashton with a double. Enjoy it those that are going... COME ON CITY!!

I feel VERY happy and so incredibly proud of our players and supporters. The "Easy" chant put a smile on my face. Random people have been stopping me when i''ve been out and about since the game and noticing my City shirt and saying well done, well played etc etc. Our players on Saturday played such a controlled and purposeful game. We did''nt sit back as much and we got stuck in and battled really hard. We seemed to be full of confidence. I was extreamly pleased with our performance and the result.Safri battled away really well and put in a vital touch to get the ball rolling for the second goal.THAT goal was actually now thinking back and seeing it again for the 100th time was just magic.Safri stealing the ball off Rooney, then Hucks taking it away running at the Utd back line before decieving their defence,by NOT playing it between the 2 defenders like i expected him too, but actaully slipping it firmly to the side. Ashton then grabs a hold of it and puts in a wonderful, weighted cross where Leon powers in side footed it firmly and powerfully intot he back of the net. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Terrific to see Bentley back and the cross for the first goal was great and a well directed header from Deano made it 1-0!! Keeping a clean sheet also was''nt too bad! Eveyone in the pub i was in was full of praise for NCFC, apart from the few Manure fans sitting in their shirts looking highly pissed off. NCFC 2- 0 Manure We restricted Manure to limited chances and we score TWO fatastic goals, the second being pure football poetry. I love those goals which have a big build up. I will enjoy heading into 6th form tomorrow and showing my clear delight at my mates who support Manure. I imagine there was a lot of grim faces in Sevenoaks,Basildon,Crawley,Falmouth and Stoke over the past couple of days. God bless the planks,LOL! Proud, Happy, Delighted, OTBC

IF we draw or win it will be an amazing moment and will really wipe the grin off the over confident Chelsea supporters. They think we a total push over. This could work against them. Their attitude when playing us will certainly be one of arogance from their players. The pressure is off us and on them. They EXPECT to win, while we are expected to lose badly. Surely we might be able to get a draw? We are overdue a shock big, result this season against one of the top 3. Arsenal can draw with Saints and WBA at home,Man City can take 4 points off Chelsea, Exeter can hold Manure at OT. Come on people, it''s funny old game this football, keep the faith,we can get something v Chelsea and when it does happen it will be something quite special indeed. C''MON CITY! "LET''S BE HAVING YOU!!" KICK IT OFF....
-
Man City tomorrow is a game i''m personally very confident about. I can see us taking the 3 pts because in all truth Man City are a very strange side who sometimes are brillaint yet at other times are appaling. Bit of a shitter i''m going to be stuck at work but hopefully my mobile will be buzzing with regular goals for City! I say 2-0 to us. Ashton double. C''MON! Now for Chelsea on Saturday, i''m really, really dreding this one. I''m really worried about what might happen in this game, can only honestly see a current heavy defeat. Sorry people. Just thinking of the Chelsea "empire" and their supporters makes me sick and angry! Cannot stand them one bit, their supporters are full of arogance and honestly think they are the only club that matters. Their ignorance of "lesser" sides is amazing. IF we beat them it will be a fantastic feeling ,and if we lose it will be a topic of converstation for Chelsea supporters for months to take the p!ss with. REMEMBER: At the end of the day we are a well respected and liked football club by the footballing nation as a whole, are Chelsea that? CITY TILL I DIE
