1. @Johnruddy865 years of LOYAL service for this club & that''s how some fans act after a couple of bad performances. #Disappointedhttps://twitter.com/Johnruddy86/status/538767011699257344
 2.
But as always sacking the manager solves nothing as we found out a few short months ago.
Absolutely... I wonder if we yet again repeat our recent habit of hiring ex players who have never managed before...  currently that is a 0/3 success rate...
 3.
I did not say he had success, I pointed out he has far more experience than Adams.
He certainly does, sadly experience as an assistant doesn''t seem to equate to success as a manager.  But I agree, he would be a better caliber candidate than Neil Adams for sure. But then The Board scoured Europe and found Neil Adams was the best man for the job apparently.
 4.
I''d take his 8 years standing next to Ferguson and winning everything as a bit more than zero experience.
Pie in the sky stuff. If Adams is sacked, we will scour Europe and find the best candidate is already at the club: Mike Phelan (zero experience as a boss).

Mulensteen, Queiroz, Kidd -> all failed after being Fergie''s assistant, maybe Phelan is the next Mcclaren. On current form, success on these owners appointing inexperienced ex-players as managers --> 0/3

 6.
True you can''t call the defensive mistakes playing well but we are not being dominated. Silly mistakes that are not in Adams control.
What a bizarre post...  Adams signed three central defenders in the summer, and leaves all three on the sidelines, instead he plays a right back - Martin - as a central defender.  This decision also moves our first choice central defender Turner to the left side (he usually plays on the right). Our best central defender is currently lining up for one of our rivals. All of this is under Adams control.
 7. One thing is certain, the Board have made a complete balls up of the last 12 months.
 8. Sadly Grabban looks like a duff buy, pacey, but lacking in technique and ability - one good season at the Cherries, with his goal tally inflated by a ton of penalties. Bournemouth appear to have replaced him with a superior player in Callum Wilson.
 9. - Tumbleweed: Indeed CJF but we would have been royally mullered had we tried to go all out attack for the win. It was exactly what Mourinho wanted us to do.I think Adams did the right thing, it has worked for others and he had to be realistic. That meant parking the old bus and holding out. Who wants all out attack, but no strikers? For all our ''amazing play'' we had a single shot, 1, Uno, One! in the last 20 minutes!! This against a side that had lost Sunderland, Palace and Villa in recent weeks. Adams played a blinder until the 69th minute when he decided to go ''striker free'' in a must win game, pushing the worst finisher at the club up the pitch - resulting in one shot in the final 25 minutes of play against a side desperately pushing men forward.
 10. -Tumbleweed: Those who discredit Adams often point to the Chelsea game last season but I see that as a near masterstroke when he virtually outthought Mourinho who clearly wasn''t happy. We only failed to get 3 points because of a blind ref and Snod''s inability to keep up with Cahill. What masterstroke????? We had no strikers on the pitch and had just one shot in the last 20 minutes of a must win game, against a faltering Chelsea side who were desperate for a win themselves. Of course Mourinho was annoyed and bemused, annoyed because it was the final nail in their title hopes, and bemused as he just watched us bizarrely play for a draw in a game we needed to win to stand any chance of staying up!! Who wouldn''t be bemused but such idiocy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It effectively relegated us. Even more hilarious, many on here lauded it as a great result. A complete embarrassment.
 11. I think Hooper wants out and has done since the end of last season, if he hadn''t got injured I doubt he would be here right now.  He joins the list of good lower Prem/Upper Champ players to want out of the club - Bassong, Pilkington, Surman, Olsson. With Grabban, did we even scout him? I get the impression we looked down the top scorers chart and signed the first player we could afford. He is technically poor, has one decent Championship season behind him, and even then scored a host of penalties.  To me, he looks like an average championship player.
 12.
Until the ''insiders'' of those on her tell us we have no idea why he was sacked. He could have thrown the sherry at Delia, he could have punched Martin, he could have been found wanting in his job.. I hope he chucked the sherry!
I think Michael Bailey has pretty much given away the reason.  Robson and Adams were disagreeing on tactics and couldn''t work together - maybe something was said in the dressing room. A bit like what happened with our best player Seb Bassong, who is currently doing a good job on loan at promotion rivals Watford.
 13.
No, I have no reason to say that or even think that. I''m saying thaton the occasion their teams met Adams team were clearly superior. If Lennon knew how to win the points he would have done so. The fatso at Rotherham managed it a few games earlier with a so called inferior squad. Why do you think people feel it necessary not to credit Adams with that win Miggo?
I credit Adams with that win, but he needs to turn things around quickly or is going to be out the door and our chances of a quick return to the Premier League blown.
 14. The Adams appointment has turned into a complete shambles. From the appalling timing of Hughton''s sacking, to Adams dire term as caretaker, immediately falling out with our best player, having no strikers on the pitch for the last 25 minutes of a must win game, Royle coming in as a Football Consultant then leaving without replacement, letting a number of Upper Champ/Lower Prem players go to our direct rivals, and now Mark Robson getting fired.
 15.
For every manager with a good record of getting teams promoted, they have a pretty equally dismal record of bumping around at the bottom of the premiership: McCarthy, Mackay etcIf a great manager was available I''d take him in a heartbeat. And don''t say Pulis...........
So what you are saying is.... it is tough to stay up in the Premier League? No s***.  We aren''t in the Premier League. As for Tony Pulis, Premier League Manager of the Year 2014, he has experienced both the highs and lows and come out a better manager for it.

 18.
It is possible though to put the counter argument that they also appointed experienced managers who were disasters too......
Name them. Rioch had a side with no money doing ok, Roeder kept us up, Hughton kept us in the Premiership for one season at least taking us to 11th place.Hamilton, well yes, the blarneymeister did have experience of being an awful manager elsewhere, and don''t forget, our owners tried to talk him out of resigning!
 19.
Convince me that replacing Adams will get us promotion.  Don''t just say "sack him" and hope for the best because he could be followed by Grant, Roeder and Gunn. Or Connor, Solbakken and Saunders. Or Clarke, Pearce, Bassett, Adams, Atkinson, Platt, Hart, Kinnear, Hardord, Megson, McParland, Calderwood, Davies, McLaren, Cotterill, O''Driscoll, Mcleish, Davies, Brazil, Pearce....
Convince me that keeping Adams will get us promotion, because at this current moment in time, I just do not see it.I am not sure all those names deserve to be in the list, some have achieved successes.Your mention of Connor and Solbakken should be a wake up call to the board, another club who put a novice in charge - they ended up with a double relegation.
 20.
You may have to remove one manager before you appoint another but you can select the new manager before you remove the old one Foggy. All I ever here from you is ''sack him''.
Bizarre because I don''t seem to remember calling for Hughton''s head.  And I have not called for Adam''s head, although I must admit, we are on a very worrying run of form and currently look a very average side, this after a decent spend from Neil Adams in the summer.  I also am unsure why the likes of Pilkington, Surman, Fox, Bassong and Bennett were shipped out to our rivals. Three of those five (Pilks, Bassong and Bennett) would probably make my First XI.  Surman seems to be excelling at Bournemouth.
You can be sure that when Adams time is up the board will once again choose who they believe is the best candidate.
But sadly we cannot be sure that the board will act at the best time for the club, given the complete shambles that was Hughton''s removal.
 21.
But its the appointment that counts not the sacking which in itself isn''t a cure. I only ever see you post about sacking them Foggy. Thats far too easy. When Adams runs out of road he will be gone.
Well, yes, because you have to remove a manager before you can appoint one. And people do put names down of who they would like to see replace the current manager, so I am not quite sure what your point is.I have no idea if Adams will be removed, the owners are after all, still the same people who tried to talk Brian Hamilton out of resigning.
 22.
Well I rest my case Foggy. Sacking Hughton solved nothing. Its always about the appointment and who can do better. And it is never just anyone...
Well in all honesty Nige, who thought appointing the youth manager was the right choice.. Not me for one, and it is a sorry state of affairs now it is turning sour.  We even had a 5 game cameo, during which we ended a must win game we weren''t winning with no striker on the pitch.  A result that was lauded on here! The board scoured Europe... my word, just appalling. The timing of Hughton''s sacking, appalling.  Sadly this is turning into a shambles fast.
 23. What a load of wishy washy tosh Nige.Managers make a difference, look at the difference between Lambert''s Norwich and Hughton''s.  We currently have one who had no experience of managing top class players when we hired him and is learning his trade. There is absolutely no risk in removing him, as we can''t be doing much worse.Having said that, the board did scour Europe before they realised they had the best man for the job at the club already....
 24. jas the barclay king -- to be fair how much has Pilks cost us in treatment over the last few years? Is your memory failing? Pilks played over 30 games a season for us in his first two years here. He just struggled with injury and form last season. Not surprising given he was an attacking player and the manager was Chris Hughton. He probably wanted out at the end of the season, so i can see why he is being sold. It is still disappointing, given his replacement, Nathan Redmond, is nowhere near as effective.
 25.
We do need a new striker and a new right back though. Let''s spend a bit of money eh?
Haven''t we spent £5 million already on strikers this season?
