hucks fizz replied to hucks fizz's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
sorry bout that,it was originally on tuesday 19th april ko at same time so moved back a night. all due to newcastles involvement in europe/fa cup. -
yep, sorry to to tell you guys but the newcastle game has been moved to wednesday 20th april ko at 19.45. absolutley gutted as i''ve already had to move working arrangements three times this season and i also missed chelsea at home the other week...... oh well, better go and plead with my boss to change shifts again......

Who is to blame for another loss?
hucks fizz replied to TwoSheds's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
totally agree with you linknr9. why o why stick ashton in midfield when he so obviously looked lost..... your idea would of been a much better option. at least when greeno hoofed the ball up front ashton might of been able to hold it up.... having said that, why did greeno hoof it upfield anyway???? surely he knows we play much better from the back..... it dont take a genious to work out the balls coming straight back at you when in the situation we were in tonight..... even my 5 year old asked what the hell they were doing...... oh well, roll on saturday. chin up everyone. -
Bentley back in two weeks.
hucks fizz replied to whoareyou?'s topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
i also see bentley on saturday. he was standing in line at the burger caravan behind the jarrold stand. and boy did he look out of place in all that designer gear..... -
i would be happy if west brom won against crytal palace.... that way crystal palace wont be stomping off into the distance. just my opinion.

mark schwarzer has just agreed a 3 year contract to stay at middlesbrough so that''s one less team likely to purchase greeno!!!
-
which is exactly why i said in an earlier post "lets hope ashton doesn''t ask mark rivers for advice"
-

my view of yesterdays game
hucks fizz replied to hucks fizz's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Agree on most things but instead of bringing Donkerty in I''d give Shackle a run in the team.
good call. when shackle has played he hasn''t disappointed!!!! -
on yesterdays performance................. not a chance............. and if greeno goes in january.............. forget it!!!!!!!!
-
hi there all. after sitting through yesterdays match i now really feel the need to get my opinions off my chest!!! why oh why did worthy not bring on mullers at half time for holt???? with blackburn down to 10 men surely it would of made sense. with his range of passing we could of drawn them out and then hit them on the break. why did we continue to play like it was 11 against 11? and why take off mckenzie when he was looking hungry???? and i now think it''s time for fleming to be rested and let docherty have run out in defence. a great player fleming is,but,i''m afraid he got turned too easily on more than one occasion in the game (although he did make a great saving tackle late on). also,i can understand the thinking with bringing on hendo for johnsonwhat with what happened just before half-time and the fact johnson was on a yellow card but i thought hendo added little to the game and seemed to look likely to get booked at any time through running around like a headless chicken when there really was no need. rant over, just my opinion. your more than welcome to add yours. hucksfizz

Just a thought about this January window....
hucks fizz replied to Gentleman Jim's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
you could be right, but i am kinda hoping city were wise enough to maybe thrash out some kind of deal to take harewood in january as part of the deal for malky : i really like the idea of harewood lining up with huckerby again. who knows eh. -
dont that mean you''ll be looking at the back of the screen?????

Forward line worries me.
hucks fizz replied to Dame to Blame's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
totally agrre with all the above. only thing i can''t understand is why can''t leon be given a half at least.whenever he has come on he has looked really sharp and the whole team looks so much more livelier. paul mcveigh also looked good today when he came on. all in all though i think a point today was well earned. after all, villa are a team reckoned to finish in the top 8. god knows why though after their performance today hucksfiz -
well done to the lads. second half performance was a pleasure to watch. greeno was outstanding yet again (david james should be very worried) and i thought adam drury''s tackle in the first half was premiership quality through and through. also, i''d like to mention the fans, absolutely superb (yet again). onwards and upwards we go now
-
well done gorleston jim............ i was wondering if anyone would know what i meant. was just trying to be lighthearted......... know what i mean.........
