1.
Rodent is without doubt the best thing that could ever happen to naarwich. Rodent IN! 400k? Chuckle chuckle.
Loaded? You''re certainly loaded alright - loaded with crap!
 2.

Oh dear! Lewis could be the next in a long line of players under different City managers and directors, that we''ve sold for considerably less than their true market value. There always seems to be this almighty rush to sell our talent as quickly as possible, so as to be grabbing the cash. I wonder if Glenn will admit to having made a mistake? I won''t hold my breath.
If he had stayed with us his true market value would not have been £3m as he would not have been in the England team.....
I''m not blaming Roeder entirely, the main mistake was made by Grant wasting £1 million on a keeper (a good keeper nevertheless) that we did not need instead of giving Lewis a go. I know Barry Fry can be prone to exaggeration, but didn''t he announce as soon as Lewis arrived that Peterborough had a future England keeper on their books, and he put a much higher valuation on Joe than £400,000 as well - just to rub Roeder''s nose in it. I still say we were much too eager to sell a prized asset at too low a price.
 3.

can''t say I think much of his only permanent signing to date either!
Spot on! For sure he talks a good game, but thats all, if he fails to sign talented, rated players this summer, then he will have done far more long term damage than Grunt and Duffo ever did. His constant tinkering damn near did get us relegated, well, he''s tinkering again, and that tells me one thing, and that is he''s.......................crap!.
If he fails to sign talented, decent players this summer, then we are deep in the brown and smelly stuff.

 5.
there was facial surgery also thrown in the offer
Ha ha ha! I''d sue that plastic surgeon if I were him!
 6. Oh dear! The future doesn''t sound that rosy for our inbred binner chums. Never mind!
 7. To be fair, he fulfilled his initial task, which was to keep City in the Championship (just!). I''m still unsure whether he''ll be good enough in the long term - nobody can say at this moment in time. We''ll just have to wait and see what he does in this coming season. He may be good, he may be bad or he might just be indifferent. One thing''s for certain, after the sweeping changes both to the backroom staff and the playing staff, he can blame nobody but himself if things go a bit awry this year.
 8. In response to question one; is it because Arrdee "is a lovely old boy?" (I felt like screaming as I typed those words).
 9.

This is exactly the same self pitying drivel he came out with before joining Norwich from West Brom. This is not the kind of attitude needed around the place when you are rebuilding the squad. "I had to move because I have to play all the time," the Wales international, 27, told BBC Radio Nottingham. "I don''t think my face fitted there. But that''s how it goes and it''s done and you''ve got to move on."
Earnie, you''re face looks like its repeatedly tried to fit into a brick wall before being dragged facedown along a mile-long length of course sand paper covered in puke and dog turds.
He sure as hell wouldn''t win many beauty contests.
 10. Are you trying to push your post count up as quickly as possible, Sam? You''ve posted what seem like 50 comments in about 10 minutes.
 11. There is quite a strong resemblance between the Queen of Mean and our Glenn. Maybe they were twins separated at birth!
 12.
A newspaper is economical with the truth? Quel surprise... have you seen the ''Fowler Joins Canaries'' headline? Yes I too was thinking Robbie but it was just a kit man. Ho hum.
Yes, that''s another good example of a newspaper''s misleading headlines. That one didn''t catch me out, though.
 13.
Didn''t we do all this re: Cole yesterday?
Yep. It''s a bit like Groundhog Day.
 14. Our crappy press had a lot to do with the hounding out of Sven. He was a much more competent manager than the Wally with the Brolly. The press had a complete and unnatural obsession with the Swede''s private life, which he did well to tolerate without losing his temper and telling them to get lost. Capello is probably a slightly better manager than Sven and it will be interesting to see how far he can take the "Golden Generation".
 15.
So is Andy Cole better than Darren Huckerby then? I know Hucks has gone and he won''t be returning, but why release an excellent 32 year old with another season in him and sign a 36 year old has-been?
My thoughts exactly, Canary Boy.
 16.
yeah i saw that, but i had a quick think and no 1 even close to the england team would come here so it had to be cole! if glenn wants him as first choice then we will be in trouble but i think he wud be a good sub and great to have in the dessing room, like dion!
I think Cole is only good enough to be a squad player now. I hadn''t realised he was as old as 36 until this morning. I don''t think he will add as much to our squad as Dion did.
 17. I would have been perfectly happy had they included the little word EX, which makes the whole headline more factual and honest. Anybody reading this headline who is not up to speed with the latest City news might have started thinking: Ashton, Defoe, Rooney or Owen. I know Archant want to sell as many newspapers as possible, but this kind of device is highly misleading at the very least. I wonder how many posters I will deceive for a short while when they read my topic title?
 18. Those were the words sceaming from an EDP advertising sheet outside my local newsagents this morning. A little bit deceptive don''t you think? I nearly went in and bought a copy until I thought for a few seconds - then it came to me, the 36 year old (EX) England player Andy Cole that City have been linked with. I think Archant were a little bit economical with the actualite here - once again.
 19. I''d like to think that they are about to sell up, but I would be prepared to bet a considerable sum of money that no such thought has crossed their minds at present.
 20.
I''ll give you three guesses...
The USA? Lincoln, Nebraska?
 21. In the fine city, although I envy those who have trotted the globe. I''d love to move away and have a change of scenery.
 22.
It''s amazing what THIS can cause
Do you have a thirst Wizard? I bet you like draught Guinness by the barrel.
 23.
the puppet man is a registered peadophile
Even if it is true it''s a pretty stupid thing to gossip about. If it''s untrue, you''ve just libelled the man. Crass behaviour.
