    I read on Twitter from a journalist saying the Midfield positions are not a leading priority right now, they are looking more at defenders. I think Newcastle will also be  looking at Donny VB from Man U on a loan deal from what I gather. I don’t know how that will effect Cantwell or how into Cantwell Newcastle are.

    I think this kinda confirms he will not be playing for Norwich anymore??? The pic before that one was of him playing in his Norwich kit. I could be wrong but looks that way to me. He must know he is going somewhere otherwise he would look like a bit of a d**k if nobody comes in for him and he has that pic up.

    Do you think he will go in January? And do you think this is what he wanted all along? A move? Maybe the club won’t trigger the 1 year extension if they know they won’t get much for him maybe? I don’t know how it all works as sometimes it gets political but just seems odd the Cantwell is playing poor every match when he is one of the best players.

    I keep seeing a lot of people saying he could be going in January but then others say he has an extension for another year so I am confused as to if he is staying until the end of this season or not and how his contract works.  Does anyone know?

    What does putting them in the same bracket have to do with the price of fish???  The point I was trying to make is that is nothing wrong with posting on Instagram or Twitter. Its a generation thing. The youngsters love it. 

    Anyway, Tbh TC hasn’t posted anything since the game on Saturday so that should make a few people happy. He has probably had enough of people slating him. 
     

    In all seriousness though I also just want to add that it is concerning the way he has been playing. Even the first 3 games at the beginning of this season we’re not great. He hasn’t played because of personal reasons, injury or whatever, but I hope he finds his mojo back soon, it’s a wasted talent otherwise. I just don’t think it’s because he goes on Instagram. Hopefully DS can tap in to him.

    It literally takes seconds to do a tweet or any post for that matter. I don’t see what the issue is. Lots of footballers tweet or post to Instagram. In fact they post a lot more than TC does, look at Harvey Elliot, mason mounts, Phil Foden, I could go on but sure, go ahead and keep having a go at him. At the end of the day they are all youngsters and it is the way of life for the younger ones now. It’s their way of communicating to the fans.

    Here is a tweet from TC on Twitter and to be honest I feel kind of gutted for him especially by some of the replies he has had, he doesn’t deserve it. He knows he didn’t play great but some fans continued to slate him on Twitter.  I hope he isn’t the kind of person to take things to heart, but the majority of comments were encouraging . I hope he listens to them more than the negative  ones.
