1.
Err? why has he not signed a new contract yet? hedging his bets I reckon![8o|]
I''m not sure we can blame him entirely, for the most part of this season he has been the only player to show any heart. Don''t get me wrong I''d rather everyone bled yella and green and signed regardless of situation, but if he signed we went down and he again found himself to be the only player caring but in a lower division.... well I know if it were me i''d regret my heart over head decision.
2. YES WE DO   He is an excellent championship player, who would be even more effective in a successful team - particularly with the more imaginative movement we''ve shown up front of late. I believe Carney to be a good player who offers something different, but by no means does his performance immediately make Croft surplus to requirement (this season, or longer term as is only on loan).
3.
Hi. as i read everyones posts every day. I just wondered where you are all based. I live in Wokingham, near Reading, Berkshire. i used to live with my family in Diss.
Hi Chirping, I work in Oxford now, but used to live in Binfield with my parents - where do you watch televised games in the area please? The landlord at the Victoria Arms in Binfield was usually very accomodating, often changing to games on request (City football or Bath rugby) as long as his beloved Newcastle weren''t on the box....
4.

No problem with John " Mr Ugly " wark - come on !! He scored in practically every game he played against us , also good at leaving his boot in - although there aren''t many suffolk players who fail with that He is awful and ranks highly on my dislike list
Just below Fabian Wilnis and Jason Dozzell. Makes my skin crawl thinking about them
I was sat behind the away dugout close to Wilnis on the touchline, as Oxford beat third from bottom Grays convincingly at the weekend, and couldn''t resist telling the donkey that his side would need 16 new players if they were to avoid relegation this season! Oxford fans around me must''ve thought I was crazy but made me feel much better.....
5. I''ve been looking at sorting a new contract and most seem to be 18m/24m now - not the end of the world if a decent enough deal perhaps?
6. Presumably as a partner of Vodaphone they use the same masts please (i.e. good network coverage?)
7.
Compared to the treatment Curo gets on here Shacs has had nothing..............yet![:|]
Get a room....
8. Great news - finally the FA manage not to balls something up! I''m not suggesting that D''ireso is a good ref but I can understand the pen/sending off, as in real-time this was a tough call and many posters even said after the game that live at the ground it looked nailed on. So the appeal system was used and worked as appropriate. I also think that it is a joke that D''ireso is allowed to ref our games given his obvious sc#m allegiance, but surely it is the FA who are to be blamed for this?!
9. Haha, yeah the board are pulling out all the stops to become the friendly Norwich family of old (literally), and I''m in full support. Saying that though I didn''t need ratty rodent to be everyones best friend if he''d delivered the goods....   I certainly agree that Butterworth seems the more experienced and qualified assisstant, but no other names seem to have been mentioned and seeing as it''s an old boys reunion was surprised big Rob hasn''t been thrown in the mix. Am chuffed to see chippy back, hopefully we''ll see our midfield creativity benefit :-)
10. Maybe I''ve missed something on other posts but I''m surprised that only Ian Buterworth is being touted as Gunny''s new #2 No mention of a Mr Rob Newman?!
11. Yeah, seems as though we all wrote it at similar times. I actually didn''t get it out of The Sun, I read it on a website I check daily for city related information and rumours (www.tribalfootball.com). I think the signing of a 6+" centre-half has got to be a good thing, if for the right sort of money, as we have struggled defending set pieces since the departure of big malky. Thanks for the replies to my first post guys, nearly abondened the idea in desperation.... haha. cheers, NC
12. Apparently an agreement has been reached for the summer transfer of Millwall centre-half Darren Ward, whatever the situation may be next season.... premiership of course cheers, NC
