Will our game on Sunday go ahead ?
Bomber replied to Ashwood's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Well I will be wachin the WCF and if it only goes the 90 mins will be catching the 2nd half of the City game - can watch City any time but not a WCF involving England -
The issue is though that VAR officials get to look at an incident so many times that the option of making a mistake should not be there - I have not met one person today who does not believe that last night was not a penalty and that includes a Man U supporter - it’s shameful that such a clear and obvious taking out a man was not awarded and so plain to see that making a mistake does not hold any credence

There we go Pete giving confidence to our players - keep it up

There will always be a few slating somebody or another - if someone scored a hat trick they would probably slate him for missing a chance to get a 4th - part of the course I’m afraid can’t please everyone

Millwall - Sunday 20th August at midday

Yep same here - the one off chance of watching England in a WCF far outweighs missing the odd Norwich game -
**** all you Idah haters!!! Yes!!!!

Well lets face it he had to score at some point did’nt he - there is a high degree of probability that any striker playing up front will have at least one chance fall their way at some point but the way a successful striker is looked at is by the amount of goals that they obtain - the same can be said of Sargent to some degree and to have them both on fire would only benefit the team as a whole - the jury is still out for me on Idah as the goal yesterday was one of those that was really unmissable although am glad he did’nt -
O and yet another Mumba Pink Un exclusive which I cant be bothered reading
-
All this talk about whether Aarons will be leaving or not I just can’t see him going anywhere - there has been no solid bids for him and we have only seen where clubs are maybe interested (ie, Southampton) - if any club does want him then maybe they will submit a derisory bid on the pretence he is available on a free at the end of the season but I really cannot see anything happening - may be proved wrong we shall see - is he good enough to see any club really commit

How many more ‘News’ articles are we gonna get on the Mumba transfer - it’s getting boring now

Despite paying the annual fee for Pinkun + and receiving subscriber exclusives when I go into my account it states I dont have an active subscription - baffled

And coming straight back down mostly being an embarrassment -
Attanasio = red herring

Norwich is not an attractive club for any high end investment - we are not situated in London, Midlands, North West or North East and in fact our nearest rivals are in a different County which we somehow call a local derby despite a 40 mile gap - we have a ground that resembles a library most of the time and fans that will accept any sort of dire football clapping the players at the end of a match and players that love Costa del Norwich knowing they will play week in week out - we will never do anything in the Cups with the excuse at least we can concentrate on the league hence no ambition - would any of you invest millions in that - we are what we are a small (in the big scheme of things) self funded club that will never go anywhere -
For how much longer tho - I am all for giving support but for most of us we can see the guy does not have what it takes - are we supposed to support after another 3 years of doin nothing - after all we have berated managers and players alike so what is the difference with this apparent Golden Boy
-
Well if the Pink Un article is to be believed then that is us out of any competition for him unless we can offer what he is after and that is first team football - off course it could all be hyped up to conjure interest but if true Premier League and European clubs does not really give us a start in the race

Luton moving on out
Bomber replied to cambridgeshire canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Do you mean slippage into the river 😀 - it looks no closer than the River Wensum to Carrow Road to me -
No he has had his time here and time for the club to move on - not that it matters anyway cos Wagner aint going anywhere so does not matter what we think
