Latest OSP Minutes If Anybody Is Interested.
Mr_Biff1961 replied to TIL 1010's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Sorry, can’t remember the exact figures but the idea is to offer concessions to younger fans to encourage them to remain as season ticket holders, the numbers for next season were below 2000 As others have posted we do have a much more mature loyal fan base and so in future there will be more over 75’s as a proportion of the numbers moving forward, the point being that we are only of three clubs that offer this. No decision has been made, it was just using the panel in their correct roll as a sounding board to potential changes. -

Sadly costs have risen for stadium and a 3% increase in not exorbitant, remember that we did not have any increase for 10 years! As regards abolishing the 75+ scheme it would be a bad move for the club which would give bad press and give several posters ammunition to bash the club further. -

This was probably one of the better meetings, Items 4 and 5 involved a lot of discussion between panel members and Zoe. -

It was considered that the age for concessions will rise each year, so next season will be age 76+ -
The Idiots Guide to the Annatasio 'Takeover.'

The three years is because The initial intention was to be a minor shareholder, the voting with D&M is only on shareholder issues, he will be entitled to another board member and so will be able to vote on other matters as a board member. -
While I totally agree that Darren England made a mistake in confirming that the check was complete and the original decision should stand as he thought the goal had been given,,,,, IF There was no VAR,,,,, the original decision was offside and so the goal will have been disallowed.

It’s marvellous Simon Hooper again,,, watch him be demoted to the championship again

The 3 years is because Norfolk Holdings had no plans on taking over and only being a minority (however large) shareholder for at least three years. The approach was made by the club for additional finance to cover forward loans made on future parachute payments and player sales. This has been driven by the club with D&M fully involved. the reason of staying on is so that the club continues to be run on the same way it has been for the last few years.

The need for the OSP is that to become a member of canaries trust you have to become a member, the other members are elected by the fans or invited fan groups. I am not sure why the club strategy is not being shared, however this is a working document in what the clubs objectives and goals are recorded. As like with any company, theses will change over the course of time and be adjusted to suit the current conditions. Memberships have been discussed in the past, these are on a level with most other clubs and there have been separate meetings involving different stakeholders including Other groups. match pick was raised as an AOB ( limited time period to use and no options if the day of the game or kickoff time is changed to either use as match pick or change) , the area discussed was not a criticism of the club but a potential change to improve the options available for members, unfortunately the relevant staff member was not at the meeting and so after consultation will be discussed at the next meeting. Not all match picks were used for Ipswich but this was the only one sold out (last season no match picks fully used allocations) At The next meeting , there will be feedback as the issues raised will be covered under matters arising. You have the opportunity to raise the issues you mention on the contact us form,

Eliot was away for a week and the minutes are sent to the panel members for approval and adjustments prior to publication. there were slight adjustments prior to publishing on the website. also there was this share issue thing!
-
The issue is that full verbatim minutes have caused issues in the past. there were new members on the panel and two of the original panel could not make this due to holidays. I would expect the new members to add more input at the next meeting and so the minutes may be longer
