    Maybe, I wasn't necessarily taking a guess at who I think has the most. Just pointing out someone who clearly has more than 35. Could it be 35 caps, while playing for Norwich is the question rather than during their career?

    Strange wording for the most capped player and seems flawed either way. If current players: Pukki has 86 caps, a lot more than 35. If all time: Helveg has 108 caps, a lot more than 35.
