But we can't get 88 points, we only have 8 games left which is a max of 24 points, added to our 61 means we could total 85 points

It's a team that is good enough to get a result against Millwall, but still keeping the best for the Southampton, and believe me we will need them fresh for that game

Dean Smith sack talk grows with Norwich decision resting on one critical call
I didn't think we had any money for January transfers 🙄
-
I'm afraid it's a matter of the better he plays, then the less chance it is that we will be able to afford him, or even offered the chance to buy him.

I think this is the night that Gibbs can cement a place in the team
Jesus wept what is it with you people....
New player from U23, once played a whole 45 min for Wroxham reserves on loan... fans get a whiff of him when watching a training session at the Costa Del Colney

He plays with the cool of someone whos 29 rather than 19. Ridiculous player.Apologies to the poster i laughed at for saying something along the lines of "This is his chance for first team"
That crooked lad on loan from Newcastle has to be quite something to shift him at this rate to be fair.
Apology accepted my friend 😉

Well he hasn't buried any so far this season, so I'm not sure what makes you say that.

Now I love Pukki, but in all fairness apart from his obvious injury problem, I think it would have been a wise choice to leave him out of the team anyway. I personally think that his heart hasn't really been in it so far this season.

Shall we just wait and see, and when Hayden can get fit then maybe we can judge

After Saturday's performance I think we may have seen the last of Gibson

Not far short of what I think is our best team at the moment 😄

Still think he has a lot of potential though, he is young after all
I must of been looking at a different player, because I thought he was playing really well pre season 🤔
-
I believe he is going to be a star player for us this season, the championship defenders are going to hate the fact that he will be at them for a full 90 mins of the game, he just never stops running 😀

Maybe, but I'm not sure. Are we as strong as we were two years ago? Almost certainly not. I'm not saying it's impossible but I think Smith has a tough job on his hands unless a few younger players really come through fast.
Yes I think the gap is huge between the two leagues, and remember we had Emi and still managed to get tailed off when we last got relegated, so I think any argument saying we are not as strong now shouldn't apply.

You can't make a player stay if he has asked for a move, and in Idah's case he was never going to be in the starting line up when Sarge came back, and so for the benefit of all concerned I believe the correct decision was made, and you never know he may come back full of confidence and ready to fight for his place.
