I think we'll sign at least 2 of the following..

    Brandon Williams (loan)

    Matthias Norman (loan to buy)

    Joe Worrall (10 mill)

I have no sources or evidence but believe that there is real interest (from trawling through gossip columns)

Would people be happy with these additions?

If feel like pure ****, just want buendia back

We have played 2 of the top teams in the world and we lost. We played okay against Liverpool and we were terrible against Man City.

However, we also have many new faces in the squad. Man City and Liverpool were both barely changed squads since last season. People need to calm down a bit and let us bed in our new players. We barely had a preseason and the loss of Skipp has left a big hole in the middle.

Lees-Melou has shown a lot of promise and there's definitely a player in there.

No need for all the pant wetting, calls of an oppressive left-wing regime and general negative vibes. Give the team some more time and see how they play against teams outside of the top 6.

We’ve been rolled over in the first two games. I love your optimism but in my opinion our squad has been weakened with the departure of buendia and it shows

Not a fan of it personally - never massively rated him and injuries have been an issue. Not sure if wages would be a massive issue as I don't think he'll have too many top level suitors this summer.

I think he will be a good signing. Just need to understand he’s not going to be a starter and have to fight for a position. Lose the attitude and invest into the regime

One of the long standing myths perpetuated by Farke, Webber, the owners and even the gullible local media is that City are 'such a young team'. It is straightforward garbage yet no fan seems to pick this up and query it.

Take the starting line up on Saturday. FIVE players were age 30 or over and the average age was just short of 27 and a half. 'Young side', do me a favour. Not one single teenager in the starting line up. 'Inexperienced at PL level' yes but 'young' most definitely not.  Those who perpetuate this myth do so purely as an excuse for this seasons embarrassing shambles. Expect to here more of this truck over the next few days from those in power.

Completely agree with this well said.
