1.
I agree Kingo. They aren''t linked like that and were never meant to be. I understood the idea was that we could change the head coach with a minimum disruption to the rest of the staff . That only works if the rest of the staff are Webber appointments. As for the 21 games. I don''t see the significance of 21 unless it was the 21st game of the season. But the last 21 games was the number they were being judged on. Is there any significance in 21 games?
You could judge him after last season and then the poor start this season but thankfully he seems to be having a positive influence across the whole team now.. no idea why you would choose 21 or the often spoken of, 10 games.
 2.
Mike I don''t keep a record of your posts but some are unforgettable. Like all that Billy big bolloxing about £250. Just because you have more money to throw around doesn''t make your opinion worth more than anyone else''s. It''s just boorish behaviour but fits well with the idea that more money is better and richer people are better. You think I should have taken your bet? I haven''t got £250 to risk and, as I said at the time, if I had the bookies would have given me much better odds than evs. However a poster called xymox took it. Or tried to. I wasn''t surprised it appeared to fall on deaf ears....
Still havin a dig, still not willing to up the standard of debate, still having pops but not able to accept the same back... Go on try be polite, it''s good... we might even end up friends :o) PS. The rich thing is most amusing... reckon alot of my mates will be having a chortle at that..
 3.
Lambert was great for us but cant say Im even slightly concerned about him managing them. Hes been bang average since us and has a load of League One and Two players to deal with. Thats including signings this summer that came for Hurst, or played under Hurst previously, or both. Pre season Hursts stock was much higher than Lamberts. If he goes, then bad luck to him.
More concerned if Culverhouse becomes his number 2! But let''s hope he cements his City status by getting them relegated.
 4.

It''s beyond me how so many seem to want to lump themselves in with posters like Mike. It''s not about changing minds. It''s about the nastiness and billy big bolloxing posters with a nasty streak sweep under the carpet along side changing their minds. With most of us it''s just funny. We have our set views and bend everything that happens into shape with those views. But there are some, like Mike, who go a lot further than just being funny.
Ha ha ha ha ha... that is rich mate! I bear no nastiness at all..I have been guilty of replying in the manner of the post I was replying to but really? Don''t dish it out if you get upset when people reply accordingly. I will say what I feel about my club and will change my mind when I wish to regardless of petty little digs. If you are polite I will be polite back. Anyway, I hope we sort out Farke''s contract soon as I think he is now showing what a great job he is doing. OTBC
Except you won''t find posts where I behave like you Mike.Anyway, what about the £250 quid you were billybigbolloxing about? Can you point to another poster who behaves like that?
You should have taken the bet! Probably posted after you called me a "snowflake" but hey this is dull. I will change my mind if the facts change and you feel free to pull me up on my previous posts (I find that a bit weird as I don''t keep a record of yours or others comments... But each to their own). Like I said, let''s see if we can accept other views and discussions without the usual silly put downs. Otbc
 5.
Credit to all involved in the improvement we are seeing at the moment. I think there is more to come from Webber on other levels surrounding other areas of running the club, especially if we don''t achieve promotion. Happy days.
The players have started to gel which is great but still not sure on a wife & husband being on a board of three that have to make important decisions. In fairness to Webber he said judge him on 3/4 transfer windows hence why I think it would be best to judge him at the end of the season. Looking good though... Reason I have become more posiive towards Farke is the progress with Cantwell, Max & Lewis...plus his impact on Madders. If we have to continually sell then we need Farke... OTBC

 7. Was doing such a great job too.... hoping for Holloway or a mixture of Burley with Mick Mills.
 8. Gutted... first Hurst was doing such a great job and second (if he does take it), Lambert will finally destroy any good feeling I have for him. Plus how will he feel having two relegations in two years on his CV?
 9.
Nothing wrong with being willing to change your mind based on the evidence you see in-front of you. Much better than dogmatically sticking to one position despite everything.
Exactly! I was wrong on my predictions (so far) and I am glad I was and will gladly hold up my hands... but the sanctimonious drivel spouted by a few regulars, who seem to believe it''s their board and no one else''s, means that any form of decent conversation is snuffed out by petty childish "you said this" and "you said this". Doesn''t bother me, I just do not contribute as much as I would (guess a lot of others are the same). The first season and at the beginning of this season (apart from Jamal & Madders) I could not see any major improvement but it has started to click and I am glad Farke has proved me wrong... I hope that we can continue to build on this and are not forced to sell one of our big assets again come January. Looking forward to Saturday OTBC.
 10.
Amazing how people rewrite history in such a short time. Less than 2 months ago "that''s the end of Farke". Now Farke''s the man and he needs a new contract. What will it be come Christmas?
Well we know that you''ll be 100% behind this board even if we ended up in the conference... balance PS. You do know that I care not one bit for your pithy comments? xxx
 11.
So to be clear Mike, you wanted him sacked after the start of the season but awarded a new contract now? Glad you''re not in charge.
To be clear you are always right? How come you are not running the club?... this is fun!
 12.
A leopard doesn’t change its spots There is still way to much sideways and backwards passing for my liking and ultimately we will slip down the league again Best get rid of him now if we are going to sustain a challenge OTBC
Yawn
 13. Amazing how many people get all arsy if you are not 100% gushing... Just a simple adult statement and off they go...bless! Farke is the one I hope gets a new contract and stays.. you can see he can clearly improve players..
 14. What does ihe win for being 4th in October?
 15.
Proves he still has the fire in him to achieve his best form. Two excellent finishes, the second especially. Excellent for him and the club to have two excellent goalscorers in him and Pukki.
He''s one of our own he''s.... momentum... starting to believe . Happy days
 16. Signs are really good, let''s hope we avoid our traditional post Christmas slump...early days but far better than could have been hoped for...
 17. What a great result...unbeaten at home since April and in form and to go behind. Fair play to Farke and really impressed on how the youngsters are being used. Result against Villa and onwards and upwards..
 18.

I voted to stay in and was gutted that we left but now the last thing we need is another referendum. That would, in my opinion, give rise to even more extreme right wing groups & people like Farage & this backers. We need a general election and a new set on MPs to deliver an acceptable solution for us & the EU. As for Delia, fair play, she has every right to demonstrate, I just won''t be joining her.
when was that. i must have missed itI shall be there (currently in Tunbridge Wells) blowing my trumpet* as we march around JerichoDo I want a second referendum ?If it serves the final act of a stake driven through the rotten heart of brexit, then yesAs a delusion that the lawful democratic process can be bypassed then definitely notSo why march ?Well to add my voice to those who recognise what a total lunacy the idea of leaving the EU is, never mind putting it into practice - and to join in common purpose with positive folk who don''t, it would seem, judge others by their skin colour, race, creed or whatever facets of their being are supposed to define them. And to oppose the hatred and bigotry that stunk out those same streets a week ago, as I''ll decide who I get on with, not some billionaire newspaper owner, nor some old Etonian whose has achieved far call other than to pop out of the right womb. From Tolpuddle to freeborn John, Peterloo to the Poll Tax protests and marching against the CJB to the Chartists marches this country has seen folk prepared to fight for their rights and fight to keep them once won. None of which were gained by doffing your cap to your so called betters. Look up your own local history and read up about those who strove to improve the lot of Norfolk farmworkers "In many of our villages, a man who joins a trade union is worthy of the Victoria Cross that''s won on a battlefield. In many villages he dare not be known to be a member of the union. But to be a branch secretary! That is to risk one''s livelihood every day in the week"Your own history, not the guff many spout out on here. Maybe then some of the brexiteers might get off their knees and stop doffing their cap. Master doesn''t know best, but he knows there''s still enough back sliders and gutless folk to do his dirty work for him. That''s why he lives in the big house and why despite all your snivellin'' and crawling you never will.*yes it will be my own, what else
Many on the left including Dennis Skinner voted leave... The vast majority are not racist or bigots. A minority yes... Gutted we voted to leave but you knew that is what I meant. Another referendum would heighten the already massive split in our society. General election is the way we can get real change. I know my history very well thanks as my educational achievements prove.

 20.

TBH, after the first 28,000 posts most people stopped reading what you had to say.My old man used to say that those that talk a lot don''t usually have much interesting to say. You confirm what a wise old head he was.
Was that really necessary? (it''s a rhetorical question)Do I get to insult you if my post count is lower?
You get use to it on here.... It seems acceptable to some.
 21. Great news on all three and looking forward to them playing for us for the next few years.
