If he quietly went about his job then fair enough but his Bolton quote about following another team (this from a Leeds fan) plus his ease at slagging off players that leave (Howson) shows he his a bit thick , as it doesn''t endear himself to the paying punters... Jury well and truly out.

Buying a proven striker is a must to getting promotion as you need to score goals. Happy with Rhodes as he could be one of those again... Ashton is perfectly entitled to his views. Colin proved at Cardiff what can be done with limited resources as did Harris at Millwall on a tiny budget. Farke and Webber need to deliver far better this year.

Webber has yet to prove he is anything more than an arrogant loud mouth and he will be judged by his three transfer window quote.

And before you ask... Middlesbrough, Charlton, Porstmouth, Blackburn and Bristol City who won community awards this year.

Also need to make sure we have a bit of steel in midfield. Thompson is vital if Tetty can not make as many games. We look lightweight and can be bullied too much at times. Agree on the goals front, interesting to see if we can increase the goals tatty despite losing our top 2 scorers, not convinced that it''s strong enough to to in hope of a top six finish.
