1. If he quietly went about his job then fair enough but his Bolton quote about following another team (this from a Leeds fan) plus his ease at slagging off players that leave (Howson) shows he his a bit thick , as it doesn''t endear himself to the paying punters... Jury well and truly out.
 2.

How the club needs to be run is a board decision and can be challenged 100% if you happen to think there is a better way / better people out there. Buying a proven striker is a must to getting promotion as you need to score goals. Happy with Rhodes as he could be one of those again... Ashton is perfectly entitled to his views. Luckly this is not North Korea.
As kio has said, Ashton''s views might be worthwhile if he had a clue about the club in general and how its finances dictate how it is run and whom it can afford to buy and whom it cannot. Since, and not just because he hasn''t even realised Hoolahan has left, he plainly doesn''t have the slightest inkling of anything at all, and specifically why we couldn''t possibly afford Vydra, his views deserve the rubbishing they''ve received.
Pundits make mistakes just as you and I do... He is entitled to his views as as an ex professional people want to hear them..nothing more nothing less

 4.
the club is in a better place due to the fee''s we got from Maddison and Murphy without that we would be really stuffed ! Webber has bought some good players cheaply and got rid of some of the deadwood etc But the football has suffered as last season showed now is the time he has to get the football right Has he done any better than a good CEO and A good Manager would have ?
Due to our business model, yes we are financially better off having sold our key assets but on the pitch we have failed miserably (can not remember watching such dull uninspiring rubbish as last year) and it remains to be seen if this bunch of players will provide better entertainment. Colin proved at Cardiff what can be done with limited resources as did Harris at Millwall on a tiny budget. Farke and Webber need to deliver far better this year.
 5. Webber has yet to prove he is anything more than an arrogant loud mouth and he will be judged by his three transfer window quote.
 6. And before you ask... Middlesbrough, Charlton, Porstmouth, Blackburn and Bristol City who won community awards this year.
 7.

We are not a special club just a football club hoping to improve just like every other.
Therein lies your problem. We are a special club, no other like it. Name a hundred clubs and I could tell you why Norwich is special as compared to them. The most important element is where the city of Norwich is situated and the lifestyle and character of the county - very few clubs can match that - none in fact that I can think of.
Hmmm... Sorry but that is nonsense in my opinion. Other fans would laugh at your suggestion and find it arrogant in the extreme. Certainly on the pitch we are like lots of clubs.
 8. All good as I am sure she will use her fee to improve our club
 9.
I don''t know 100% Bob, just passing on what I heard. Who I heard it from however, barely says anything to me on the rumour front but is in a position to know. I have no reason not to believe him.
Same here, he is gone from what I have heard (obviously only if someone wants him). Hopefully we would then replacement with someone else as I really do not rate Srbeny at all.
 10. Up Stoke WBA Villa Down Rotherham Bolton Hull
 11. He will play exactly like he did last season, it''ll be down to whether this new group of players make it more effective.
 12.

Anything over 7 points will be a good start. If we lose any games we could claim the result is only advisory and that a final decision should be made by the EFL. 😊
it might be best if you confined your stupidity to the one thread
After your efforts on the Trumpland thread, perhaps you ought to heed your own advice.
Forgot opinion are not welcome .. sad really
Wrong end of the thread apologies...

 15.
It''ll be us the supporters fault if we don''t get 21 points from the first seven games......If we don''t achieve those 21 points, we should as loyal NCFC support, self flagellate our buttocks with inflatable canaries until we bleed yellow and green from the whack marks on our rumps......TROO FANS! "WHACKO!"
LOL!
 16. Reckon 8 points from that anything better would be a plus.
 17.
2nd term or 4 more years, there''s still no need to call me names. Calling someone names is a sign that they are neither smart or witty enough to defend themselves with a logical argument.
Yep.
 18.
Fourth term is four more years ?dear me
I was saying that, I thought he meant 4 more years rather than saying a 2nd term. Does it really warrant snidey comments etc We all make mistakes..
 19.
When reading your stuff then yesBut I am always happy to be informedso this fourth termdo tell
He obviously means 4 more years, easy mistake & no need to keep having a pop...
 20. So Villa now saying they are keeping Bruce and are looking to keep their best players plus the embargo lifted. They will be strong this year.
 21.

Thats probably because you comment on every Ed Balls related post that ever gets submitted on here..
Are you the Ed Balls comments moderator on here then ? My views on Ed Balls appear to differ from yours and it is called a difference of opinion.
He doesn''t cope well with people expressing different views...pity this board would be so much better... Hey oh
 22.
As if someone actually has so little going on they have time in their lives to be annoyed about this.
Says a man with nearly 10''000 posts on here 😂
 23.
Would like to see him back in politics again. Labour needs someone like Ed at the helm
Really? He seems more at ease now increasing his profile than helping sort out a mess he had a small part in. Guess if I was him I would probably do the same...
 24. Also need to make sure we have a bit of steel in midfield. Thompson is vital if Tetty can not make as many games. We look lightweight and can be bullied too much at times. Agree on the goals front, interesting to see if we can increase the goals tatty despite losing our top 2 scorers, not convinced that it''s strong enough to to in hope of a top six finish.
