  1. We have finally matched them with 43 wins vs 43 defeats. Considering how much they bang on about their glory days, roll back the clock 15 years and it would have been 35 wins vs 43 defeats 🙂 Let's hope come May it will be 45 wins
  2. Maddison looked so good for England last night. Instantly started making defense splitting passes and what an assist for the goal. I generally believe he is less selfish than other players and would rather assist than take all the glory.
  3. We will never employ the same scheme. Remember Delia still has her 2 season tickets outside the directors box that I guess are never used.
  4. Thanks for explaining that. I did see that it said phase 1 on the fixtures list which confused me.
  5. I don't know if it's been mentioned already. The Scottish Prem finishes on the 13th April. We have a further 3 fixtures and possibly play offs. Are we able to play Idah? Could be in a hot streak of form by then.
  6. Today I've added my son to the waiting list as he's showing more interest recently in going (he's 7). I will have to to give up my central seat as there are no concessionary price in the area. Hopefully we'll be able to get 2 together in block J which is still pretty central.
  7. Any chance of getting flags elsewhere in the ground? I sit in the South Stand. This it would look pretty good IMO.
  8. Am I the only one who thinks it's cringe that they count us in for OTBC. I'm pretty sure most of the crowd would sing it on kick off without the prompt.
  9. They're deflated from drawing with us. Imagine if that last minute Kenny shot was a top bins screamer and possibly 3 defeats on the spin. Don't forget they chocked twice in League 1.
  10. Looks like Portman Road is in the same boat (pun intended). If they don't beat us in April, they may never get the chance again.
  11. Isn't Everton's new stadium practically floating? I'm not saying global warming and flooding isn't real. but I'm sure there will be flood defenses put in place in the next 20-30 years to stop a large area of residential, retail and entertainment from being flooded. If it wasn't for the Thames Barrier so much of London would be under water. I do however think a Wensum Barrier would then have a knock on flooding effect on other areas of Norfolk.
  12. I may do another poll after Saturday and include options for non season ticket holders. Although the question was are you renewing which would imply that you already have a season ticket.
  13. I also think if over night our stadium capacity increased to 35k we'd have less people renewing as they know they'll almost be guaranteed a casual ticket. It's the fear that if you give up your ST and the team starts performing again you'll struggle to get a ticket with the demand.
  14. As the poll stands it'd 22.22% no. Maybe Delia wasn't too far away with her 20% comment. Regarding the OAP discount. I'm in two minds, yes it's nice to offer a discount to people who may not be able to afford the full price. Although these same people most likely purchased their 6 bed detached house for the price of a season ticket back in the 80s (tin hat on). Also I do wonder like the ageing squad who struggle to perform for 90 minutes, can the same thing be said about the fans. I think having some younger fans at Carrow Road is the only way to improve the atmosphere. Maybe there should be an under 30's price?
  15. With season tickets renewals fast approaching and with the talk of an increase of 3% will you be renewing for the 24/25 season? Maybe The Pinkun will use this data to show S&J that it's more than 20% of the fanbase that have had enough. I'm personally undecided and will probably make a late call. Having a young family it's difficult to justify the time away from them to watch turgid football every other Saturday.
  16. Before we were fielded 4 in the starting 11 and possibly a couple on the bench. I wouldn't say Idah is a player coming through. He's 22 and made his debut 4 years ago. Josh Sargent is only a year older but comes across much more senior. As for the other 3 only Rowe will go for a large sum. I don't wish to bash our academy players, but I will bash the management. We need a coach who knows how to coach youngsters and progress them to the first team. Even Rowe was a prodigy of the Farke era.
  17. Was Saturday the first time in years that we fielded a starting eleven that didn't include a single academy player? A sign of the times or simple unlucky with injuries? It wasn't too long ago we had the likes of Max, Jamal, Ben and Todd all starting.
  18. He played 45 minutes for the u21 earlier this month.
  19. Did you watch tonights game? It's shocking that these players call themselves professionals. It's worse than Dean Smith football.
  20. After yet another no show from all Norwich players bar Johnny Rowe. What does Jacob Sørensen need to do to get back into the first team? Played in an u21 game on the 9th October. He is better than what we've got atm. Players tonight couldn't even pass to each other. Also, I know this will go down like a led balloon but Sara is not as good as we think he is. Yes in some games he's been amazing. But he's not consistent enough if you were to compare him to Emi and Madders who showed up every game and ran the show.
  21. I honesty can't see Wagner lasting much longer, this form in any league is embarrassing. I can settle with finishing mid table, that doesn't bother me too much. It's the manner in which we are throwing games away or being thrashed by Plymouth that really makes me angry. I constantly hear excuses regarding the ability of our squad. I don't buy that either. We have ex prem players in our starting eleven. We have regular internationals and a midfielder many are saying is the best in the league. When we got promoted from League 1 to the Championship the only 2 players I can remember signing is Ruddy and Martin. Ruddy was 3rd fiddle at Everton and Martin was at Peterborough. We then got promoted to the prem and I don't recall us spending millions on South American wonder kids. I think we did sign BJ, Howson and Elliott Bennett. Lambert kept us up!!! Something SW has failed to achieve twice. That season we beat the teams in and around us and drew away at Liverpool and Arsenal. It was night and day compared to the Farke prem seasons. Paul Lambert was very good at taking a very average group of players and making them massively over achieve and with very little money. Not to mention a terrible training ground at the time. I would be happy to forgive him for joining that lot down the road if it meant we had a manager in charge who can motivate players, and strive to be more than just a mid table Championship team. I can't believe how backwards we have gone in 10 years. Would you take Lambert?
  22. He came from Colney, He's running down the wing. He'll run and you and you can't do anything. He's f***ing magic and don't you f***ing know. He's name is Jonny, Jonny Jonny Rowe.
  23. Just listening to Canary Call. I can't believe how much of Johnny Rowes past he wants to bring up. Talking about having his scholarship pulled because of an incident and him being arrogant. As an employee of Norwich City, should he not be more privy?
  24. Thanks. That makes sense as the club is trying to be more sustainable.
  25. Evening all, Just wondering if the club have forgotten (again) to send me my season ticket. It happened last year and the admitted that they had forgotten to send mine out. Now I've made a post about it, it'll turn up tomorrow now doubt. Has everyone else received theirs?
