1.
Just hope the football league show make it there top game then it will be on justin tv
wont it be on justintv anyway regardless of the fl show as the club are relying on an internet stream from anglia tv?
2. "The Club has teamed up with Anglia TV to obtain live satellite coverage of the game to show at Carrow Road"does this mean there will be an internet feed somewhere that we can pick up and watch at home?
3. it is indeed queen b, good spot, tho would rather he was reffing again as tho he did ok and mr friend was the 4th official
4. have you seen who ours is: kevin friend - another bloody prem ref wanting to make sure he is kept in the prem so will give everything
5. how can Lambert get sent to the stands for coming onto the pitch and kicking the ball back AFTER one of their players kicked it away trying to waste time, another thing missed by the ref, whilst their manager is allowed onto the pitch whenever he likes in the guise of a physio who could be seen to be chatting to the ref all the time he was on and i am pretty sure coaching his players at the same time which i am sure there is a rule aboutsurely when teams play tranmere there should be a clause in place that allows other managers on to the pitch to keep it fair for both sides and i am amazed there is not a law in place to stop this happening i.e. a manager being a physio at the same time and allowed on the pitch
6. leave him on, if he gets booked chrissy can cope for the next two games and we need him tonight if we are going to get a draw/win out of this one
7. im with you chops on that one, dont know why forster brought him down, put the pressure, make him push the ball too far on front but dont touch him, its not that hard if you dont want too (played in goal for about 20 years)
8. having watched the first half we have had another chances to get 4/5 goals in that half alone. who else thinks we could turn this around? and i wonder what the odds are on us being able to do that?
9. its about time some so called fans of our club actually started demonstrating some knowledge of our club as if they had any or indeed a brain then they wouldnt put bollocks like this
10. not deluded at all mate and its possibly because of the high standards that he has set himself but he just couldnt pass to anyone and as someone else mentioned on another thread he probably couldnt have even passed to himself. like the way lappin gets slated for running about loads yet smithy gets praised for it. double standards depending on who you rate and who you dont i guess
11. i totally get it woody, lappin on the bench bound to score as everyone who comes on from the bench does. just dont like the way some people hijack it to slate lappin when he wasnt that bad. probably the worst three on saturday were smith, elliott and holt who had his worst game for us but for obvious reasons its not fashionable to single them out
12. have to agree with boyo on this one smith''s worst game for a while couldnt pass to anyone although he was not alone. why make lappin the scapegoat all the time esp when there were worse players than him on sat
13. no he didnt largey but then i thought Becchios head was about knee level anyway so cant get booked for that.........unless it was after he kicked it that it was at knee level!!!!
14. agree with you there GJP, from where i was just looked a mistimed tackle and no worse than some of their challenges on our players: snodgrass elbow, naylor lunge from behind, left back kicking macca into the air with the ball no where near
15. should have been sent off first half for elbow on drury, wouldnt add anything to us
16. considering Leeds are away on tuesday at TRANMERE then obviously a tranmere win would be best!!!!!!!!!!!!!
17. russell in for macca for me back to the diamond. lappin played well today unlucky not to score and played some good passes and broke the play up well. would def have drury back though for rose
18.
Decent cameo from Crounchy, hopefully he can get a few games for Spurs and book his place, we need him in the team as opponents cant deal with him. Looks like Rooney, Defoe, Crouch and 1 from Cole, Bent and Heskey.
surely it will be two from these not one, as i am pretty sure he will take 5 strikers which will be heskey and carlton cole
19. Given his connections to us and after everything he has been through i just wondered if there was any plans for a song for him on Saturday to show our support
20.
We would of stayed up if he had scored all of the open goals he missed last season......
if it wasnt for his goals the season before hand when he was top scorer with 14 we would have gone down then and for that he will always have a special place for me
21.

I still think Lappin needs Dury behind him to be able to play well. Lappin is off form...but having the poor Rose behind him is not helping the situation.
I bet Rose is thinking that having the crap Simon Lappin in front of him is really not helping him too?Just think how good we could be down that side with Drury and McNamee at this level!
smudger you fool why dont you actually read what people write on here. Lappin was central midfield tonight and trying to cover the left hand side as well as Hoolahan certainly didnt want to go out there. Lappin was one of the better players first half, done loads of work of the ball and was the only midfielder putting tackles in and was better tonight than Holt, C. Martin, Hughes, Nelson and the worst of all Rose but are you going to drop them too? FYI when Lappin went off Macca stayed on the right and chris martin was on the left so you really should try and get along and watch instead of listening to the radio and in my opinion Doc was the best player by a mile tonight, dont know who got MOM but it should be DOC
