I love this winnable game idea some of you have.   We are struggling to get through against a team in the division below us. We are all looking at a relegation fight not a play off scrap We have won 2 of 14 games away and 50% of home games against CHAMPIONSHIP sides so far this year. whats a winnable game? I would be OVER THE MOON if we get through against Blackpool so we can at least say we made the last 16 in the FA cup this year. Ipswich Preston Derby Plymouth West Brom....i dont fancy any of those let alone a Prem side!!!   Its a SUPERB draw to go out of the cup.  And yes we might get hammered...anything less than 6 i will be happy with but at least we got this far in what is a really REALLY crap season...... ...oh and sorry were we looking to win the FA cup this year?  no didnt think so. REJOICE!!!!  

This is the perfect draw.   We go out to Chelsea instead of west brom or watford or some other unimpressive side.   There was no "easy" game on offer to us in the next round anyway....who would we have beaten?? none of them.   We may very well get a tv game BECAUSE IF WE AND BORO GO THROUGH THEN WE ARE THE LOWEST LEAGUE TEAM LEFT IN THE COMPETITION AGAINST THE PREM CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!  OH JOY    

can we just clarify who DID play well yesterday? No i wasnt there but the manager and all reportes seem to think we were pretty crap. WLY has been sat on the bench playing no minutes for ages now and is expected to come in and be hero???!!!  Ok so he had a mare.. get rid?  Yeah cool cos we got Thorne instead. great.  

So let me get this right please.  With regard to taking the P or embaressing the opposition....does 4-0 up with almost half an hour to play and seemingly comfortable mean we are taking the mick? What was Fulhams defeat of us last day of the Prem? should they have stopped at 4? they had nothing to play for after all...why embaress us further! What was 8-0 to Sutton? It was a headline which gets mentioned to this day for the right reasons, not because we were nasty and mean to poor old Sutton, but because we won by an emphatic margin. Fair play to us. At 4-0 and controlling the game why mess up the rythymn we had.  The players were not under any pressure, they were comfortable and weren''t likely to get cramp lets face it! even Dion could have finished 90 minutes of that.   Finally yes i do understand the arguement from those who say about saving our best players, this is valid, but from a point of view of saving embaressment for the opposition that''s is the single most stupid reason for subbing anyone i have ever heard.....and if Mr Grant was honestly thinking that then God help us.  4 goals can be scored in half an hour. Anything can happen in football..and it usually does.   Anyway i enjoyed the first hour

Evil Monkey......absolutely spot on.  We were absolutely cruising like i havent seen us for ages at 4-0 up..EVERY BALL WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO A YELLOW SHIRT......WE WERE KEEPING POSSESSION......as soon as he started making changes we let one in and all of a sudden they are up the other end putting us under pressure.  Absolutely pathetic.  I wanted to go home 20 minutes from the end because i just knew it was going to happen.   Changed an enjoyable game to an absolute pain!

I agree Marty,  I wish i didnt follow a team like norwich every saturday afternoon getting my hopes up then getting bashed to the floor in the last seconds.  Just before i go out for a few drinks and ''fun'' for the evening.  Feel more sorry for those that make the journey to all these games. Basically, that was just a few of the calls that i heard on this board that i could think of very very recently.  Some merited some not. Personally i though Colin tried pretty hard yesterday - brilliant brilliant whipped in cross for Earnies missed header. Not to mention his header off the line. Huckerby was only average. Earnshaw - i do not understand why he gets so much flack when at last we have a prolific scorer.  He gets 1 or 2 chances all game, misses, and he is rubbish all of a sudden! And there are people wanting to sell him! Chadwick Scored one and prevented one. Very good. As is i think Mr Croft. Midfield crap. I agree with everything written. And 4-5-1 just proving ridiculous.  I think fans were proved right about this and also Docherty.  Drury gets no support as has already been mentioned and when Ipsw~*h were all over us he got no chance  

Is there a single norwich player who over the last week has not been singled out for criticism or suggested that they leave in the transfer window?? Safri "homesick" "overrated" "wants to leave" Hughes/Robinson/Etuhu "lazy, rubbish" "were they on the pitch" Huckerby "lost his pace" "overpaid" "onetrick" Croft "cant last 90 minutes" Earnshaw "misses too many" "too short" "lazy" "doesnt do enough" "sell him to get some money"     And apart from this you have all your "deadwood"!!!!!!!!   So WHO DO YOU WANT IN THE TEAM??????  

Presuming Roy is the older commentator that i listen to on radio he does my nut in....!!........   He gets excited at all the wrong things and then all of a sudden theres a goal and he''s rambling on about something else!!!   He seems to be more excited about the oppposition scoring! Sorry for all Roy supporters. Just think the other guy is better... Anyway i look forward to going to my local tomorrow safe in the knowledge i will be the only person with any interest in the game and have to ask for the game to be put on tv.  Hope its open in time but i suspect it will be 12 so i will form a queue of 1 people.   Anyone else watching in Wiltshire??

Must admit i am a big fan of it after city score.  I think its perfect when everyone is jumping up and down!  I think it would be a great shame if it was turned down.  Maybe they have just placed the radio mic in a different place...if so MOVE IT BACK!

Do they not play the Samba tune anymore?  Used to be able to hear it on the radio after the goals but cant now.  Or have they just turned it down???!!

And now minus croft....presume you would put Hughes in his place.  WOW what a team.  I hate being negative but you just knew at some point the injuries would happen.  Strength in depth makes a half decent team. We dont even have any depth!!!!
