4.

So you bring your 2yr old son to a game against Leeds and your complaining about the Police presence? Are you mad???? Why would you bring your kid to such a game. Especially with what happened last season. Who is the idiot here?
so Carrow rd is no longer a family club, cause leeds come to town....get a grip! jesus!
Surely a 2 year old toddler is far too young to bring to a night game which doesn''t finish until nearly 10pm?
Lmao... that just about sums this board up! yes city angel i agree he is to young to bring to a night game, city kicked off at 3pm! what on earth game were where you watching....let me guess you didnt go! And barclay boy ill decide when and where my boy watches Norwich and why should i be dictated by some idi.ots from leeds! if you read some of the other post, im more concerned by some of the city fans in the Barclay chanting about the death of Leeds fans! classy!
 5.
I don''t like Leeds like everyone else and happilly joined in the usual anti Leeds songs.... You''re not famous anymore etc but to hear a group of 18 yr old kids outside the barclay after the game in their danny dyers coats singing about their love for the Turks and they should have killed more Leeds and ''knife in my pocket'' etc should visit the grave of the Leeds fans killed that day. You should be ashamed especially as you were still in nappies when it happened. Sick f uckers.
yeah very fair point, it happens all the time people unfortunately big men behind stewards and police! what ever leeds are no deserves to die at a football match!

yawn yawn, As much as it pains me to say I''m going to have agree with our deluded Leeds friend on this occasion. People moaned last season when there wasn''t any police in sight after the Leeds match, now when they do something about it they still moan. As for having to duck under a barrier surrounding the car park...well its hardly the ''Krypton Factor assault course'' now is it?!?!.......some times I wonder how the people of this country managed to win two world wars !!!!, obviously made of sterner stuff in thoses days??
Spot on.Last season this messageboard was in meltdown about how Leeds fans were allowed to run amok all around the ground threatening and intimidating Norwich fans because the Police presence was virtually zilch so this season everybody gets home safely and no arrests were made and hey guess what? the Police got it wrong again. To those who are moaning may i be so bold as to say i must have missed your tenure as Chief Constable[;)]
However much it pains me to say so, methinks ex-WPC Tilly is spot on. [Y]
Til.....what a stupid and sarcastic response, i guess you didnt have to crawl over cars to get out with your 2 year old son! the barricade the police formed only stoped city fans walking past the leeds entrance, however the leeds fans bundled the police out the way and felt the need to confront the fans from the family and jarrold sections! i guess in your book this is good policing! idiot!
I think if i had a 2 yr old with me and bearing in mind want went on last season i would have stayed well clear of anywhere where there was a good chance of bumping into 2,300 Leeds fans, that being the rear of the visiting turnstiles at the end of the game,If you think i am an idiot i think you made a bad error of judgement in entering such an area.
Bad error of judgement yes! but we had to get home and as i park on yarmouth rd, its a long way round the other way! And of cause  u can say no arrest equals good policing, but after the game i saw people getting punched and police getting charge out of the way, in my book both are arrestable offenses........the error in my book is solely on the shoulders of the police, away fans expect to be held in... but no norwfolk police couldnt do it..again.Roll on next week and see what pantomime they have in-store for us!

 11.
You know something, that is true...about the kids I mean, one of my sons would rather sit on his bloody laptop that go to football, if it''s even slightly cold...........kids today!
1 u got 2!!
 12.
All there people saying KS is a Premiership goalkeeper have quite clearly not seen his numerous mistakes for Leeds this season, and are basing their opinions mostly on the fact his father was the best goalkeeper of his generation... Ruddy is fine. He''s young, and gradually getting more confident. It''s no coincidence his best games have been away from Carrow Road, where there''s less pressure from his own fans. I''d like to see him control his box more on set-pieces, but aside from that it''s hard to fault him. Even yesterday when he''s getting blamed for things, he put in a decent performance.
that is typical! most ofc ity''s goals this season have been mistakes, should we be a breading gorund for confidance????  did you go to the game yesterday?? he made several good saves, but upto 5 flaps and questionable over the goal. This is an ongoing problem, and if it hasnt escaped your aattention goal keepers make saves its there job! Ruddy doesnt cormand his area, rearly talks to his defense, slow coming of his line and flaps at cross.......if he wants confidance go out on loan to a league 1 team, not causing us points lost!
 13.
I''m sorry but if anyone thinks Ruddy is anything more than a very average keeper is having a laugh. Fair enough, he makes some good saves when the ball is in the air but when it is on the ground he struggles massively. He also seems to be nailed to his goal line when balls come into the box. I''m sure those that go to games will agree that most of Ruddy''s ''top class saves'' are those which are in the higher echelon of the goal. Anything below that level and he seems to struggle massively to get down, can''t deal with the bounce etc etc. I''ve raised this point a number of times before but we have a fairly good defense (in most peoples opinion) but they seem to have no confidence whatsoever in Ruddy. They look solid but any ball that goes into the box, they don''t know whether theu are coming or going. As someone has already said, whats the point in making good saves when you''re going to let simple ones slip through your hands? It wasn''t only the goal, he nearly did the same thing in the River End 2nd half and its far from the 1st time. For those that point to the Swansea and Reading matches as good games, who gave away the penalty against Swansea? At Reading, however many saves he made, he still spilt a simple save straight out to a Reading player and it could have easily ended up in a goal. His balls up today changed the entire complexion of the game as it was fairly even at 0-0 but once Leeds scored, they were all over us for 20 mins or so. We were lucky to go in only 1 down at half time and luckily Lambo restored the balance and we improved massively. The guy isn''t good enough and I would 100% give Rudd a go (who I might add, when played, has never done anything to suggest he isn''t good enough).
well put, this is not a case of picking on our players , ruddy''s mistake talk for themselves! how on earth can people defend countless mistakes ill never know, he flapped 3 or 4 cross''s yesterday but also made some class saves.......in my opinion rudd needs to be given a chance.
 14.

his mistakes out weight his good points
What an idiotic thing to say! Surely he would be dropped if that was the case! Don''t get me wrong, Rudd will be No1 some day but i have full faith in Ruddy!
u dont go to the games then! ruddy is a worry.....its all opinions, but his displays do al the talking!
 15.
everyone but england. i will never support a team that has cashley arsehole, terry, plug(ferdinand) or shrek(rooney).players should want to play for england for pride not to enhance their bank balance.i do not like what sky has done to football and would seriously have to consider if i would go to as many leeds games if we got back to the premiership and had a team full of mercenaries.loved league 1 proper grounds with real fans
u really are a t.i.t and not doing your self any favours! Glad to hear benefts are supporting your family
 16.
Unfortunately Tiptop keepers mistakes invariably lead to opposition goals which lead to lost points. I don''t like to point out weaknesses in our own players and it has nothing to do with the fact we had Fraser Forster last season who we can easily compare Ruddy''s performances to BUT the simple fact is Ruddy is not good enough. The bread and butter stuff for a goalkeeper is to get their body behind the ball and keep hold of it. Unfortunately, Ruddy seems to have difficulties with this aspect and has spilled numerous balls this season, admittedly he has been fortunate with these spills. It doesn''t matter how many world class saves he makes. If he spills the ball, drops it, hesitates at a corner the world class saves are all in vain.
And he does this alot! if your not good enough u should be dropped! so why isnt lambert using Rudd? Ruddy is conceding more then saves....
 17. Ok my point is we give away silly goals..... but when i have to think how i would change it, it get''s slightly messy. I thought russell Martin is playing ok, i like the way he gets forward, although can be shown up! ward is also worrying at times but does put in class performance''s Barnett is class....lappins doing well as a stand in. Ruddy is the worry the defence needs to start strong from the back, he constantly misjudge''s cross''s flapping at the ball, and never seems to cormand his area... he does make some good shot stopping saves, but should all goal keepers do this? unless he is dropped and rudd is given a chance i think it could cost us dearly!
 18. He is poor and really worries me, although he ddi make a world class save today! his mistakes out weight his good points, declan needs to be given a chance, if Lambert doesnt think he is good enough why is he number 2??
 19. This just sums it up for me, muppets like you going to 1 game a season! the police were a complete joke, the fact remains people from the N & P and Jarrold stand are families and old people, there were made to crawl under the barriers to be greeted by hundreds of burberry clade muppets! the police couldnt hold them back so the burst through thinking they had just won the european cup final! Norwich crawl back in you flea ridden hole!
 20.
Was out and about in the city last night, and happened to bump into Lee croft outside Delanys. After a few minutes of conversation about Derby (as i have been there most of this season at uni) he let it slip that he is coming back to Norwich this season. In my opinion this doesn''t show progress, and is not a favourable signing. Pic here for proof: http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/7489/31201408093291064574386.jpg
Thats not proof, his girlfriend is from east runton, he is always down here???????
