My original selection was Stevenage but as this match has now become a victim of the weather i would like to change my pick to AC Milan to beat Reggina.

Am delving into the FA Carlsberg Trophy this week for my nap and its Torquay to beat Rushden & Diamonds.

Man Utd to beat Southampton in the cup on sunday afternoon is my nap this weekend.

Wrexham have been my tip for the last 2 weeks and both times they have come up trumps so i am going to stick with them again this weekend as they take on Woking in the Blue Square Premier.

Wrexham stopped my losing run last week by winning at home in the FA Trophy and i fancy them to win again this week so its Wrexham to beat Eastbourne in the BSP for me.

My selection this week is Wrexham to beat Mansfield in the FA Trophy.    

In an effort to stop my losing run of 3 naps i am joining the bandwagon that is Man Utd to beat Sunderland.

after 2 consecutive losing naps i am going into the premiership to try and stop the rot- so its Villa to beat Fulham for me this weekend.

Would probably have to say Ian Crook as well but Mark Bowen is right up there as well.

Rochdale to beat Macclesfield is my nap this week in the dreaded minefield for us pickers that is known as League 2!

Liverpool to beat West Brom for me this week.

I opted for Peterborough last week and they brushed aside Huddersfield 4-0 and it seems like a lot of people are getting on them this week so i am going elsewhere but still staying in League 1 and my selection is Oldham to beat Yeovil.   Oldham are unbeaten at home in the league and Yeovil are struggling at the wrong end of the table so after 4 out of 4 winning naps in October hopefully Oldham will get me off to a good start in November!

I cannot see the baggies upsetting the prawn sandwich brigade at Old Trafford so its a home win for me - Man Utd to beat West Brom.
