Lukaku is worse than Ricky van Wolfswinkel

Stuff you've thought of but it's too dull for conversation

Anglian water shareholder or gravy train passenger by any chance? They are not alike. Tesco is a private enterprise whose wastage costs them money directly, in a competitive market where a customer has a choice. Anglian water is a private enterprise providing an essential public utility for which in all honesty no profit should be made, which customers have no choice, and those customers are subsidising wastage. If you're not angry you're either not paying attention or benefitting from it. -

Anglian water can charge us per the litre used, but we don't get any rebate for the amount they spazz away with leaks (see sweet briar bridge) . So, we're basically subsidising their poor maintenance and wastage while they fight to award even more profit to shareholders. Absolute and literal toilet. -
Friendly with Nottingham Forest

Sorry to derail this thread 😂 I've just read on the empirical source that is Facebook, that the game ended 2-2. I know its meaningless really, but I preferred the 7-2. -
Yep. Had the sha_e from try 3. So just the r, p, d, k, l, m, v to guess right in 3. First one I've not got.

When is a 4-0 thumping at home really not that bad?
Bluefloyd replied to Pukki Bear's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
This is true, there was nothing weakened about the side they put out on Saturday. Nothing. -
Any mini canaries out there??
Bluefloyd replied to CanaryNath's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Nice gesture, hope someone takes you up on it. -
Good anticipation too, not flat footed, swept up a number of long balls. Couple of crosses he really should have claimed rather than cb heading, but otherwise a very good performance.

This Week's Relegation Zone Matches ...
Bluefloyd replied to NorthCarolinaYellow's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Everton Seem to have this 'they're too big to go down' rhetoric swirling around their name. They have a decent player in Richarlison. January business was underwhelming and defensively they look poor. Frank's bounce might lead to goals but I bet they concede plenty too. They are very much still in the mix. -

The meltdown gathers pace

Tried exactly the same dive against Brentford too, ref ignored it. He's always been a cheat but his talent used to shine above it. Now, to me he just looks a washed up luxury penalty taker.

Thomas Frank is a loser pass it on
Bluefloyd replied to cambridgeshire canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I mean, I'm happy to see him and Brentford go into meltdown. But the man u comment was true. Man u were tripe and fortunate not to be 4-0 down at half time. -
We finally have other players contributing a threat. No longer do we have to rely on Teemu for every goal. Idah was OK last night, but that was fine as Sarge was great. Our over reliance on Teemu has been a massive concern. If those three can keep in some semblance of form we don't need to panic if any one of them has a slightly 'off' game. We had no chance if we couldn't score. Now we look like there are goals in the team, what a turnaround.

Manure currently stealing a win. Brentford will be every bit as unlucky to lose this game as we were against them, man u are absolute rubbish. Anyway the script for the thread is being played out as far as the scoreline goes.

Burnley vs Watford to be postponed
Bluefloyd replied to Maltesecanary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Well according to the Burnley pie supplier, it's on. Yes pie. As in pastry encased meat snack. https://www.uptheclarets.com/messageboard/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=59654 -
Although stronger, they are in a similar position as us with very little depth in their squad past first choice 11. In fact looking at the two squads, we actually have more opportunity to rotate. That's their problem, they've chosen not to strengthen for whatever reason. Then you have teams like arsenal and Liverpool playing the system to get postponements when their own misfortunes are nothing to do with covid. There is no parity in this league at all, but David Moyes has very little to whine about.

We are miagi dojo, and Watford are cobra kai. They will be dirty, cheat and try to sh*thouse their way to a win. We will score in the 90th min with a crane kick.

Like hernandez, who would essentially be free and we've let go to another club. If nothing else he loves the city and the club and we're more likely to get a tune out of him than anyone else.

Just a little thread diversion, are they checking kids for covid passes (u16)? Ticket office didn't get back to me.
