Can you write in English. -
I've been informed by somebody that this place is closed to new members. When people attempt to register an account they can fill out the details but are never sent an email to verify their email address, and so the account is never created. This appears to have been the case for months now. This claim is supported by the newest member being an IT Admin account on March 16th. The big question is.... Is this an intentional decision by Newsquest to halt new sign ups. Or is this some sort of technical issue that isn't on their radar? Because if the former, that's somewhat concerning for Norwich fans, there's not really any other established forum outside of Facebook.

Should Webber Resign (April 2023 Poll)

Krul had barely played for 2 -3 years aftet a serious injury and a spell as 3rd choice keeper at Brighton so he was as much of a gamble as any. -

Any chance of a 100 word summary? -
Except Carlton Morris never looked like a donkey, and Idah seldom doesn't.

3 year old pressed send on unfinished post. It was just going to be another anti-Webber moan anyway. And there's enough of those.

Well it either happened or Webber lied about it happening. -

As much as I agree with the sentiment and have similar thoughts, McNally didn't leave because of a drunken tweet, it was only the final nail in the coffin. There had been a breakdown in discipline and a toxic atmosphere throughout the club, for example he'd got in a scrap down Prince of Wales Road a few weeks before, and then fallen out with John Ruddy after Ruddy had uppercutted somebody down Tombland. -

I have literally no idea what it is that you are trying to say, but the Colney bond was Tom Smith's idea, we didn't need Webber to think that one up. -

If I remember correctly though, it was said that those who gave up their rebate would have it 'matched' by Foulger. Who then later had it repaid to him when we got promoted. I'm fairly sure that it wasn't made clear that he'd be matching a donation with a loan, the fans had been somewhat misled! -

He was the 9th best paid Chief Exec in the Premier League in our 2015/16 relegation season I believe. So yes, overpaid, but not quite top 6. It seems that we now need two people to do what McNally did alone though. Surely the salaries of Webber + Ward combined will exceed what McNally was on alone. Bet he is wondering why he didn't just put his wife on the payroll. -
A few free agent options
TeemuVanBasten replied to king canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Oli McBurnie (26) striker and Jay DaSilva (25) or Mitchell Djiks (30) - both left backs Would be my picks, I think that left back is a problem position, in that neither of our left backs are good enough, and McBurnie is an under rated player and the traditional old school number 9 type which has traditionally thrived at Norwich. Would be handy if we could find a decent free agent DM somewhere also. -
Isn't this a bit of Webber's skewed Football Manager derived logic and sickness creeping into the fanbase though. I saw an interview with Tony Pulis the other day (now retired) and he discussed how the chairman at Stoke was reluctant to sign a 30 year old Peter Crouch because he wouldn't have resale value, he asked Pulis to justify the signing and he simply said "he won't have resale value, but he'll keep Stoke in the Premier League for the next 3 or 4 seasons". Then you see Newcastle going out and buying a leader in Kieron Trippier at the age of 31. What a 31 year old Trippier could offer Howe and Newcastle isn't something that a 25 year old Trippier could have offered. And I feel we could really have done with 31/32 year old Lukas Rupp this season. There's a whole world of difference between becoming a retirement home and signing a few quality experienced players. That said, the 'experienced players' we could perhaps do with right now are those with experience in the top two divisions, not one from the National League.

Their pin up boy Che Guevara had some very questionable views on race also, and post-revolution enjoyed sending people to death by firing squad without trial. some for merely being political opponents. Lovely old communism, at least they've still got North Korea. -

He'll be going to the highest bidder this summer. -
I think Tom Davies is utter dogsh*t and belongs in the Championship with Gilmour, but you can replace him with Harrison Reed. James Gardner (same age as Billy Gilmour) to have a much better career than Gilmour. That will be an interesting one to track. Garner didn't consider him too good to do two years of hard graft in the Championship to learn his trade.
