1.
26, 3''6", unfit, technically inept... but I once got told that I have a good "footballing brain"...
Will we find you in Delaneys by any chance Mr McVeigh!!
 2. I''m sure Delia is prepared to sell her shares. However as PC admitted they had a friendly arm wrestle over the valuation. PC is a buisnessman and wants the shares for the lowest possible price. Delia has invested a lot of time and money in the club and wants the best possible price. If the terms offered last year were not acceptable then why should she sell? The article also states that there had been no contact with the club since the turn of the year. But whose court was the ball in?
 3. Superb Find, my first ever visit to Wembley as an excited 8yr old Thanks norfolk
 4.
its the only competitive game the 2nd choice keeper gets.. he''s going to lose fitness and match readyness.... im not happy about this! also, what will happen to family night football? jas :)
Whilst I dont disagree with your match fitness comment in as much as I believe all players need regular competitive football. However Matthew Gilks only played 8 reserve games last season. Hardly enough to keep him match fit for a full season. The league doesnt work and these days managers are scared to risk players in reserve games when they want them in a match day squad the following weekend. I would be very frustrated as a player to get no competitive football.
 5.
Its false, its last year and has players we have released from the club. Won''t do your credibility any good ate if it is wrong.
The players released are still on the official site, Dublin, Huckerby, the Jarvis brothers. It looks to me that the pages are ready to be added as soon as there is an official annoucement. Its easy enough to copy a site and give it a new url if you want to create a hoax but this is using the genuine club web address. Either genuine or a very clever hack!
 6. Looks genuine. How did you find them? I''m sure it wasn''t a lucky search! Inside knowledge?
 7. Unfortunately our board seem to believe we are a small club and have ambition to match. Nice little Norwich, as long as averyone likes us then that is ok.
 8.
Isn''t there an ''off-topic'' forum for this kind of drivel? Seriously, the NCFC-related old-lady chat is mildly amusing, but it''s fast losing its appeal because of this rubbish. I think maybe they''ve kidnapped Celia, hence the move to unmoderated boards...
I''m enjoying this drivel so dont go away!
 9.
He will join Mulryne & Rivers on the didn''t make the most of their talent list. Soon to be joined by Jarvis (x2), Martin & Spillane!!
The big difference is that Jarvis(2) & Spillane are making the most of their talent. They just aren''t good enough. McVeigh is a quality footballer who threw it away. One of the most intelligent and skillfull footballers we had at the time as well.
 10. Best I have seen him play, however still to light, not involved enough, not good enough.
 11. Always liked Erik (the viking) Fugelstad however after witnessing that goal away to Brum it has to be... Jan Molby. Least favourite - Raymond De Waard
 12.
Failure is simply not an option.. we cannot go to hillsboro on the last day and hope it all goes our way....   jas :)
Spot on, couldn''t handle  another away day when all we need is to win to survive after Fulham! Now off to the ground, lucky socks on, will use my lucky turnstile (hasn''t ever been that lucky) and will have my lucky beer before the game. No one can say I haven''t done my bit!!
 13.
So then - Rosary Tavern, 5 - 5:30pm.
Bit early? Will most people not be hanging behind for the players lap, (cant really call it a lap of honour!) especially with it being Dions last Carrow Road appearance. Would love to come for a beer or two but have to get home, get showered changed and be out by 7.00. However if you happen to be in the city in the ealry hours and bump into a drunken ginger fool who is old enough to know better and should really be at home in bed then feel free to chat!!!
 14. Anyone have a go on the match special yesterday? Norwich to win 2-0 Ipswich to lose 2-0. What were the odds offered?
 15. How has everyone here missed the most important point of this post? Vern is in Brum selling/pushing/dealing......................... CARAVANS!!!! Is there no law against this? There should be!  I''ll be thinking of you when I travel down to Devon in the summer!!
 16.
What happends if he has really been on holiday and you lot think he has been sacked?
How many football coaches get to have a holiday over Christmas? It doesn''t happen. The guy has either left the club or has been given leave for personal/family reasons. More spin from CR. Anyone feel like a mushroom?
 17.
and heres 1 great big fact for you... according to the annual accounts they DO NOT run at a profit.... explain that then jas :)
Perhaps you would like to explain. Oh you can''t as you are talking out of your Royal Barclay Ass.
 18. Love the clip. Did you notice halfway through the car parked in front of the River End? Might try that on Saturday, match day parking can be a real pain sometimes!
 19.
your not entitle to a refund for the games already seen. However, under the direct Debit Guarentee, you (or the club) can cancel with TEN days notice.  I deal with this every day at work and have the guarentee, word for word, on my desk. I have gone too great pains to type it up here for you Cap''n Canary.  The direct Debit Gaurentee: "in future, if there is a change to the date, amount or frequency of your direct debit, we will always give you 10 working days notice in advance of you account being debited.  In event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your BANK or BUILDING SOCIETY YOU have the right to cancel your Direct debit at ANY TIME. and this gaurentee is offered by all banks and building societies that take part in the direct debit scheme"  A copy of the safe guards under the Direct Debit gaurentee can be found online.  should you decide to cancel your direct debit, with 10 days notice, then the club HAS to accept this.. they do not have to accept 7 days notice.. failure to accept the 10 day notice is unlawful, the club would be in breach of the Direct Debit guarentee and breaking the law.... they would either be fined, or risk not being allowed to have Direct Debits in the future...  If anyone at the club tells you differently to this then they are talking out of their arse... plain and simple.  If you really want to cancel your Direct Debit instruction then, as long as u give 10 days notice.. you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of any contract. the club cannot do anything to stop you. jas :)
The direct debit guarantee only applies to the method of moving the funds from one account to another. Under the terms of the credit agreement, if the direct debit is stopped then the outstanding balance becomes due immediately. Yes you have the right to stop any direct debit. This doesn''t give you the right to cancel a credit agreement. I don''t know if there is a seperate clause in the contract allowing you to cancel a seaon ticket but don''t confuse it with the DD guarantee
 20.

He is clearly articulate and intelligent... Most managers do huge success just once in their career.... lets hope its here.. AND he has a sense of humour... "He obviously had to remove some of the brain in that area as well but I was fortunate again that it was in an area that doesn''t control anything vital. I know there is a chance that brain surgery can affect personality but people tell me I''m just the same. "My wife was disappointed. She was hoping it would have softened me because I can be opinionated at times when I believe I''m right but I''m no different." PLUS... if he can mind Gazza he can sort out Hucks/Croft... His laid back demeanour may be just what we need... GIVE THE GUY A CHANCE.... Glenn... you got my support mate... Good Luck...
Hes also boring and lacks charisma and has been sacked for FAILING at all 3 clubs-2 of whom he relegated!
From BBC Football  - "I''ve been in this sort of position before and always managed to turn it around. "As a person I like to live on the edge and sail close to the wind and that''s what this club is doing at the moment." (GR) No Glenn, you are dull, straight, boring. All of this I could live with if you were a good manager - you are not!
 21.   I''m not usually one to post rumours, but I heard from Janet on checkout 17 at tesco who is a close friend of Paula the Avon lady that Neil Adams will be appointed as the new Norwich manager and will be unveiled at a press conference on Neil Doncasters birthday. This comes from a reliable source who usually get these things right.
 22. How many times do I have to tell you not to eat cheese before going to bed!!! Thanks Huddy, made me laugh and there isn''t much too laugh about round here at the moment!
 23. Charlton are losing at home to QPR 0-1. Twelve minutes left. If Charlton don''t score 2 we are bottom. Are you watching Doncaster?
 24. Hartson started well and was finished after 15 minutes. Couldn''t believe Duffy didn''t bring him off at half time. Walked around the pitch, occaisonly made a good touch but lost too many challenges. When we did manage to break was continually behind play. Watch the game again and count how many attacks where he was behind the midfielders by the time and not in the box. Too old, too fat, too slow, too ginger! Bit like me really!!
 25. I like the idea............Jose as Duffy''s assistant! Something tells me that the list of Premiership managers that have applied will not include the special one!
